Easy five star review. The donuts are great the customer service is excellent too! I saw them on the app Toogoodtogo. 5.48 for 12 donuts. Talk about a steal! All the donuts were great and freshly made. Talk about value here! Amazing donuts. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

We don't eat donuts. But... Krispy Kreme has DC superhero (Batman, Superman, and Wonderwoman) donuts for a limited time. A couple of days ago my boyfriend ordered a dozen of the DC donuts for delivery. He ordered directly from the Krispy Kreme site. However, they use Doordash to deliver. The order arrived and it was three dozen freaking donuts. Not his order and none superhero, by the way. We received someone else's order. He called Krispy Kreme and the manager refunded his money. We gave the three dozen donuts away to neighbors in our apartment complex. The manager also said if we stop in, the next dozen would be on the house. We just don't have time to get there so he placed another order for delivery. They arrived in the proper box but... There were no Batman donuts and only half dozen of the DC Superhero donuts. There should have been 4 of each character (we got 3 WW and 3 Superman). Made another phone call, got another refund. Oh, side note about that first wrong delivery, one of the boxes had a missing donut! Guessing the driver ate it? It was the only box not properly sealed. Overall, it's fine just because the manager handled both situations professionally. Krispy Kreme donuts are still as delicious as I remember. I think the last time I had one was maybe 20 years ago. I think I've had my fill for the next 20 years.

The lights were out around 8:45pm making me think they were closed even though I checked online showing they were open till 10pm. I ordered online in advance and I thought surely maybe there was some mistake. I drove around to the drive through to see maybe if only that part was open. The speaker light was off, so I drove through to the window to see if anyone was there. No one... frustrated I started calling customer service to get a refund on the order I made. That when this girl popped up who seemed put out by my presence. She complained that I didn't announce myself at the speaker. Are you serious?! I let her know the light was off, so I thought it wasn't available. Please see image below as I think anyone could reasonably come to that conclusion. She yelled the light is not working! As if I am to know this?! Management needs to get the lights fixed, provide proper signage, and maybe work on their team's soft people skills.

Went the the drive through to pick up some donuts me and my family have been craving as I roll Up to the window and ask for 2 dozens the lady interrupts me and says they only have original glazed strawberry sprinkles and 4 chocolate sprinkles I continue my order with 1 dozen original glazed and the next dozen 8 strawberry sprinkle and 4 chocolate sprinkle after I say my order she rudely screams thru the microphone to slow down and I repeat my order politely, she reads back the order with lots of attitude and directs me to the window it was a rainy night today so I grab the donuts pay and shut my window and drive off to avoid letting too much water in my car once I'm home I open the boxes only to see they are both original glazed not at all what I asked for truly disappointed I have 2 little kids at home that were begging me for donuts this morning and they're favorites are chocolate sprinkle we do not live close to any Krispy Kreme this is the closest location to us at 40 minutes so truly a disappointment from this store

Yum yum yum! I was craving some sugar and these donuts were rich, sugary and so deeply satisfying. I got the chocolate, lemon sprinkles and creme filled donuts and all were absolutely delicious. The little donut balls sprinkled with powdered sugar were sweet little bites of happiness. Simply delightful!

Great customer service she let me try the Oreo donut hole before I order and helped with my birthday freebie.

They shrink two donuts Course I had to taste one kind of fresh

Drove all the way across town and South Austin to get their cinnamon rolls. They had a good excuse that the machine wasn't working or something. I asked for ugly old man discount didn't give me any. Make sure you check your donuts before I go home for the amount of hard work and money, they gave me two donuts that were shrunken look like little toddlers donuts in the box. I know they got hard workers, but come on management.! Specially, early in the morning to get my guest some cinnamon rose. They had none. OK, no more complaining. I'm just gonna go small Mom Pop next get cinnamon rolls. (call Head next time?) next time. Once again he lost my business! Hadn't been there in years because of problems before ! What a Drag cinnamon I wanted my cinnamon rolls! Did not "offer me a free coffee because of no cinnamon rolls! Whatever happened to making your customer happy ! Could you give me one small, freaking coffee, driving all the way across town. Just had promised guest Thanks for listening because no one else wants to hear it! Yakety yak, yak, yak, yak, yak, yak, yak, yak, yak, yak Yelp Yelp Yelp,Yelp"!

These are not it. I ordered through doordash and after eating salty and voodoo, you realize how low quality these are. And the fact they charge $17 for the 6 pack of tiny ah donuts. Not very fresh either. I ordered at 4pm so i guess i was askkng for it

Just to be clear, I AM somewhat of a subject matter expert. I have eaten all manner of fried dough creations from coast to coast, including Hawaii, and I have a lot to say on the topic. My favorite is still Cider Belly in Albany, NY, but I digress. The PB&J donut here is one of the best things I have ever eaten. I dragged it out for 3 days. Even semi-stale, and reheated in the microwave, it was still delicious. I put a scoop of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream on it which definitely helped. I also ordered a Heavenly Hash (one of my favorite ice cream flavors BTW) and a Naughty and Nice because I am all about the classics. They were both outstanding. No leftovers. I bought these donuts in lieu of birthday cake this year which may become my new tradition. Honestly, I think these are my new favorite donuts in Austin now.

