So glad to see Kung Fu Tea opening in the South Bend area. This location is very spacious and have quite a few table and bar top seating. Great place to hangout or get some study/work done. I went during their soft opening. The order did take a little bit longer, but consider they are still on the training mode. The staffs are very nice and helpful. A slushy/frozen drink should not have ice cubes added after its blended. Never in my life have I received such a thing. Half of my slushy was ice cubes. Not like small chunks, but whole large ice cubes. The staff is nice. They seem to make the drinks slower compared to other places I have been to. Seems like a good place for non-frozen drinks. Was so excited to hear that Kung Fu Tea was coming to Mishawaka, but quality control seems to be an issue here. Drinks are quite inconsistent, and tastes different each time you order the same thing. Their sugar levels are quite meaningless, coz half sugar is sometimes almost no sugar, and other times, it is extra sugar, depending on who makes the drinks. I always find myself having to adjust things myself when I get home, e.g. adding more tea or ice. They need to be more consistent. They're still new, so I'm hoping staff training gets better, but for now, I'm disappointed that $6 drinks aren't up to par. read more
