For those who appreciate Starbucks, the East Hampton branch is an excellent option. We consistently visit when we are in the Hamptons, and the staff is perpetually friendly and courteous. Andrew is undoubtedly an asset to the store. The latest addition we enjoy is the Strawberry Crème Frappuccino Matcha. read more

Starbucks - ROSARIO S. CASSATA AT STRABUCKS IN EAST HAMPTON LONG ISLANDNY. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - East Hampton, New York

Solid Starbucks to pee at. There's no code to punch in and it's located in the back of the store, so it's easy to slip in, do your business and slip out. Before you come for me...I spend plenty of money at Starbucks, so I feel like they owe me one when I'm in need of a restroom but not in immediate need of a coffee. This location was clean and not as busy as I expected it to be during a weekend afternoon. Things seemed to be running efficiently during my short time there. If you need some caffeine or a bathroom break, I recommend this Starbucks. read more

Got shortchanged, was gonna tip more than they shorted me though so I'm not sure how to feel

This the WORST starbucks in the area! They continuously get my order WRONG! Anytime the Bridgehampton/Southampton locations are unavailable I'm stuck with them. They NEVER add my add ons I PAY EXTRA FOR nor do they even add the toppings that are supposed to come on the drinks anyway. Also, they ALWAYS get the Ham & Swiss Baguette wrong and send me a tiny ham and swiss croissant which ISNT EVEN ON THE UBER EATS MENU NOR WOULD I ORDER IT AND ITS A MUCH CHEAPER AND SMALLER ITEM so I'm losing money each time they choose to do this. The first time it happened I assumed it was just a regular croissant until I bit into it. How could I have known when it's not even on the menu?? I've called The store about this and they just tell me they're "too busy to get orders correct." They apologized yet took NO responsibility for their actions. The bag even said "Ham & Swiss Baguette" but had a croissant inside. How do they get that wrong?? And all they said was "we'll make sure this doesn't happen in the future." which we all know means nothing. No compensation was offered until I asked what they were going to do to make it right and they said to either drive down there and they'll give me the correct item or give me gift cards which would likely be a very small amount. Plus, unfortunately due to health reasons I am unable to drive right now so instead I use Uber Eats since there are supposedly very minimal DoorDash drivers in this area and as we ALL know Uber Eats is a scam and NEVER provides compensation so I try not to use them if I don't need to. Much better to order from the Stop&Shop app and get some top quality groceries delivered for a fair price that will last weeks. That is what I did yesterday but the order won't arrive until later on this afternoon so I needed to figure out breakfast since there is nothing in the house. I just wish I could rely on my local Starbucks, delivery app, and drivers to provide quality service. But that is so very rarely the case and then I end up losing money I can't get back regardless of what I do within my capabilities. I highly recommend NEVER giving this store your business as you will only be disappointed. Clearly they need more staff and should have a Max Occupancy because now they're neglecting to even answer the phone even though I was told to call next time to confirm the order would be correct since they cannot read directions or think they are just too good for that since they're in the Hamptons and apparently their customer (who are also Hamptons residents) are unworthy of a correct order. As if living/working in a certain location makes someone more important than the next. Idc who you re or THINK you are, that kind of attitude is just sick. I moved to The Hamptons almost 2 years now from across the country and notice that attitude is rampant among the resident far more than any of the celebrities I've ran into here. It's sick! Quit being assholes and grow up! Provide quality customer service or get the hell out of customer service industry altogether please! read more

This had always been my hangout place whenever I need to get some stuff done. The drinks were okay, and most of the times weren't consistent. I've had polite baristas and few not-sos over the summer. Starbucks - Quick service and plenty of seating to relax. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - East Hampton, New York

A just beautiful venue if you are in the Hamptons. The space is small, but has a beautiful jazz background and and almost nautical feel. It's on the main street in East Hampton. Coffee done well and an overall great experience. It is a little hard to find, so I'd recommend parking in the lot in the back. Street parking is fine, but the general lack of street advertising means you might drive right past the store. The baristas were friendly and made the drinks to perfection. read more

