This is in my neighborhood. I showed up ordered a dozen glazed with two water bottles. Their menu says it's Dasani, and if you ask for two bottles of Dasani they say, "no problem", and then at the window they'll hand you a bottle of ozarka... they've done this to me multiple times. So today--they gave me the dozen I drove home and took a bite and it was 110% a donut made yesterday. Yikes. It was so bad. So I drove back and told them that it was really not good, and then they gave me 12 off the conveyer belt--then I ate 6 back to back to back. I don't usually give 4 star ratings to businesses that try to poison me... but they made it right. Appalling customer service all around. I placed a gift delivery order on Tuesday for what was supposed to be a surprise to our boss on Friday. I filled my information in for the sender, his for the gift recipient. Immediately after placing the order, KK sent a notification email (price included!) to the boss, completely spoiling the surprise. Determined to make it worse, they took my order for a dozen Halloween donuts (placed on Tuesday), and then managed to run out of Halloween donuts on Friday. They cancelled and refunded the order less than an hour before it was scheduled to be delivered. Still determined to make it worse, they sent both me and the recipient a delivery confirmation order AND a cancellation notice, confusing everyone all around. By now the whole fun of the thing was pretty much ruined (thanks KK), but since I was determined to get those donuts for my boss' kids, I went back to the site to re-order for the next morning. Personally, I'm not a big fan of donuts in the morning because all of the sugar and fried dough tend to upset my poor little stomach :( . Regardless, this was my first time going to a Krispy Kreme restaurant with my friend who wanted to do the 10k calorie challenge. He got a dozen donuts, and I got a free glazed donut straight off the donut making line. You can see the whole process of donut making, from workers rolling out the dough to the machine pumping out fresh donuts into their delicious glaze. That freshly made donut was unlike any donut that I've ever had. It literally melted in my mouth and was so delicious; I could've downed two or three more! The donuts are not huge and tend to be a little on the smaller size so you can eat more if you want. I probably won't be back unless I have a huge craving for donuts, but for those who love donuts this is the place to get some. read more

Krispy Kreme is essentially the most mass produced trash donut you will ever encounter. They have them everywhere from gas stations to grocery stores. I'll eat them occasionally but its not something I every seek out. I will say that considering how many donuts they actually make at this location its very surprising that they always do seem sort of fresh. I don't think I've ever bought a stale donut from this location and I'll give them some credit for that. I took it upon myself to try the Kolaches here recently because its on the way to work and I was in a hurry and needed breakfast. They were super grosss! I feel like they attempted to make up for having crap ingredients by adding extra cheese.. the problem was that the extra cheese they added was just weird. I'm not sure what type of cheese it was even but it was super tasteless and stringy. Not what I would have expecting in a Kolache. The only thing saving these guys from a one star review is the fact that the employees at this location are always amazing and nice! I cant say enough good things about the folks that work here as they always seem to be the most friendly people and are willing to do anything to make you happy with your order! So in closing that's two stars for the people who work at this Krispy Kreme location and no stars for the actual food. read more

One dozen must be all glazed, and the other can be an assorted variety. This is at least $1.60 less than the price of the individual dozens bought separately. Impeccably clean with fresh donuts and kolaches 24/7! LOVE that despite all the frying, this place has no door of grease to it!! I'm not a big donut fan, but if I'm going to get a donut, I get one here. But tonight I forgot to eat dinner at DKR so I was looking for something smallerish with some protein for a late dinner. The filled meat kolaches at Krispy Kreme hit the spot and were very good. I got the ham and cheese kolache, which was made with folded ham lunchmeat and cheddar cheese. I SO MUCH prefer the texture of the lunchmeat than I do the chopped ham that some places use (Kolache Factory, I'm talking about YOU yuck). The bacon egg and cheese kolache will give the McD egg Mcmuffin a run for my money. If there were more KKs around me, I'd go here for this quick breakfast on the go, instead of there, just sayin. 5 stars!! read more

This is your average Krispy Kreme. Love how they always give a fresh hot doughnut in the AM. So nice. They couldn't make their way to 4 stars for a couple of reasons. 1st, they make it a point to keep people waiting outside, even when it's chilly... Just because they don't want people trying to order early or whatever. Seriously people? All of you are in the store, you could open the doors and let people come in, just don't take orders until 6. This annoys me, because I imagine if there was a tornado, hurricane etc around this early hour and the nearest shelter for a passing person happened to be Krispy Kreme and there were obviously workers in the store, they would NOT open the doors for you. They'd let you get sucked up by the powerful winds... Unless it was past 6am. Haha. Aside from that, there is the coffee. Blah!! My coworkers brew waaaay better cups!
