It's that time again and we are getting everything pumpkin! I rarely go to get a Strawberry Matcha with oatmilk, but when it's Fall I order the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte with oatmilk. This location is always busy and I never have any complaints. Except I wish they would let us know if they receive those special limited time drops (Hello Kitty, Snoopy, etc.). Since I live in this area, I've asked a few times if they get those specials (here and/or inside at Target) and I always just get a "no". Let's stop gatekeeping and let us know where lol read more

had gone to a different Starbucks five minutes prior my drink was completely wrong and tasted bad, I went to this location and asked for additional flavoring to add into the latte and they remade my drink. Very kind of them will be coming back to this location. read more

It was a cooler day, so I treated myself to an oatmilk latte with brown sugar syrup, delicious! This Starbucks isn't the most comfortable spot to linger, but the baristas are always fast and friendly. The location is also super convenient to nearby shops, which makes it an easy stop. read more

There are semi-permanent stickers on every table that says: "Enjoy your HANDCRAFTED OR BREWED drink in our cafe and receive a free refill of HOT or ICED BREWED COFFEE OR TEA." no one working here would honor it. We had a hot matcha latte and a green tea with lemonade. We wanted a plain iced tea and brewed drip as a refill. They refused to honor it even tho they agreed with us. They "didn't feel comfortable."...... WTH???????........Gave us a manager's card instead??? read more

The store was busy because it's free red cup day. Got a drink, turkey danish and the green hot cup for future use. And because the red needs another cup to pair it with. The turkey danish is delish. I still miss the turkey stuffing sandwich they used to have though. read more

Service is pitiful. Racist at best. I was told be right with you after being in the store a few minutes with no other people in line. Than after placing my order I get my drink has no crunch in it. Has barely any Carmel and get eyes rolling when my name was called. This is a sign of bad management. read more

So slow. The drive through line is consistently the longest of any Starbucks on the earth. They are also constantly out of things. Try to avoid this location at all cost. read more

Your best bet is probably to go through the drive thru... they seem to prioritize that. Those of us in the store and even who placed mobile orders are waiting... and waiting... and waiting... 16 people deep, and not at a peak time. Oh, and PS, check to ensure your lid is on all the way. Two different orders learned the hard way. read more

God, the employees at this store are so fuckin slow. Waited over 15 mins with 4 cars in front of me

Tonight was our dinner and shopping night. Decided to see if this location might still be open.and Hallelujah it was! This store is bright and inviting. The associates were friendly and the bonus: it's open until 10 p.m! Needless to say, we ordered inside our usual and we were off to head back home like two kids with a sack of Halloween candy in tow Be sure to check out the Holiday gifts, sll sorts of gift catds with winter scenes on them and of course, coffee. My other half is absolutely in heaven now that the Christmas blend is available again! read more

This is an okay Starbucks. easy in and out. Not nearly the covid-19 ra cautions that I've seen it other Starbucks in the area.

Always so slow & usually ran by incompetent teenagers. Today (free hot cocoa day) the usual incompetent teen was working the drive thru and wouldn't honor the freebie pup cup size of hot chocolate, even with the purchase of two grande drinks. Someone's kid felt like being a grinch at work today! I'll visit one of the many other surrounding locations next time. read more

Drive through customer. This is my local Starbucks, they get the order correct no real issues there but today I went through and yes YELLED AT "welcome to Starbucks!!!!'" And when your in a car 2 feet from a loud speaker being screamed at its loud! Like my ear hurts right now Loud! I made a comment but heard the guy yelling the whole time while I picked up my order. Thank god I wasn't near the speaker anymore but this is disrespectful and like I said my ear actually hurts right now. Don't yell at your customers and really don't yell through loud speaker equipment at them! Going in tomorrow for a word. read more

This is a great Starbucks location. It's open until 10pm (at least on Saturday) which is nice, since we were seeing a late movie at Harkins. The barista was super friendly even though I'm sure he was ready to leave at 9:45pm. He also hooked up my caramel macchiato with a LOT of caramel which I always appreciate because I don't like asking for extra (they charge .50 cents for another drizzle). We made haste and got out of there ASAP because I wanted him to be left in peace, but I doubt he would have minded if we lingered. The interior was a little on the smaller side, but I did notice two comfy chairs near the door. This location also has a drive-thru in case you don't want to run inside. I wonder how well this Starbucks does considering there are two more in the SAME shopping center (Outdoor World and Target), but go here for the nice people behind the counter. read more

Inside the store is so dirty and most employees looked sloppy and unhygienic. We got 3 drinks and all 3 were made incorrectly then when we asked about it an employee was very rude over it. Won't be coming back. read more