When we went our choices were $9-$10 donut base desserts. I say base because the toppings cover up the donut visually. Despite that, there's no covering that scrumptious taste and texture. Wowaweea. Yes, you feel your cells expand and pants tighten and it is for sure run club pre and post, but quite worth it. These divine donuts have that cakey interior I love so much. We had the Puddin': cream cheese icing, vanilla pudding, fresh bananas with nilla wafers. According to the menu. Ours didn't have any nilla wafers and the presentation was uneven, hence the four stars. I didn't miss the wafers. The icing and pudding were one goopy topping and the bananas slices were half scattered slices and half banana chunk that I had to separate. Side notes: Gourdough sits on a corner with parking spots that are not free. There's a pay via QR code so you'll need a phone or something to scan that. Boo for digital shackles. Next note- I feel like this is a low key meet up spot. Like the way they tried to make the first train cars on the MTA the singles car? There was a series of singles getting doughnuts and they were a little done up for the occasion. Who knows. With the little IG ready love seats and doughnuts made for sharing, you could walk away with extra sugar.

The audacity Story time, Today I went to the original Round Rock location, downtown Round Rock, to buy my son's birthday donuts, It's tradition. Every year on his birthday he gets a dozen half glazed and half chocolate frosted donuts. Then I get a kolache and a dozen donut holes for myself. Well when I pulled up today the line was wrapped around all the way to Mays street. So I just followed the line of cars and got in line. You'd think that a line that long would take a long time but.... Round Rock donuts has this process down to a T. It took less than 10 minutes to get through that line and get my order. And those donuts came out hot and fresh. So did my kolache. Anywho, Don't let the lines scare you away, Just jump in and know they're going to move quickly. Also, If you're planning an office event or any type of event and you want donuts and coffee or kolaches donuts and coffee, Round Rock donuts offers a great menu for large orders and also they have a cake menu for custom cake orders. If you don't want to stay in line in your car you can also park wherever you can find a spot and go to the walk-up ordering window, It's shaded and there's plenty of space to hang out while your order is being made and brought out to you. All this to say, It's a Round Rock Donut, Happy Birthday to my Son!

For years, I'd heard so much good about them; it was about time to sample their goods. Since it was a weekday and a bit later in the morning hours, the line wasn't too bad. Watching the vehicles flying through the drive-thru, I could see that these folks have it down to a science. Order after order is being handed to their customers with military precision. We got a cinnamon roll and a fritter for the road, plus 6 donuts to take back home with us. The fritter was OK, I've had better. My wife's cinnamon roll was too huge to manage. It was definitely Texas-sized. The six donuts we took home were two blueberry cake donuts, two regular raised donuts, and two filled. The filled donuts were our favorites, along with the cake and the traditional raised. We can now say we've been to the legendary Round Rock Donuts.

The donuts themselves were a bit of a letdown, though. Ours were a little stale -- now, in fairness, we did roll in later in the afternoon, so that might've played a part. But here's the thing: I'm a HUGE donut person. I can eat a donut basically any time of day, no matter how long it's been sitting out. So for them to fall a little flat, especially at the prices they're charging, I was expecting a bit more. That said, it was a nice place to sit and take a break while we were wandering around downtown. Would I make it a regular stop? Probably not -- but if you're on vacation and want to check it out for the experience, it's worth a peek.

Why am I going to one in Austin? Well, it's because I am a completeist and I try to go to as many Voodoo Doughnut locations as I can. Austin has two locations but Steve was only willing to tolerate going to one location so we went here. The doughnuts are going to be about the same as any other location however I did come across one that I haven't seen before. I am not sure if it was limited edition or what but I liked it. It was kind of take on a Black Forest Cake but it wasn't cherries that were on top of the doughnut and cream. It was more like blueberries. It was good and I am glad I tried it! I was really hoping to see the Ring of Fire Doughnut as it's my favorite but I didn't see it here. I got more of a powdered doughnut too as I do like their more basic doughnuts too. Steve got something that almost was like a Dubai-esque Chocolate Doughnut. It had pistachios on it and was a chocolate cake. That one was good too! Atmosphere is weird and quirky like all of their locations try to be which I can appreciate. So if you are addicted to Voodoo Doughnuts or have been wanting to try them but don't plan any PNW trips then definitely swing by the Texas locations. More and more locations are popping up all of the time!
