The drive-thru attendant asked if it was okay if we didn't scan it and she misses her stars, because it wasn't working. Today was my first time visiting this location. I rarely read reviews before I go because I love to be surprised by the drinks and service. ... like today. I talked with Susie, the manger at this moment. She educated me on the nitro cold coffee system in a way that i understood. My service was fast. I would highly recommend the nitro cold brew with sweet cream. I added 3 pumps of vanilla to mine because I like my coffee sweet. The bonus to getting Nitro is that it's made cold so you get more coffee for your buck at the Bux! This location has 8 small tables, 3 larger ones and bench seating for 1/2 of the small ones It has clean restrooms and a drive thru. read more

My Pumpkin Cold Brew was to die for this morning. It was the perfect amount of pumpkin and was easy to drink. I always enjoy Starbuck's cold brews considering they aren't that rich tasting and you are getting the perfect amount of flavoring to coffee taste ratio. This location is a hot mess. Between mobile orders and the drive thru, they don't have a clue of how to handle it all. I decided last second as I was driving by to stop. First mistake. If you don't order through the app, you might as well not even bother. Anyway I went inside and ordered (had 3 people ahead of me in line). After those people left with their drinks, (and the people who had been behind me) I asked if my drink was next in line. Turns out it wasn't in the line at all. Somehow my drink cup disappeared in the sea of orders. They made my drink on the spot (incorrectly, but at least they stopped mobile orders for a second to make my drink). Seems to be poorly staffed or understaffed. The drive through line is always long and incredibly slow.

This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes it's fine and the line usually moves quickly. Other times staff has been less then friendly/helpful. On more than one occasion they have argued about filling my personal cup. I have the normal cold drink Starbucks cup you buy to have them refill, I hate wasting plastic cups. And it seems as if some staff isn't familiar with this and they say they can only fill cups purchased that day even after I state it's the ones meant to be refilled. read more

I have asked the store manager about their products and informations, she walked away and ignored with attitudes. Hello, I'm just going to start by saying I am 100% not expecting anything from this. And frankly I don't even know if an actual person reads these. But I spend a lot of time and money at Starbucks and I just felt like someone had to know what happened because it was the first time I have genuinely thought about never coming back. On Wednesday November 11th I was working a double at the restaurant down the street. We were all working doubles since we can't staff due to coronavirus. I had some down time so I thought it might be nice to order my co workers some coffee. I placed a mobile order at 4:46 for 7 drinks. None of which were too complicated (at least not by Starbucks standards haha). I get to the store and they have 4 out of the 7 already made! Perfect! Well then it starts to go down hill. The two girls making my order we talking about how much of an inconvenience my order was... that they were almost done and then "this order just HAD to come in..." they got to my refresher that had no ice no strawberries... pretty simple... well one of them goes "what the hell is this?? Why would someone order this?? I'm not even going to make it so next time maybe she'll think about ordering something like this..." I was standing right there. So then I tried asking for change so I can tip everyone for making all those drinks. One of the employees alerted the girl making my drink that I needed change and she goes "NOPE I'm not in charge anymore"... I mean honestly I was trying to get change to tip... Well she finally realized I was the one waiting for the order. So she turns a completely different employee and asks him to finish the last drink because "she's done"... she proceeds to walk away without a response from him and heads into the back. He was at least nice when handing me my order, albeit a little sympathetic because I think he knew I knew she was talking about me and my order. I spend money at Starbucks almost every day. I collect the designer cups, I buy the home coffee, I buy the k cups, I am all about the company. But the way I felt leaving that store made me never want to go back. I sat on whether or not I should even say anything for a couple days because again I don't think anything will come from one person saying something but I have to tell you, it's still been on my mind. This is not the Starbucks inside Tuttle Mall (and the locals have rejoiced!). This location recently opened where the Sears auto shop used to be and let me tell you, it's been an amazing addition. All of the staff is awesome, so polite and upbeat, on one occasion, a few days after they opened, my beverage wasn't made correctly, they made the correct one and apologized profusely, it happens with a new business. I've been there several times since and I'm happy to say I've had no issues! Of the people I've spoken to that have been there, all the feedback has been positive and the new Nitro Cold Brew is definitely worth checking out! read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks for the past 5yrs. I use to go out of my way to go only to this one because the staff was amazing and they always made my drinks perfect. In the past 4 months this location has been beyond horrible. All the good baristas are gone except for one (I think her name is Victoria and she is amazing). I always wait 45min for a drink I've previously placed and they are either closed, drive thru only or it always says they are out of a lot of things. It's just extremely disappointing because I know the staff is trying their absolute best but I will be going elsewhere from now on read more

I haven't had the service/staff issues with this location that others have seemed to, but I absolutely believe them because for some reason, every restaurant in this area that is part of a chain is literally the worst one I've ever been to. The Steak 'n Shake nearby, just as one example, was laughably terrible before they closed & re-opened (hopefully with new management), & the McDonalds completely falls apart after lunchtime. Anyway...this location is closed on Mondays. Up until recently they seemed to close at random times on random days ever since the pandemic started, so I would often pull up to the drive thru only to see a sign that they were closed again. Now they're permanently closed on Mondays, which I've come to realize is the day that I most frequently have the urge to go out for coffee. It's very annoying because it's about 3 minutes from my house, so what used to be convenient is actually just extra frustrating since it's RIGHT there. I just want to know why Monday, & if it's ever going to change. They're losing a lot of frequent business they could be getting from me. read more

The service at this place needs some managerial work. I walk in and stand right in front of cashier for several minutes before she takes my order. Looking annoyed at me, I place an order for a cup of coffee that is all. She tells me it will be ready in a bit. I wait and watch her do nothing but stand and look bored. At every other Starbucks in town the cashier gets your coffee as it's quick and doesn't require a lot of effort. This is the only Starbucks where I have to wait after everyone else gets there drinks. Point is put that cashier to work she's just waiting until another customer walks in the door. She could have grabbed my coffee and I would have been on my way and not written this bad review. This Starbucks is also closed on Mondays and their kitchen is always a mess. Not coming back to this location. read more

This Starbucks location is rather new. I found it very easy to walk in and do some schoolwork. The lines are never long and the staff was super friendly and were quick with my order! One of the workers introduced me to the new "Seriously Strawberry" frappechino and I became instantly hooked! This replaced the "Strawberries and Cremé" and I would have gotten the "Vanilla Bean and Cremé" had it not been for this location's awesome recommendation!
