I was staying at the Westin off the galleria for work and appreciated the friendliness and efficiency of this Starbucks. First, it's super easy to get to from the hotel. It's located within the mall and the only thing open at 6 AM! I placed my mobile order every morning four days in a row and each day it was ready and under seven minutes (probably faster because it was always ready when I got there each time). I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff each time I walked in the door and my order was made exactly to my specifications and tasted exactly how I expected. I ordered a strawberry açaí lemonade, i watched them make it and they have a shaker for refreshers but instead just put it into a cup and never shook it, they took over 15 minutes to take my order and there was no line at all, they were busy making drinks for themselves, the ambiance was very tense and not calming like most starbucks locations. read more

How does Starbucks hire such nice people? Gosh! The baristas are always just so happy! We stopped in this Galleria Starbucks for some drinks. The place was pretty busy, as expected but those baristas kept churning out drink after drink! They nailed our order of a cold brew, iced latte and Frappuccino. The vanilla bean frappe was for our girls and I asked for a separate cup so I could split it... the wonderful barista offered to split it for me AND topped both of them with mounds of whipped cream for my kiddos. It was so very nice of her! (I've been told at another Starbucks that they weren't able to split it for me and I had to do it myself) which is why this took me by pleasant surprise. read more

This location is notable because it is FAST. Starbucks was smart with this one because it gets a lot of traffic and they make sure to staff appropriately. If you experienced something else, I can tell you after 20+ visits here that you probably just caught them on a day someone called in sick. I've been working in the office building attached to the mall and so we go here WAY more often than we should (my sad, sad bank account...) and they have never made a mistake on any of my drink orders! They are also really friendly and are capable of making the breakfast and lunch options as well! read more

Probably the slowest Starbucks in town. It's incredible that you need to wait over 15 minutes for a small order of tea with egg whites. They actually put the eggs in that oven 10 minutes after I placed an order. And it wasn't busy! read more

My experience today was extremely negative. The attitude of the employees appeared to be that "they just didn't care." No Splenda and only plastic stir sticks that didn't reach half way in to the cup, No wooden stir sticks. I purchased two juices and requested a cup of water and the cashier had the nerve to ask me to wait literally for 20 drinks to be made prior to me getting a cup of water.