Stopped here for my morning Bible study and devotional time. The place was buzzing in spite of the cold, snowy morning. The baristas were fast a courteous. I grabbed a seat at one end of the long communal table in the middle of the place. The ambiance was good and the music wasn't too loud. The wifi seemed to be reliable, although I wasn't on the internet that much. But there were plenty of people busily banging away on their laptops, and no one seemed to be frustrated by any internet outages. read more

Another neighborhood Starbucks for me. This one is a wee bit further of a drive for me but has a drive thru that I crave some mornings. Service is very pleasant and I enjoy chatting with the girls at the drive thru while waiting for my drink. My drink is consistent and always the way I want it. The one thing that bothers me about this location is the exit of the drive thru. There's no way to get back on the road the way I want to go without having to use the dumb round-a-about. Don't get me started on why those things should be removed from the world entirely. Overall, a very pleasant Bucks and keeps me caffeinated. read more

If this is the Starbucks that didn't put up with a rude, vile, and inconsiderate couple who changed their baby's diaper on a TABLE, then they have earned 5 stars. Bravo! http://www.9news.com/news/article/336019/188/Diaper-change-in-Starbucks-seating-area-ends-with-store-calling-police read more

In these trying times with in-house service no longer available, I want to acknowledge the drive through baristas at this Starbucks. We go there at least 3 times/wk. and the baristas, whomever is working, are always pleasant and responsive. read more

This little Starbucks location is more of a drive thru than anything. There's seating inside and the Target parking lot is right across the way. Mostly, I use this location if I happen to be shopping in Stapleton and want a pick me up before or after. I think I've been inside this location once and it was like any other Starbucks. Nothing to write home about. They've messed up my order in the drive thru a number of times but have always corrected it without any problems. Sadly, I hate how their drive thru is set up and the lack of outdoor seating (not that there's room for it) read more

Great Starbucks located on the North edge of Northfield shopping center near Target and next to Wahoo's. Love that it has a drive-thru. Nice seating inside to hang out if you choose. I have been sitting in the drive thru line for 14 minutes and they have only cleared one car! WTF! People are parking and going in and coming out just fine. Now I'm stuck in this stupid line from hell and can't back out. I will be here until I'm 80. Seriously Starbucks. Dedicate staff for your drive thru and clear more than 1 car every 14 minutes. I need to update my review. Since January, we have been several times. They get our drinks correct, run quickly, and are friendly.

I was so excited to try the new flat white espresso drink that they had been advertising that I drove here one random night after dinner. I chose this location because they had a drive through and it was a cold night so I didn't want to get out of the car. Compared to other drive throughs in the area like the Havana and Mississippi Starbucks, this did seem a little bit slower. But the workers were friendly and didn't mind when I asked them if it was ok to split my order into two so I could get two swipes on my gold card. Now the drink itself. Let me just say, my friend who recently came back from Australia was raving about the flat white she tried there and said it was the best coffee she's had. Therefore, this was hyped quite a bit for me. Though, I knew it was Starbucks so its flat white probably won't taste as good as Australia's. The drink was very very strong and bitter. Usually, I don't like my coffee that sweet and on the more bitter side but this was a bit much. Other than that I wasn't sure how it differed from a regular latte except just stronger. Wikipedia defines a flat white as basically a latte or cappuccino but with more coffee to milk ratio (I agree) and a milk that is more velvety in consistency. I did not taste a velvety consistency in my drink. It really just tasted like a more bitter latte but with more foam when you first start drinking, almost like the cappuccino. It definitely cost more than the regular tall latte. I guess if I was really sleepy one morning, I would get this again but otherwise i will stick with my regular lattes. read more

Not my favorite Starbucks but not my least favorite. They always seem to be understaffed on weekends and I end up with mis-made drinks. I never wait in line at the drive thru because it takes forever in the mornings. Always go in and order. Off peak hours it's much more tolerable but they should be doing stress tests to ensure the staff can handle volume and picky customer orders during peak times. read more

Hands down the fastest morning rush line at Starbucks I have ever been through in my life! Thank you thank you! My breakfast egg wrap was piping hot and succulent and my green tea so refreshing! Thank you to all the staff on this morning for great customer service and getting me fed and on with my busy day! Looks like this will be my new morning stop after my daughter gets dropped off at school! You guys rock!!! read more

Would give zero star if could. The gal who was taking the order was really rude and rushing us for no reason. She clearly had an attitude. The drink is bad also, got a mango dragonfruit refresher and it tastes like those vitamin water you get from grocery store, water with a hint of sweetness. Please avoid this place if you can. read more
