This store never ceases to disappoint. Before I go on, I must say that the staff is very friendly. The issue is management. This store is very poorly managed. There are frequent times when management decides to lock the doors to the store, and your only option is to wait in a VERY long drive through linen which extends all the way down the parking lot and down Lancaster Ave. This is particularly unfair to patrons who place a mobile order and drive there only to find that they cannot retrieve their order without waiting in this god-awful line. The main problem with this store is that priority is given to the drive through customers, rather than those who are energetic enough to get out of their car and walk in. To make matters more frustrating, you can't get refunded for the mobile order that you're unable to retrieve. They won't do it by phone, and you need to call Starbucks corporate for satisfaction. Management - PLEASE fix this problem. Minimally, extend courtesies to mobile order customers - allow them in to pick up their orders. The message that you are sending to loyal customers like me is terrible. To boot, it creates a dangerous traffic situation both in the parking lot and along Lancaster Avenue. read more
