Solid Starbucks to pee at. There's no code to punch in and it's located in the back of the store, so it's easy to slip in, do your business and slip out. Before you come for me...I spend plenty of money at Starbucks, so I feel like they owe me one when I'm in need of a restroom but not in immediate need of a coffee. This location was clean and not as busy as I expected it to be during a weekend afternoon. Things seemed to be running efficiently during my short time there. This the WORST starbucks in the area! They continuously get my order WRONG! Anytime the Bridgehampton/Southampton locations are unavailable I'm stuck with them. They NEVER add my add ons I PAY EXTRA FOR nor do they even add the toppings that are supposed to come on the drinks anyway. Also, they ALWAYS get the Ham & Swiss Baguette wrong and send me a tiny ham and swiss croissant which ISNT EVEN ON THE UBER EATS MENU NOR WOULD I ORDER IT AND ITS A MUCH CHEAPER AND SMALLER ITEM so I'm losing money each time they choose to do this. The first time it happened I assumed it was just a regular croissant until I bit into it. How could I have known when it's not even on the menu?? I've called The store about this and they just tell me they're "too busy to get orders correct." They apologized yet took NO responsibility for their actions. The bag even said "Ham & Swiss Baguette" but had a croissant inside. How do they get that wrong?? And all they said was "we'll make sure this doesn't happen in the future." which we all know means nothing. No compensation was offered until I asked what they were going to do to make it right and they said to either drive down there and they'll give me the correct item or give me gift cards which would likely be a very small amount. Plus, unfortunately due to health reasons I am unable to drive right now so instead I use Uber Eats since there are supposedly very minimal DoorDash drivers in this area and as we ALL know Uber Eats is a scam and NEVER provides compensation so I try not to use them if I don't need to. Much better to order from the Stop&Shop app and get some top quality groceries delivered for a fair price that will last weeks. That is what I did yesterday but the order won't arrive until later on this afternoon so I needed to figure out breakfast since there is nothing in the house. I just wish I could rely on my local Starbucks, delivery app, and drivers to provide quality service. But that is so very rarely the case and then I end up losing money I can't get back regardless of what I do within my capabilities. I highly recommend NEVER giving this store your business as you will only be disappointed. Clearly they need more staff and should have a Max Occupancy because now they're neglecting to even answer the phone even though I was told to call next time to confirm the order would be correct since they cannot read directions or think they are just too good for that since they're in the Hamptons and apparently their customer (who are also Hamptons residents) are unworthy of a correct order. As if living/working in a certain location makes someone more important than the next. Idc who you re or THINK you are, that kind of attitude is just sick. I moved to The Hamptons almost 2 years now from across the country and notice that attitude is rampant among the resident far more than any of the celebrities I've ran into here. It's sick! Coffee done well and an overall great experience. It is a little hard to find, so I'd recommend parking in the lot in the back. They just installed a new POS system so it was a bit slow getting to the front of the line but every step of the way, they were apologetic and kept a smile on their faces despite the learning curve. Employees were super friendly and welcoming. The environment was clean and even though they were slow they were still sweeping, cleaning, and stocking. The person who made my salted caramel cream cold brew deserves the world because it was hands down the best drink I've ever had at this Starbucks establishment. The location, no doubt, is beautiful. We came on a Wednesday evening and the guy behind the counter was borderline rude. No greeting, no asking if we wanted something else, instead he was already finishing our order before we were even done. we asked him to heat up a pastry and he decided for us that "with that kind of pastry you don't really want to heat it up". Clean, nice Starbucks. It's location is perfect. Service is fast even when the venue is crowded, which happens often in the Summer.

Maybe it's just because I popped in at 4 PM on a Saturday, but this was the most crowded Starbucks I've ever visited. Seriously, there was a wall of people 3 rows deep waiting for drinks. The line moved pretty quickly, but I waited 15 minutes for a mocha. I think they had 2 people making drinks when there were over 20 people waiting, so they're obviously understaffed. There was also a woman standing at the counter who's job seemed to be to put the sleeves on the coffee, call people's names, and generally chat with everyone waiting - a very Hamptons touch but I don't think it's any easier than the barista calling out the name written on the cup as they put out the drinks. I had no problem with my drink once I got it, but I will definitely never be visiting this location again unless it's during an off hour, because this was ridiculous. If you really need to go to a Starbucks, I'd circumvent this one and go to the Bridgehampton location instead. read more

I visited this cute Starbucks location during off-peak season, so it was rather difficult to find places that were open late in the little fairytale village that is East Hampton. Therefore I was mostly grateful to even get coffee, but I have to say my experience was overall positive. In Manhattan I'm not the Starbucks girl, since I like FIKA's coffee and also Macchiato Espresso Bar. This is a good location on the main street and the opening hours are great. The coffee shop was clean and welcoming. Maybe there could be more furniture inside and a little more cosy, but when you are in East Hampton which is so beautiful in itself, who is going to sit for long inside anyway?! : ) Better to take the food and drinks with you and sit on a park bench somewhere, go to the beach or anywhere really. Okay, so maybe I fell in love instantly with East Hampton. I am from Sweden. We don´t have this level of cuteness, except for some sweet villages in south of Sweden and cities by the coast. But Hamptons is special, there is no way around it! When it comes to rating the food and drinks it's basically like any other Starbucks location, since it´s a chain. However, if you order here and the staff behind the counter is young, make sure you get the drink you actually ordered. I asked for soy latte and got chai latte. Funny thing though that is was REALLY good, so I was happy for the mix-up and smiled anyway. But if you are really serious about your coffee, then just pay attention that they heard your order. I think since it´s a classic season job for younger kids, they change staff and then they are not warmed up yet. Unlike other customers I am not too angry about it, I had summer jobs as a kid. Be humble instead and smile. It´s just Starbucks. For internet users, the wi-fi also works fine outside on the benches which is nice. I purchased ahead of time around 5-10 minutes before I arrived, via the mobile app. I got to the store and there was only around 4 people waiting for drinks. None of their drinks or mine came out for at least 5 minutes. After everyone else got their drinks that was waiting in line, I decided to ask one of the workers if my order was coming. They told me that they were making it now. After 10 minutes of waiting from that, I asked another girl with really short dyed hair. She responded to me in a really rude tone and told me that it's coming. It finally came a few minutes after that. I have been to this specific starbucks around 5 times and the service has always been slow. Any other starbucks I have been to, you are in and out within a couple of minutes. read more

Needed a quick and reliable stop for coffee and decided to go here over a local spot because that's what Starbucks does best, fast, consistent, & courteous; we got anything but those. Had to ask for our drinks four times, and got looks of disgust and eye rolls galore each time. Probably the worst starbucks. Yeah some baristas are nice and cool but most of them are mean, tired and have a bad attitude, but that's not the reason I have it two stars. The reason I gave it two stars is because they always mess up my order. I ordered a venti ice coffee sweetened but they didn't sweeten it. This has happened way to many times, and there's always a huge line so I can't ever fix it.
