I definitely had a 5 star experience this morning. I arrived before 6 am. The cafe was quiet, everyone was very friendly, and the barista confirmed my order before making it. The bonus! They had madeleine's. I've noticed lately that several Starbucks are out of one or more items. This location had everything I needed. When in the area, I will be back. read more

Service. 9:15pm manager on 5/28/25 doesn't know if she can take the top off of the bacon and Gouda. Cook it. Put it in the oatmeal container. And throw both buns away. This is the first time a Starbucks has said no u can't have that. I'm not doing that. I don't know if I can do that. Will someone please tell her for 5 years I have asked and gotten this for my gluten sensitivity. No problem. Today I'm evidently an idiot. Then paying in app on my phone was evidently a problem too that I didn't say pay in app when she could see my screen. All other cashiers just scan it and I'm paid. I don't get the issues?? I went to Starbucks this afternoon as many do and I ordered my usual a "chocolate cookie crumble cream Frappuccino with light ice and caramel sauce layered inside". I have never received bad customer service from here. First I asked for light ice in my drink tell me why My cup was full of ice, I barely taste the drink. so I asked him to remake it. This time they gave me a whole cup of just foam there was no ice and remind you, I asked for a light ice. there was no ice and there was barely any caramel sauce, Then she had the audacity to take the first drink away from me and throw it away. I'm pretty sure that's cross-contamination. Taking my drink that I already drunk out of and bringing it into the workspace. This was just the worst customer service! read more

Overall the quality of Starbucks drinks is deteriorating overtime it feels like, with the prices they charge you should get a quality drink. Some baristas are very nice for example Penny. Some are just very negative energy which has deterred me from going here. The wait times are bit long. read more

Went in here on a Saturday at noon. The floors were so dirty already and it was the the slowest service I have ever received at a Starbucks. There were 3 people in front of me, so not super busy. I ordered a cappuccino...15 minutes later and I am still waiting for my beverage. I really was ready to just walk out but I needed my coffee. I finally received my order minutes later. Who doesn't like Starbucks? I suppose you would not babe resign this review if you didn't. Starbucks all tend to be similar. Some have their charm to compliment the area where they are. This store is just what it is. Regardless it doesn't disappoint. Starbucks always has great coffee and great service. I love their drive through service. They seem to be efficient. Just be careful going around the bend as to not hit any cars in the parking area looking for a lace to park. Enjoy! read more

The wife orders a chai tea latte with soy milk. No soy. It's all good, switch up the milk. I order my regular tall medium roast with honey. No honey... so I switch up to nitro... no nitro. Wth!? I order a cortado, which I like to have with honey so I get two pumps of vanilla. Not only do I have to spend an extra $2.50 on the drink I didn't want, also charges me for the 2 pumps of vanilla I add. On top of all of that, no apologies from the barista. I get my drink back. For those of you who don't know, a cortado is 8oz, 2 shots and no foam. What I get back is a vanilla latte, 16oz, which completely disrupts the espresso to milk ratio of my third choice drink. The gal who asked "What can I get started for you?" was friendly, my coffee was perfect, it only took a few moments and even better, my coffee was free thanks to my birthday reward. This Starbucks used to very dependable in terms of their quality and service. I've been coming here ever since I moved to the area years ago. But something must have changed in the past few months - I've received some pretty awful coffees lately. Wait times, which have always been a bit bad here, have gotten worse. I've also noticed a change in the staff - they don't seem as friendly as they used to be. But again, my main complaint is with the quality of their hand-crafted beverages. Just this morning I paid $5+ for a steaming hot cup of spiced milk after ordering a Chestnut Praline latte (see picture in review). Disgusting - couldn't even stomach more than two sips. I'd recommend going to the location on Hwy 29 if you're in the Concord area. read more

