Honestly, I've given this place about five chances and they disappoint me every single time. Last time I came, I always order the same thing a cappuccino with 10 raw sugars, the cappuccino was literally milk. There was no coffee in it. And now this time again same thing always grande coffee and It's not even fill all the way up, half of it is just foam. If this place wasn't super close to my job, I would never come here again since I don't have another choice but honestly, it's just disappointing. So if you have a choice, drive five minutes away and go to a different Starbucks this one is not worth your time. I also given simple instructions before like do not reheat the brownie. I like it cold and they still reheat it not once not twice, but it has happened three times. I don't feel any urgency any sort of like good customer service coming from the staff, like I said, honestly save your breath. Save your time. Not sure why, but my last trip to this Starbucks was a disaster. I ordered online and they were out of a lot of items, so on my way to the store I ordered several things they had in stock. When I got there, one drink and two empty bags that said "see barista" were sitting in the pick up area. I waited a while for someone to come over but they never did. I finally flagged down one of the baristas and they told me the croissant and second protein box I ordered were out of stock. I walked around to the display case and they did not have a single Protein box. I asked them if I could swap for a grilled cheese sandwich, they said yes, and it was actually really good! Not as healthy as the protein box but I was hungry. He said he would give me a refund for the croissant but then someone appeared with one so they did actually have that item. He was about to walk off when I told him there was still one drink missing from my order and he could not find anything saying what that was, so I had to tell him again. I normally meet my daughter at this Starbucks and there is always a very long line in the drive-through, maybe because it's so close to the airport. This is the first time that they have messed up my order so badly. The parking lot is not easy to get in and out. But it is the best location for us. Every restaurant can have a bad day and I'm hoping this is what happened. All of the holiday items were out of stock as well as a good part of their regular menu. It wasn't a holiday weekend, so I can't see why this happened. read more

Tyler, I think her name was on her shirt she had Long brown hair, brown yoga pant looking bottoms and a white long sleeve shirt around 6:40 AM 12/31 had the worst attitude when the drink that I ordered which is a non-dairy salted caramel cookie matcha that already comes with coldfoam handhands me my drink and there's no cold foam . I tell her there's supposed to be coldfoam and she snatches it back away from me, Then turns to her coworker mimics what I just said and rolls her eyes, proceeded to get two other drinks ready before even making the cold foam, then she makes my cold foam and hands my drink back and aggressively put it on the counter where it spills out of the drink hole on my lid and spilled down my cup, 10/10 do not recommend her attitude. Solid Starbucks. Super convenient location as you're leaving the airport. The hours are generous, making it a convenient spot to hang out before fighting traffic back into Austin. The baristas seemed really friendly and it appeared well staffed. Lots of outlets and plenty of small tables. I was surprised by the little board game corner - I think that's the first time I've seen that in a Starbucks. The games are older, don't expect Settlers of Catan or Exploding Kittens, but it makes for a more inviting neighborhood space. I liked sitting outside for a little bit at night, when there weren't so many cars and airplanes and more people were inside the cafe being social. The patio had a couple chairs, tables, and two overhead fans, which provided a strong breeze.. there were bugs, but nothing that bit. read more

I always have a great encounter at this Starbucks. I've been coming here for about 10 months. It's so convenient to just drop in and grab my drink and/or breakfast from the mobile order bar on my way to work/school. I make sure to order online about ~10 minutes before I get there. Like that I'm not having to stand there waiting, and/or stressing these guys out by being at the counter more than I need to. In and out, shout back a "thank you so much and have a great day!" And I'm ready for my day. Some of these reviews are wild. Y'all need to learn to stop getting so bent out of shape over a convenience. Either plan your day more efficiently, so that you can absorb a simple miscommunication (WHILE REMEMBERING TO BE COMPASSIONATE HUMANS) that you'd like addressed, or just make the coffee or food at home. I was staying at the Quality Inn & Suites a few blocks away. Due to Covid, the hotel ceased offering their gratis breakfast and coffee in the mornings. As a result, I wasn't sure where to get my morning jump start. Thankfully, this Starbuck's was located within walking distance from the room. Normally I'm not a Starbuck's fan, but some of their coffee is palatable. They had Pike's brewed, and I knew that was one I enjoyed. Then I picked up a blueberry muffin and an iced lemon pound cake. Since everything is a la carte, the cost of breakfast was more than what I wanted to spend. Oh well, I'm vacation...whatever! The staff was very attentive and treated me as if I was the only customer in front of them at the moment. Even though indoor dining was closed, the restaurant allowed for patio sitting. As I walk in to get a coffee and sit for a while I wait for a friends flight to arrive I see that every table has a 'section closed' sign, not just every other table but every table. Maybe the previous reviews were prior to hiring the UNPROFESSIONAL and UNSANITARY drive-thru worker, Roseanna. I found her to very very unwelcoming during the order process, and unfortunately was too busy running her mouth about not being able to wait until 3pm, she handed me the wrong sandwich and had the audacity to ask for it back saying she was going to give it to the next guest. As I asked her if she felt it to be sanitary to give someone a sandwich that had already been in somebody's car (mine isn't the cleanest), she said "I mean there's nothing wrong with it?!??!" She then proceeded to hold the sandwich I ordered hostage, saying well if I keep the wrong order I can't get the one I actually ORDERED, continuing to argue with me. In summary, ensure your order is correct, and know if ROSEANNA is working the drive thru not only will your experience be terrible (on Christmas Day), but you may be handed a sandwich someone else has already touched due to pure laziness and lack of morals. I will say, I believe this to be an isolated incident with this particular worker not necessarily the store. Connor the manager was apologetic. The baristas and drinks are all good- on par with the 100s of other Starbucks I've been to, But, this interior is infested with flies. The door was locked and instead of the workers coming to open the door since they closed at 9:00PM, they stayed behind the counter and waved me off saying the restrooms were already cleaned.