I would suggest traveling to another franchise, the customer service is atrocious, I understand it's hard to hear under these mask but it doesn't hurt asking again instead of giving the customer a size they did not ask for. I asked for the "biggest size" and I got handed a grande? On top of that they didn't blend my drink enough. read more

I've never had such bad costumer service, theirs two guys that have been working here and every time I order with them my order has been wrong. I'm not a person to complain at all, but I've never dealt with this at absolutely any other Starbucks on Long Island (this bad) but common.... this is a job and it's not only wasting unnecessary time but unnecessary products from your company? And I personally don't have time to wait, I don't even get real lunch breaks at my job lol. I work in Park Place also and I need to get back to my clients, I don't have time to wait for my drink to be remade every single time. Also, my apologies, I've never written a bad review in my life but this has happened way too many times through the end summer(2020) till now (end of September) it really has made me upset. read more

Emily and kathrine are bitches. I was trying to order my starbies but they were being stepsisters. They are not making sister James happy. I had ordered a pinkity drinkity there and the gave me a GRANDE. THAT IS NOT JEFFERY STAR APPROVED AND THEY MADE SISTER JAMES MAD. This is not Sister appropriate. My sister pupachino smelled like stepsister shit. Kathrine ruined my sister day. I would prefer Dunkin Donuts. Kathrine is a true Karen. The water tasted like poopoo. NOT SISTER APPROVED. The staff at this Starbucks is VERY friendly! They just installed a new POS system so it was a bit slow getting to the front of the line but every step of the way, they were apologetic and kept a smile on their faces despite the learning curve. The location, no doubt, is beautiful. We came on a Wednesday evening and the guy behind the counter was borderline rude. No greeting, no asking if we wanted something else, instead he was already finishing our order before we were even done. we asked him to heat up a pastry and he decided for us that "with that kind of pastry you don't really want to heat it up". It would have been nice to leave that decision to us. The cafe latte was super thin, barely any coffee flavor! On top of that negative impression the restrooms were disgustingly dirty. Sadly the other coffee shops were already closed, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. read more

Ordered a mocha frap and didn't put the chocolate drizzle. And everyone who ordered after me got their drinks before I did.

Employees were super friendly and welcoming. The environment was clean and even though they were slow they were still sweeping, cleaning, and stocking. The person who made my salted caramel cream cold brew deserves the world because it was hands down the best drink I've ever had at this Starbucks establishment. Overall, it was a great experience, so much so, that I had to write this review. read more

Clean, nice Starbucks. It's location is perfect. Service is fast even when the venue is crowded, which happens often in the Summer.

Maybe it's just because I popped in at 4 PM on a Saturday, but this was the most crowded Starbucks I've ever visited. Seriously, there was a wall of people 3 rows deep waiting for drinks. The line moved pretty quickly, but I waited 15 minutes for a mocha. I think they had 2 people making drinks when there were over 20 people waiting, so they're obviously understaffed. There was also a woman standing at the counter who's job seemed to be to put the sleeves on the coffee, call people's names, and generally chat with everyone waiting - a very Hamptons touch but I don't think it's any easier than the barista calling out the name written on the cup as they put out the drinks. I had no problem with my drink once I got it, but I will definitely never be visiting this location again unless it's during an off hour, because this was ridiculous. If you really need to go to a Starbucks, I'd circumvent this one and go to the Bridgehampton location instead. read more

Yikes One person in register had to wait 7 min in line to then tell Me they are out of pike peak. How hard is it to have coffee in a coffee shop read more

