I am obsessed with this gorgeous cup. And the coffee in it, outstanding!! Definitely worth going off the beaten path for a work break! Their outside seating is adorable and a breath of fresh air in a busy week.

First of all: DINE-IN during Covid. Thank you very much Lighthouse Café & Stuff! I love this cute, little coffee shop! It's located in Lake Carolina, near Blytheswood, SC. We're currently staying in a wonderful lake house on Lake Wateree and my brother-in-law said there are no bougee (pronounced: Booh-Zhee) coffee shops for me at the lake. So, thanks to YELP, I found one. If it checks off at least three of these boxes, the coffee shop is perfectly "bougee" for me: *Iced White Chocolate Mocha *WiFi *Variety of pastries, including fancy fruit scones (at least blueberry with another berry, etc.), croissants (no repackaged items from costco please); *Sandwiches involving croissant or panini-style *Jazzy or calming music *Cool retro or vintage furniture - comfy couch a MUST...just overall, charming. And this place checks off beyond three for sure! I wish I took more photos, but I was too consumed with how much I was loving my experience here. It is a Christian-owned coffee shop too - first realizing that they were playing awesome Worship Music, and then seeing the decor hints of Love, Peace, Kindness, etc. And of course, the name of the shop: Lighthouse. Plus, the girl who served us confirmed it. The iced white chocolate mocha was terrific - normally I ask it with Oat Milk, but forgot. It was fab. The Panini though...OMg!! Delish. The bread was crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, and the prosciutto ham combined with the Brie cheese was divine! You can order the panini in a few variety of ways btw. There was the big comfy couch, but it was barricaded due to Covid - but no biggie. The girls there are the sweetest! The shop in itself is located in such a cute village with other neighboring businesses/restaurants, and apartment building. I could totally live there and found myself daydreaming about walking over to get my bougee coffee experience. GO THERE NOW.

The cake was superior and the girl working there was so nice The aesthetic was phenomenal and the food was served on a trey with real plates and stuff. 10/10 recommend, it's a great place to spend your money.

I got their byo breakfast sandwich. For mine, I requested scrambled egg, on a bagel with cheddar and roasted garlic spread. Goodness! What a delight! My sandwich came well packaged for heat retention (and was plenty warm upon delivery). The best part? All of their orders come with a cinnamon roll. What? Listen. Imagine, you're traveling for work and have ordered yourself a breakfast to eat while working. And, you receive it and perched atop your sandwich order, is a warm and ooey gooey cinnamon roll. Are you kidding me? I literally clapped my hands in giddy delight. Thanks Devine. You made my day. Get to it!

We had a short wait to order but all servers and staff were super friendly. The menu is HUGE. So maybe study it early. Every one of our sandwiches had a PERFECT runny egg, as requested. And the chimichurri sauce on my steak sandwich was so fresh and perfect with the grilled onions and perfectly cooked thin steak. And that tag along "mini" cinnamon roll??? It's regular size. Order it's super duper daddy to go because you won't be hungry after those breakfast meals.

Cakes, cupcakes and cookies were on display. You can sit down if that's your thing. Although, it is pretty small. I tried the butter pound cake it was so moist and dense, exactly what a pound cake should be! My lady got the pound cake and I got the red velvet cake! It was moist and had the perfect amount of cocoa. It was topped with cream cheese icing, the creamy icing was also layered in between the cake! If you're looking for good cake this is the spot.

I ended up getting a few things, a pecan chewie, which was so delicious. The flavor was great and the texture was perfect and soft. I also got a white cake which was made with an apple jelly as opposed to sugar and honestly I had no idea what to expect. Took a bite and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The cake was moist but not soggy and was sweet but not too sweet. So good. Lastly I got a strawberry cupcake but unfortunately after the other 2 I could not take a bite of anything else. By the time I got to the cupcake it had hardened after sitting for so long and was not really edible. This was obviously not the fault of the baker so I just act as if I didn't get that one. I would really recommend GG's for dessert, it has some great choices and the people are great, and that for me is always a plus.
