Came while it was empty and no line in the drive thru. My drink was made really good but it took longer than usual to receive it.

These guys are fabulous. They take the time to pay attention to what you're asking for, and they're very friendly. Never had a remake, because they get it right the first time. Thanks Parkside!

Couldnt figure out why my drink tasted weird. This is the strawberry that came out. Disgusting.

This is a well established Starbucks. Here are a few highlights: Pros: a) Great Location. Close to I-40. Literally on Hwy 55, and close to the 55/54 intersection. b) Open until 10pm on Fri & Sat night. c) A good spot to meet. d) The food menu seems to be evolving. e) Consistently great coffee. f) They have a great hot oven system. It's able to heat chocolate croissants, and make them seem freshly baked. g) Nicely stocked condiment station. Cons: a) When it's closing time, don't plan on staying 1 minute longer. Although we found it funny, they literally announced, "It's 10pm, and Starbucks is now closed!" There were only a dozen or so people in the dining area. A couple left. Two minutes later, now with a broom in hand the back door was held upon, and we were again told, "Starbucks is now closed."

Do not come here unless you like to wait. An hour for coffee? How is this possible at a coffee shop?

It's located alongside the leasing office for the apartment complex. The service is great. There were two young ladies working and they were both friendly. I arrived around 4:30 on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and ordered a muffin and a decaf latte since it was so late (for me to drink caffeine). The cranberry lemon muffin was absolutely perfect, so much flavor, so fresh & moist. The Salted Brown Butter Latte was the best. From the first sip to the last drop, I loved it. I sat on a small section of a very comfortable couch with pillows and all. I later sat out front on one of the benches. They also have a patio seating out back. I can't wait to go back to Thousand Hills!!

Inside there was seating and space for whatever you're looking for. Chairs, sofas, meeting spaces, and outdoor seating. It's a large coffee shop. We waited in line and ordered our coffees. A few minutes later we received our beverages. We found a couple chairs with a small table in between. The table was dirty so I asked for a towel or rag to clean the table with. I received confused looks from the two employees that were standing behind the counter. They didn't have a rag to clean with so they told me to use wet napkins to clean the table. The response wasn't what I expected, but I got the impression the employees don't clean this establishment. They had no idea what to do. Kind of strange. I used water and a pile of napkins to clean everything off onto the floor. Other than that, the coffee and atmosphere were good. Not sure we'll return. It is a cool place though.

It's super spacious, with tons of natural light, high ceilings, and both indoor and outdoor seating. The outside patio has cushy lounge seats, perfect for soaking up sunshine (though it's right by the highway, so some outdoor spots come with a bit of traffic noise during rush hours). This place is a dream for remote work. Every table is so spread out (esp outdoor) that you don't overhear other conversations, no loud music, and sunlight streaming in from every corner. Service was quick and thoughtfully accommodating. I appreciated that they bring food in a to-go container if you're sitting outside, so you're not stuck carrying plates back. And bonus points for their commitment to using sustainable packaging. The coffee was quite delicious! Jubala Coffee actually makes a type of specialty beans roasted just for F&F. Their drink menu is on the simpler side, but they usually have a couple of seasonal lattes, and everything I tried tasted great. Food-wise, it's a gem: generous portions, very reasonably priced, and flavorful. It reminded me a bit of Fount Kitchen in its "organic, healthy" vibe, but with more non-vegetarian options and even better flavor. There's plenty of parking right out front, but sadly they close at 2:30pm, so it's more of a morning or lunch spot. All in all, a wonderful place for a morning work sesh or a work lunch in style!

The staff was friendly and service was prompt. The coffee options were plentiful, with options for whatever your preferences may be whether you're more of a coffee enthusiast looking for lighter roast to taste all the notes, or enjoy more flavored and decadent drinks. One thing that was an incredibly exciting surprise the last time I went were the whole beans they had for sale from Fritz Coffee (imported from Korea im pretty sure). I had to grab a bag despite them being a bit pricey as they were freshly roasted too (price was expected for something like that). A slight down point for me though was the food, got a couple chocolate chip cookies and they were very much not worth it. Overall though would highly recommend and will likely return, though do need to be careful of timings as there can be quite the rush due to high demand.

Pairing with the yogurt made it taste a lot better though. Service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. It was a bit noisy inside, just because there were a lot of customers and everyone was talking. The store is clean and bright with a neat little riser on one side. My only complaint was that there were no refills. That's unusual for black, drip coffee.
