I stopped by yesterday after holiday bites with family when I needed extra caffeine - and heat - to come back to life from the Christmas Freeze. I mean 44 degrees out. This store was actually open on the 25th. The crowd, like myself, were bundled up in multiple layers. Even their pets were dressed up. My latte and blueberry & oatmeal were just right to warm up. Yes, I know, Starbucks is a ginormous chain store, but this one gets a shoutout thanks to the pleasant employees working with a smile while the rest of us were out celebrating. Standardly good Starbucks. Not much to write home about, but not much to complain about either.

Starbucks is Starbucks right..I ordered a caramel frappachino and two cake lollipops for my charges. These lollipops imo are so overpriced for literally one bite! The store was pretty clean, located near fresh market. My coffee was too icy, so not much liquid and the caramel was split all down the side of the cup which was annoying. Super super sticky. Also not impressed that this Starbucks is still using plastic straws,where you others use paper ones now . read more

The coffee was soso, even though I asked for French vanilla with Caramel, and chocolate. It was messing the chocolate part also somehow it tasted a little burnt as well. The only saving grace was that I needed coffee and drank it as quickly as I could. And the rice Krispy which was the best thing out of the two. read more

Really bad starbucks as of late. Mobile orders take 20+ minutes to come out once you get there in comparison to people who order in store. Poor service and they are almost usually out of stock of items. They literally leave your drink unfinished and start to begin and finish someone else's drink even though you ordered 8 minutes ago. On top of this, it doesn't taste nearly as good as the other locations. My strawberry Acai had some weird soapy bubbles on top, very unappetizing. Unfortunate since this was my favorite location. read more

Great experience, I came here right at opening at 5:30am on a Sunday. I was so grateful they were open so early and within walking distance to the marina. First customer in - got a needed redeye, a breakfast sammy, some grilled cheese for later lunch and some banana bread. Service was kind and quick and the food was delicious! Exactly what I needed. One of my favorite Starbucks experiences, probably because it was so early in the morning and exactly what was needed. read more

This Starbucks is nice because of the location and the customers but the staff is not as nice as other Starbucks. I go almost on a daily basis and its always the same. The staff hardly smiles and gives snappy short answers. They have charged me for my refills when they aren't supposed to. They were supposed to give me a refund for a wrong order on a previous visit and although the manager said she processed it I had to contact Starbucks directly to get my refund. On this visit the son's double bacon tasted like chloroseptic and had to be returned. Beware of listening carefully for your name to pick up your order. They call it once and very low. I've seen lots of people complain about this at this location. There is one exception to the awful customer service at this place. The one person that works there that knows how to treat customers is Jay. He should be made manager and train the other emoyees. They get 3 stars for the coffee. The lose 2 stars for service and they lose one star for inconsistent food quality. read more

New Starbucks next to Monty's. Excellent store with friendly people. This store has a Clover and they know how to use it.... makes a little better coffee if you can wait 2 minutes. They also have a selection of the bold coffees you can get on this. Open late and very nice seating area both inside and out. read more

The complete experience at this location really leaves much to be desired. If you're walking from a nearby office, you're off to a good start. I work in the area but not quite close enough to walk. Picking up coffee here is at least a 2 man job as there is rarely any parking. There's also a good chance your coffee is in the correct size cup but contains way less coffee than it should. The staff isn't generally very friendly either which doesn't incentivize you to revisit. read more

The ambiance is sucky. Here's to the rich folks who visit, sometimes greeting newcomers with an air of supremacy -- especially the viejas (old ladies) mad about their plastic surgery gone wrong. Getting out of the parking lot was a pain, as a Mercedes Benz greedily blocked me because he was checking his phone while waiting for another parking spot. The service wasn't bad, all of the people there were working hard and quickly. A sandwich was suffice to quench my screaming stomach. Pro tip: use the bathroom at home because this one's real dirty. And don't Starbucks in rich neighborhoods -- they look at you weird. read more

The worst Starbucks in the history of bad Starbucks. The baristas make terrible coffee. Don't bother on paying $5 for a caramel macchiato that tastes like regular brewed coffee with a splash of milk. Also, just avoid coming here in general. The employees are extremely unfriendly. Order a pastry and you'll see they won't hand it to you, they'll just throw it on the counter. Try to tell them something is wrong with your order and wait for a snarky mean response. Please drive an extra mile to the Starbucks in Cocowalk or support another coffee shop. The Starbucks on Bayshore Drive is one of my favorites. We all pretty much know what's on the menu, so for me it's all about Location, Location, Location! I've been coming here nearly every Saturday morning for the past 6 months and will say that the movement of people here is energizing. On the weekend you will come across many different groups of people passing through. It's a prime location for active folks coming in after a long run, cycling, walking with their kids or pets, and all in between. There's just a friendly atmosphere that is undeniable. The outdoor seating is also great and can accommodate several large or smaller groups. Even on a rainy day, don't be surprised to find a full house. read more

I like this Starbucks because it's close to the park, so I usually walk over with my dogs and grab a cup before heading home. However, the only reason I come here is out of convenience and not preference. The place is always filthy: trash on the tables, trash on the ground, sticky counters, and dirty condiment trays. I get that it may not always be pristine, but when there's 7 employees behind the counter chatting all day and an empty location, there's no excuse as to why this place shouldn't be clean and tidy. Today I walked in and wanted a cold brew. When I ordered, the lady simply said "oh we don't have cold brew today." Ummm ok? The guy behind the counter then chimes in and says "yeah, I forgot to make it this morning." Get it together. read more

Most convenient location for Coconut Grove peeps. Indoor and outdoor seating which is a nice option. Check for parking in the lot (free), but never a problem finding meters along the street. Avoid 2:30-4pm which is when it's high schooler take-over! Staff always seems friendly so no complaints there! read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks for alittle under a year and I enjoy it. The people that work there always remember my name and whenever o have a special request (like yesterday I felt like I was coming down with a cold so I asked for something with Ginger and he made a tea that had ginger in it for me). My favorite thing there is a egg white bites because they're so delicious and low in calorie and filling for a simple breakfast. It's usually pretty packed in there so it's hard to get seating however that doesn't really bother me so much because I always take my stuff to go. Starbucks is known for being a little expensive but you do get what you pay for there and I like this location very much. And I will continue to make my runs there! read more

This Starbucks is always really cold inside. Other than that defining feature, it's pretty much like any other Starbucks. So if you like very very cold air, kind of a walk-in refrigerator type vibe, then this is the Starbucks for you. For those unfamiliar with Starbucks as a general concept, it's a chain of coffee shops that began in Seattle and has gradually conquered the world, serving a slightly burnt tasting American style coffee, espresso beverages, and various sweet drinks that are kind of a hybrid between a slushy and a milkshake (only some of which are coffee flavored). Their latest shtick is making drinks in pretty pastel colors that are mixed with coconut milk and fruit syrups, with some vague connection to the LGBT movement and/or Lady Gaga. Want an overly expensive Starbucks? Then this is your place! I have a drink that I always order that I paid umm about $1.80 more and once I was rung up I asked the barista was this the normal and she began to explain that because of its location it's typically always more than any other traditional Starbucks! Yikes! Well I sure won't make that mistake again and the only reason that I ended up here is because my hotel I'm staying at while visiting coral gables directed me here. Have to let the concierge know there's actually a way better location and more convenient one then this one! Won't be back! There wasn't any cream or milk out so I had to ask the other barista for milk. I politely said, "when you have a moment may I have whole milk for my coffee?" Eric explained all different types of coffee making presidieres, interacted very well with the group, and was very informative. This tasting has expanded coffee choices, I hope the have more in the near future. read more