I visited this cute Starbucks location during off-peak season, so it was rather difficult to find places that were open late in the little fairytale village that is East Hampton. Therefore I was mostly grateful to even get coffee, but I have to say my experience was overall positive. In Manhattan I'm not the Starbucks girl, since I like FIKA's coffee and also Macchiato Espresso Bar. This is a good location on the main street and the opening hours are great. The coffee shop was clean and welcoming. Maybe there could be more furniture inside and a little more cosy, but when you are in East Hampton which is so beautiful in itself, who is going to sit for long inside anyway?! : ) Better to take the food and drinks with you and sit on a park bench somewhere, go to the beach or anywhere really. Okay, so maybe I fell in love instantly with East Hampton. I am from Sweden. We don´t have this level of cuteness, except for some sweet villages in south of Sweden and cities by the coast. But Hamptons is special, there is no way around it! When it comes to rating the food and drinks it's basically like any other Starbucks location, since it´s a chain. However, if you order here and the staff behind the counter is young, make sure you get the drink you actually ordered. I asked for soy latte and got chai latte. Funny thing though that is was REALLY good, so I was happy for the mix-up and smiled anyway. But if you are really serious about your coffee, then just pay attention that they heard your order. I think since it´s a classic season job for younger kids, they change staff and then they are not warmed up yet. Unlike other customers I am not too angry about it, I had summer jobs as a kid. Be humble instead and smile. It´s just Starbucks. For internet users, the wi-fi also works fine outside on the benches which is nice. Don´t sit too late out there in the evening in late summer, the bugs bite you and it itches for days afterwards. That´s not Starbucks fault of course ;) Just a heads up! read more

I purchased ahead of time around 5-10 minutes before I arrived, via the mobile app. I got to the store and there was only around 4 people waiting for drinks. None of their drinks or mine came out for at least 5 minutes. After everyone else got their drinks that was waiting in line, I decided to ask one of the workers if my order was coming. They told me that they were making it now. After 10 minutes of waiting from that, I asked another girl with really short dyed hair. She responded to me in a really rude tone and told me that it's coming. It finally came a few minutes after that. I have been to this specific starbucks around 5 times and the service has always been slow. Any other starbucks I have been to, you are in and out within a couple of minutes. read more

Walked in for a quick coffee after dinner and was turned away at the counter because "uh..we're about to close in like, one minute." I get it- I worked in service for forever- but the sign in the door says 10, not 9, and no matter where I worked, when the door is open, you're open. With three other people at the counter, you look pretty open to me- next time be nicer about the fact that you've started breaking down the machine and don't roll your eyes and give me an attitude while refusing me service, mr tall blonde and scruffy... Not nice. read more

Service is good. It's a Starbucks so there isn't much to say about the coffee or food, it's consistent. I would give more stars but I have an issue with one of their regulars. I know it's not Starbucks fault but this one guy, I think his name is Paul, he just makes me not want to be there. He is soooo gross. He's only there in the Summer(thank God). He never shuts up about his stupid poetry and his opinions on everything. My friends and I didn't even ask him. He just starts telling us. He sets up camp like he lives there and berates people like he's King of Starbucks. The worst part that he followed my friend and I home one time. He kept reciting poetry and then asking us if we wanted to make $14 the hard way. I don't even know what that means. GROSS! read more

Who reviews a Starbucks!? I know, but this was my worst experience at a Starbucks location ever. Needed a quick and reliable stop for coffee and decided to go here over a local spot because that's what Starbucks does best, fast, consistent, & courteous; we got anything but those. Had to ask for our drinks four times, and got looks of disgust and eye rolls galore each time. I won't go into the gory details because no one cares, but a few important things to note: I am a very patient person, it was not very busy, there were 12 baristas on duty (we had time to count them) I wish someone was still reading it is not very often I give one star reviews! read more

Probably the worst starbucks. Yeah some baristas are nice and cool but most of them are mean, tired and have a bad attitude, but that's not the reason I have it two stars. The reason I gave it two stars is because they always mess up my order. I ordered a venti ice coffee sweetened but they didn't sweeten it. This has happened way to many times, and there's always a huge line so I can't ever fix it. It's well kept, clean and looks nice but none of that matters when they can't make the coffee the way you want it. read more

East Hampton Starbucks is run like a machine! Love this place! Import the staff to NYC & give seminars on how to run a Starbuck's!

This Starbucks honestly kind of sucks. It looks nice, kind of clean, staff are sort of friendly. It took the guy at the register about 5 minutes to put in my drink. Then the girl at the bar didn't make my second drink right. Then .... there was no more half and half and instead of getting another oNe from the backk she just refilled it right in front of me.
