Plastic plants are hanging from ceiling - what an odd design choice. All their pastry wrapped in plastic individually. They don't bake - it's coming from somewhere and it's wrapped in plastic because they can sell it up to a week. How bizarre to sell week old pastry for a full price. When I was there everything was 2 days old and I didn't appreciated it. I had double espresso and lucky for me it wasn't served in a plastic cup. Coffee was good, but I'm unlikely to return - dear owner: stop making lazy choices - it's opposite of quality.

I'm not sure anyone ever said "I want room because I prefer 14.5 oz to 16oz." So pouring some out doesn't cut the mustard. Anyhow, my experience today - they hand it out full and ask if that's enough room. I said no and explained I like about an inch of room (even demonstrating with my fingers what an inch is), so it tastes stronger. They said okay, supposedly remade it just to hand it back out to me completely full again. I don't know how you fix that lol! Do folks not listen or do they not care?? Anyhow I'm about over Biggby. If I can't have my drink the way I want it, I'll go elsewhere or make it myself.
