Been to this Starbucks a few times, the one thing about this location over others is the staff is very friendly. Though is a smaller Starbucks with no drive thru it feels cozy. It doesn't have as much inside seating as other Starbucks might have. I've had small orders and larger orders here and the staff seems capable of fulfilling either, including at times throwing in some extra goodies at no charge. read more

This is a standalone Starbucks (not inside HT like someone mentioned here). Eh... typical Starbucks. Has some seating inside and outside. I go here occasionally and while all baristas are nice and friendly, on a few occasions my drink is made not right at this location. Like today, I had matcha latte with a pump or caramel syrup and salted caramel cold foam (you should try it!!); and my drink did not have the cold foam. The drink should be uniform light green color with white top -- the foam, -- but the foam was just not there, and no salted caramel flavor either, so it wasn't just mixed in, it was not there. I know they would remake it if you mention, but I had to run and didn't have time to wait. Oh well! read more

This Starbucks is awesome. I go about 2-3 times a week. The morning staff is very friendly and they have great customer service. During COVID, I have been ordering on my phone and picking up from inside. My order is always ready when I arrive so I'm usually in and out in a few seconds. Today I ordered: - a venti pike ($2.65): good flavor and reasonable price - coffee cake ($2.95): crumbly and delicious, perfect level of sweetness - a pup cup (free): of course my dog loves these and is always excited when we knows we are going to Starbucks. The staff at this location is always happy to give us one of these which has really added to my positive experience. I am a regular here and will continue to be. read more

Great Starbucks. We stopped by for a FREE espresso drink during their Dec promo. The line was very long but the baristas were doing a great job of cranking out the drinks quickly and efficiently. Cashiers were friendly and helpful. It's not a very big Starbucks. They do have outdoor seating. I would definitely stop by again. read more

This Starbucks is located right across the street from the Streets of Southpoint mall. It's located in a smaller shopping plaza. Parking is kind of tight. My biggest disappointment is that there's no drive-thru. When I visited, they seemed to be particularly busy and apparently understaffed. They only had 2 people working for quite some time until a third person showed up (about after a 20-minute wait). I wasn't able to order my preferred drink, because they didn't have almond milk available. Instead I placed an order for 2 refreshers for my kids. We waited quite a while for our drinks to be ready. The staff was very nice and friendly, but they did seem a bit overwhelmed. I have been battling an infection at home with a two month old baby and worsening back pain from having to rest (and also being barely able to get out of bed). Today was the first day I was able to get out of the house and I went to see my chiropractor. After my adjustment I felt much better and was going to swing by Starbies to treat myself because sometimes motherhood is just hard. I ordered two drinks and one sandwich. The barista who took my order asked if I wanted an extra scone she had accidentally heated up. Naturally I said YES PLEASE OH WOW. Well then I get home and open my bag of food and that ANGEL from the LORD gave me two breakfast sandwiches, a blueberry scone, and a slice of lemon cake. I don't know what prompted her to do this but wow, I needed a win, even if just in the form of food. It immediately lifted my spirits for the day and I'm so grateful! 5/5 stars for you, barista! The Starbucks baristas at this location were amazingly fast. I placed a mobile order when we were about 3 minutes away and when we got there they were already made even though there was quite the crowd their. The drinks were quite delicious, but I guess there the same at all Starbucks locations. The baristas were also super nice and took very good care of me. They asked if I needed anything and they gave me extra points since I left a quite nice tip. If you are ever craving coffee and you want something fast you should definitely come here! read more

This Starbucks is right across the street from South Point Mall and right next to PF Chang's off Fayettville Road. The parking lot is a bit of a pain to get in and out of, but the place is always busy and the baristas are friendly and quick. Coffee lovers are always in here typing furiously on their laptops or working on a paper and chatting over a cup o' joe. They always have a nice selection of sale items and unique coffee lover's gifts, if you need a gift for someone who has everything. IMO, Starbucks does not have the BEST coffee around, but they are convenient and consistent when you are in a caffeine slump. read more

I have been to many Starbucks locations, and this is one of my least favorites. For one thing, it's really difficult to park. While I don't mind walking, it can be annoying if it's dark and cold and I have a backpack full of books & my computer so I can meet a friend and study. However, they do have a nice long wooden table for spreading out your work. The music here is too loud, but the staff is pretty nice. I've had some less than stellar experiences, but also some very good ones. This Starbucks is the closest to where I live, so it works, but I wish there was another one nearby... or that Bean Trader's stayed open later. read more

Parking is often times a struggle as the coffee shop is located in a busy business complex. Can't go wrong with a cold drink from Starbucks. Their app makes it so easy to pay and order. There's plenty of different drinks to choose from and the calorie information is all there for you. My usual order is a skinny vanilla latte. It's always good and I've never had a complaint about this coffee choice. I ordered a frappicino the other day and decided on the caramel with skim milk. It was so tasty and refreshing for a warm summer day. I'd also recommend the green tea frap which I've had before and it's very good. The service is pretty slow at this location. There's usually a line and be prepared to wait quite a bit before your coffee is ready. read more

Yeah, I support the coffee giant. As a frequent traveler I like that I have something familiar and consistent when I'm away from home. This Starbucks, which was thankfully right next to my hotel, totally delivered on everything I need. The baristas in the morning were so very friendly and remembered me when I came back later to get a refill even though I was in business clothes instead of the just-out-of-bed tracksuit. I love Starbuck, I seriously have given them way too much money. There is no surprise that this is a busy location being so close to the mall, but it seriously is. Every time I go in there is no seating and minimal parking. I would say wait time is about average but there is always a line due to the mass amount of people that come through. If you can find a parking space, then this is definitely a great location to go to. read more

The only thing that's pretty irritating is that they don't update their available items on the app...My standard order has been marked as "sold out" for months from their store on the app even though I have ordered it in person multiple times. I mostly come to study, but have telecommuted for work as well; my experiences have always been positive. Lines can be long in waves throughout the day, but other times you can waltz right in and out super quickly. I have come to this Starbucks on several occasions yet have never gotten anything. Why? Because I'll wait in line for 15+ minutes (EVERYTIME) and the line won't budge. Then I look over at the many people on the other end waiting for their drinks and I just can't do it. Yes, I understand businesses get slammed and busy. But part of customer service is acknowledging the customer at the counter thats been waiting for at least 10 minutes right there (all i wanted was a yogurt. Not even a drink made.) I have worked customer service my entire life and would never just leave a line of people there without at least telling them we'll be with you when we can.
