Stopped by here yesterday for the first time. I was on this side of town and needed a pick-me-up! Jumped in the drive-thru, placed my order and headed to the window. The cashier was super sweet! He was very pleasant to deal with. I only got a coffee, but it was super hot! The other Starbucks that I go to, they usually double cup when I buy coffee. This one didn't. The stores outside was clean and well managed. There were people seated outside and looked to enjoy their experience! I will definitely come back read more

This is probably the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. I arrived early in the morning and there was only one other customer in the store, yet every table was filthy. The floor was covered in spilled food and drinks and garbage. I had to wash my own table, which of course I offered to do, as apparently the 3 employees that were working wer not able to so. My drink was also horrible. It was luke warm and had a horrible flavor. The only tables near a plug in so I could work were in the back by the bathrooms and you could smell the restrooms in the restaurant. Definietly will not be coming here again! read more

They took forever to make my order and I didn't even get the get my full order I even want to them to tell them but they still didn't make it so I had to leave read more

Unfriendly location with issues day after day with simple orders. All summer asked for green tea lemonades and every other time id be given peach tea whoch i absolutely hate peach flavor! Now that its cold i just order blonde espresso with a splash of milk or sometimes cold foam, its a billion workers with headsets to hear me noy once order my drink iced after waiting in a long slow line to be given iced. Waited again for hot at the window just to be given what seemed like tge cold drink i 1st got without ice! Will continue to leave reviews on every app read more

Did online order, and the reviews of rude and nasty workers BELIEVE IT!! Was for myself/coworkers. If not for a rude person on the phone, this review would not have been made. Recived 5 out of 6 drinks, hot coffee was in a cup with ice, add ins were incorrect, and some had toppings not requested. The receipt had everything correct as how it should be made. Called repeatedly between 2-4pm with no answer. Lady on the phone asked "if it happened yesterday why didn't you call then or bring drinks back"? And I explain "I did and was AT WORK, and got no answer, she cuts me off to make sure I knew "MAM They were busy at that time, and can't answer the phone". I brought up the fact it was 1 drink not given and no reason to be nasty, and tells me her boss was standing there im not being nasty". Disturbingly unfprofessional on both parts. read more

Horrible service! Horrible staff! Understaffed! If you're in a hurry this isn't the place to go, be prepared to WAIT they are slow and take their sweet time! This place needs to shape up and fast !! read more

New, beauty Starbucks that only opened on Sept 3, 2021! I loved how the shop looks. You can see inside when you drive up to the drive through. Since they were knew, although not busy, they didn't quite give me the right egg bites. I'll dock one star with the hope they will/have improved. read more

Stopped by while in the area and was craving my favorite drink. I thought since this location was newer, it would be phenomenal. Well, unfortunately, that was not the case for me. My vanilla bean was on the thin watery side. We were third in line in the drive through and it took longer, more than 6 minutes, to get my drink. Based on the other lower reviews, I'd say those lower ratings was true to my experience, as well. read more

I got my order fairly quickly. I'm excited that there's a Starbucks closer to me. The staff sounded really perky and ready please

Visited this new location in Columbia, SC. My service was quick and efficient. It was good to get a grande drink with a sleeve on it. One negative is the placement of the large trash dumpster in the parking lot. It's not only sore on the eye but if you are not careful and pull out you could be hit be oncoming traffic from Bojangles as you cannot see to the left past that dumpster. read more

Waited almost 40 minutes for 2 iced drinks. When I told them that I had been waiting this long, they responded with "no one has been waiting that long" . . . I have a receipt with time stamp. . . Yeah, ok buddy. Don't go here. read more

My favorite Starbucks. Super close to where I live & the service here is great. I love getting my favorite drink here the IBOSE (Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso) it's my go to drink. It gets quite busy there in the AMs and afternoons so be prepared to wait in line especially the drive thru. Try and do the mobile order and pick up inside during the busy influx of people. All of the employees there are all so kind. See you all soon! read more

This store has very friendly staff ,it's conveniently located right off the freeway. They have great customer service and I have always been greeted by a smile read more

How do I make a order in the drive-through and everything was there. I get to the window and they do tell me to order but then somebody comes to the window and say they no longer have chocolate croissant they just right now. When somebody make a order in the drive-through you should put that aside for them. This is the third time this has happened to me at this raggedy Starbucks. And then to tell me she don't know how the money is going to go back. Then say oh we took it off before you pay.So why when I pulled up to the window he told me the full amount again. And the guy didn't even tell me that there was no more croissants. Because he didn't know so someone is lying! read more

Drive-through only--indoor space is not open (maybe after a certain time of day? Signage not clear). Out of the things we usually get. Long wait. I understand it's a new location, but this obviously isn't the company's first rodeo (as it's a chain), and they really shouldn't be open yet if they're not ready for primetime. On the bright side, the drink we got instead of our usual was okay, the location is convenient for people driving through on I-20, and the drive-through lane has a very scenic view of the patio. read more

What's going on? This Starbucks was amazing when it first opened. Now about every other order is wrong. The moment the holiday season began orders through the drive thru have been mixed drinks. Keep driving. read more

This location denied me a refund after I waited for more than 20 minutes for my coffee when the mobile order estimated 3 to 6 minutes. When I requested a refund without getting my drink, I was told that there is nothing he could do about it. I requested it twice with the same response. The customer before me had also requested a refund and he asked her what she received, and she showed him the receipt and he got nasty with her stating that he couldn't read that and she needed to tell him what she ordered. She tried and got the same attitude. This place was really good for a while, but denying refunds for items not received is fraudulent, and the customer service is really going downhill with very nasty attitudes towards customers. The place is busy, but employees should never take out their frustration on the customers. read more

Last week, I wait a half hour for my order and this week the order was wrong. It is very disappointing.

Horrible customer service! Keep driving past this establishment. The cashier at the drive/ thru window used her bare hands to pick up my cake pop after scratching multiple pustules on her face. The tongs were there to be used, but she used her hands and admitted to using her hands as if this is her normal routine. I spoke to the manager about having an employee meeting to emphasize the importance of proper handling of food and hand washing. I refused the cake pops the "face-scratching" cashier handed me; so the manager gave me a fresh order using the tongs. However, after watching someone scratch pustules on their face and then handle my food with no gloves, I was turn off from eating anything from there. The cake pops went in the trash!!! Go elsewhere!! read more

What a disappointing way of starting the new year ... I came to get my first starbies of the year and received horrible customer service my drink was 98% water and 2 % milk and I threw it away after that I hope that they get it together soonxoxo yours truly read more

The morning crew always does a fantastic job here. If the 3rd shift did as well it'd be 5 stars

I have been here multiple times. This time we ordered two large coffees. I waited 15 min before i followed up. There was only one other couple with their kids sitting outside. None of the employees made eye contact with me when i stood up. They looked at each other and ignored me for two minutes. When they finally addressed me i asked about my coffees. They barely looked at me and told me they had set them in the wrong place (with the drive through drinks) and gave them to me. We left because i was already behind. The drinks were watery from sitting there. Mistakes happen, but at least be nice about it. We were the only two people physically in the store. read more
