In the past 2 years I have felt like the staff's friendliness and professionalism has gone downhill. We recently went into this Starbucks as a family, my husband and I with our 4 children. We were not greeted when walking in and there were no other customers in the building. The people working were rude and cold. Each child ordered their own drink--this does not happen very often and was a special outing for our children. We were hoping to drink our special drinks inside and enjoy a time out with our family. Instead, we felt awkward for sitting in a coffee shop and enjoying the drinks we purchased. Our kids were well behaved and sitting in their own chairs, they were not running around or out of control. Yet, we felt like we shouldn't be there. This place is not warm and friendly or inviting. It's sad for how expensive this place is that you can't enjoy the $7 cup of coffee you bought.

It was good, but I'd probably try something different next time. Pricing was very reasonable compared to a lot of coffee spots these days. The reason for this note is because of their great reputation, people would make the trip to this location, on a busy S Main Street that is often under construction and isn't a great location. Went with coworkers for lunch and unfortunately the restaurant was empty at 12:30 pm. We each ordered the arepas at the counter and an empanada. They had chicken, chorizo, beef and pork arepas, all of our food was delicious. Their pastries and baked goods looked delicious but we didn't order any. One review mentioned the smell, there was an odor when you walked in. I wish them luck, this may be a difficult location to get the breakfast and lunch crowd, but I recommend that you give them a try.
