I do wish there was a little more chorizo , it was mostly egg and potato but it was good! The steak Samoas smelled good but I wasn't a personal fan of the inside. Service: Excellent, staff helped answer questions and give recommendations, food was ready fast. Food: 10/10 We got the chorizo breakfast burrito, a mushroom empanada, and a steak empanada. Everything was absolutely delicious, if I had to pick a favorite it would be the mushroom empanada but you really can't got wrong. The chimichurri and the creamy jalapeño sauces were both great too. We also snagged a Key Lime Fizzy Moo carbonated milk that blew our minds. Neither of us like milk or carbonated drinks and yet, this was delicious and we couldn't stop sipping it. Definitely try one! Value: We paid $21 including tip, would say value on par for quality and amount of food. Would 100% recommend Cafecito for good vibes and delicious food.

But I was disappointed during my most recent visit when my cortado was made with cow's milk instead of the almond milk I ordered and paid extra for. It's frustrating to pay an upcharge for non-dairy milk and then not receive it, so I hope more care can be taken with orders like this. I also think it's about time that the upcharge for non-dairy milk is reconsidered, even Starbucks is doing it!

I stopped here several times during the week long conference we hosted here. It does move slower, so if there's a line and you are tight on time, I don't recommend waiting. The same staff was regularly here and they were very friendly. They greeted each person and made every drink to order. They have some pastries in the case if you want something sweet - think croissants, muffins, quick grab and go type items, etc. They also have a drink case with bottled beverages, including bottled waters. Overall: A Easy and convenient coffee shop on the conference side of the Gaylord. Mostly geared towards conf attendees and closes at 2 p.m. MST.

This is evident from the name Lucy -- the 3 million year old hominid discovered in Ethiopia and sometimes referred to as "the mother of us all", the understated murals, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful baristas, and of course the curated and highly enjoyable set of coffee beverages. My favorite is the macchiato, but every drink is an adventure of taste, aroma and texture that reflects refined coffee craftsmanship. The coffee is complemented by a delicious assortment of Ethiopian food and desserts, and a welcoming community. Lucy must be experienced to be truly appreciated.
