I love this Starbucks! Staff was friendly, fresh and quick. I usually work at coffee places and I have trouble with noise and cleanliness of other stores However this store was above its standards clean and calm. 40 minutes to get two drinks. Many people who came in after me, no joke like 20, had their drinks made before mine. Pretty disappointing.

I typically use the Starbucks and normally they are friendly and helpful but today I find myself having a bad start to my day because one my drink was made incorrectly and when I went in to fix it not only did they fix it wrong considering my dairy allergy but they also had a big attitude to go along with it. If you have the option I would pick Dutch Brose down the road they're more efficient and their drinks come out better and don't forget they are cheaper! read more

I ordered my pumpkin cream cold brew in the app and they came up pretty quick. I like ordering in the app because you can customize it the way you want it. The only complaint I have, which isn't even really a big deal, is they didn't put the pumpkin spices on top of my drink. I asked why he didn't do it, and he said he could add it, but technically they aren't supposed to take drinks back to fix them. Deliciously made white wrap, not burnt and brown like the previous one I received on the Tower Rd. Location. The cheese Danish was delicious, but I came with burnt, black crumbs all over it. Have no idea what that means lol. I don't know if the stove was burnt and they put my perfectly, light Danish into it, or the tool in which they picked up my Danish was burnt from previous things. Either way, it went into my tummy. The green tea latte with 1 honey is my fave. It's hot and warm and very energizing. I love cake pops. Always a fave of mine. read more

Just moved into the area and was hoping to continue with my Starbucks obsession near by, but VERY DISAPPOINTED in this location. Placed my order on the app and headed out to get my breakfast. Unfortunately only part of my order was correct and the most important part!!!! my bagel was wrong. I was impressed with a nice little note written on the outside of my bag thanking me for my order. And sat down in front of the TV ready to eat. Took out my bagel which was clearly marked, both on my order, and on the little sticky they put on the outside of the bag that contained the bagel as an everything bagel with plain cream cheese. They got the plain alright!!! My bagel was dry with NO CREAM CHEESE!!! How disappointing!! I specifically ordered online cause I couldn't go inside store, and now I cannot eat my breakfast!!! I tried calling the store over 15 times and no one answers that phone, so I can only guess to the horrible customer service they must have there. I came in before work they have a total of 6 people and a manager working! Worst service didn't even get my drink ended up asking for refund and left. 3 people came in long after I had already been sitting for a while and they got their drinks before me. All I ordered was a Chia Tea cold one at that. Not to mention a lady had been standing waiting on a sandwich to be made when I had walked in. She too had to ask where it was. Just like any other Starbucks, but this one is definitely better than a location I used to visit that's pretty nearby. The staff is still learning, so patience is a great virtue. I love that this location is convenient as far as accessing it goes. I don't have to worry about busses, crazy drivers, or parking! It's right near the exit to I-70 Westbound, so for those commuting in that direction, this is great! read more

Just stopped at this location to get my usual late and egg bites. What a ridiculous experience. They give me the egg bites without its little plate/container and no fork. I wish they would have told me before I paid for that they didn't have the supplies necessary to eat it. I'm out of the food and the money I paid. I show up and wait 5-10 minutes before they come out and they inform me that they didn't have half my order and wouldn't allow me to get a refund, only store credit then they messed up my drink and when I called him out he brushed it off, refused to fix as well as lied to me saying it didn't cost me any extra which I immediately checked and it does cost extra. Waited for 15 minutes and then asked why it was taking so long, since there were at least 3 customers behind me who already got their orders. They told me they were "backed up". Turns out they forgot about my order, and had misplaced the order slip. There was a gentleman in front of me who had been waiting before I even got there for a sandwich. Literally can't believe this place. It took them about 10 minutes to make a drink incorrectly while nobody else was waiting. Then, when I went to pickup the second drink from the bar, they intentionally sprayed my face with milk and water from a jar they were cleaning and laughed. So incredibly unacceptable I don't even have words. The management of this place should be completely ashamed. This place is ok because online it said it closed at 9 pm but when I got there they said that they closed at 8 pm and I drove around almost all the Starbucks in Denver but over all the coffee is amazing and the caramel that they use is delicious I just want to take a bottle home to use it because it's really good I recommend getting the caramel frappe read more
