Staff are alwats friendly and drinks are delicious. My favorites are anything with the banana milk. I would note that the drinks are a little sweet, so if that's not your thing, try an unsweetened or ask for half shots of flavor. Wait times can be a little long, which us the only reason I took off a star.

If you're arriving by car, there is street parking around the building, but there is also the option of going into the building's garage. They confirmed to me that the ground-level parking spaces are available to customers during their open hours. Also, this is right across the street from the Helmo Ave. station on the new Gold Line.