Love that this location has a drive through! The employees there are hit & miss in the friendly department. Same goes for my beverage / food order. I've honestly never gone inside; just always used the drive through. Beware...this place stays pretty busy, therefore, you may have to wait in line for a while. They share a parking lot with a couple other businesses, so parking is an issue. They do have patio / outdoor seating, which is a plus. read more

My sister ordered here on a Saturday afternoon. It took 20 minutes again for 2 drinks. The slooooowest Starbucks ever! They are too focused on the drive thru orders and neglect the in store orders. There were 5 cars from what I could see in the drive thru and 11 people waiting for drinks inside. There was 1 person making drinks for the drive thru and in store orders. Several drinks were brought in from the drive thru because they were made incorrectly. It took 16 minutes for the first drink, another 23 for the second and 23 minutes for the mobile order my daughter sent in. They said they didn't have a printout for her order. It was even verified on the app that she had the correct location. And then because the young man at the counter felt so bad, he made it himself. Although the seating area was somewhat clean, the restrooms were horrendous!!!! I'm not sure what went on in there before coming in, but I was scared! I do NOT recommend this location!!! read more

8/10/2021 at 10:23am, store 10391(speedway), name of the guy/? Zach. A very unpleasant experience. We order a misto coffee and when we are about to pay a tall white guy was at the register. We ask him to use our 50 stars to pay for our coffee, and he replayed that 50 stars were not enough which is fine no issue with that. But then my wife told him that she has used 50 start to get her free misto and at that point the guy became defensive and with a rude tone he started to ask us for the people who had agreed to give a misto for 50 stars. When my wife told him that he himself had done that in the past he became very defensive, increased his rude posture and started to denied. I had to intervene and ask him to stop the fight and charge me. At that point he had a hard time completing his task. His tone was ver unpleasant snd rude. This is the point. No respect. No decency. No display of valuing the customer. We were not intending to scam him we were just wondering why it has been done in the past and not now. Customer service is not this locations priority. We miss the manager Anita. Going to the a different location moving forward. read more

Don't go to this location. I had money stolen from me. The store has not been helpful at all. I guess their baristas needs tips that bad they have to steal from people. I will never go here again. Drive thru experience only, to be fair. Had a conference in a nearby hotel, and this was a convenient stop for coffee and breakfast. This location is a little weird, as you have to get off the main drag and loop into it. Getting into it was easier than getting out of it. Maybe I took a wrong turn, but I was unable to get back out to the light easily and had to pull a U-turn down the side street! The drive thru was packed- I think there were about 4-5 cars ahead of me just to get to the order screen. I'll give the employees here a lot of credit though, they were FAST. I spent maybe a total of 5 minutes in the drive thru, from my wait to pulling out with a coffee and a warm pastry. I saw some other reviewers mention slow service in the past-- maybe I got lucky, or they've got some speed demons on staff now. I was shocked at how quickly I was in and out of here. read more

This is our favorite Starbucks. I see a lot of reviews about wait times. I usually am in and out fairly quickly. Drive thru does take a smidge longer but I never feel I wait longer than the one over by target in kannapolis. One thing that I want to compliment is how friendly all the employees I have come into contact with have been lately, not sure if they have new management or if I have just hit them on a good day but I've been impressed lately, feels like I am going thru chic fil a drive thru, and that is huge coming from me. Really friendly baristas - maybe I'm just not used to the southern hospitality, but they were the sweetest here. Our drinks came out very quickly. We were there after we checked out of our hotel so we could get some work done, and when my partner asked if they could turn the music down a tad so she could take a business call, they were very accomodating and didn't give any attitude. Have to agree with others. This starbucks location continues to go downhill. Closes at random hours. Drive thru is in an awkward location and always has a long line. Today, Drive thru line is 15 cars deep and after sitting 7 min without moving in line decided to leave. Service was a bit slow. They had one person switching between taking orders and making drinks, so she would help make three drinks and then take three orders and just go back and forth. Maybe they were just understaffed on this particular day, maybe this is typical, maybe they're just busy enough to warrant that, who knows?
