Love the plants and upstairs vibe if you're a keyboard warrior. Went 2 days in a row when I was in town. First the orange latte got my attention. Orange, cinnamon, cardamom, etc. took my breath away. The next day I went back, they had changed at the menu and had a seasonal berry sage latte. I never had an experience like that but oh my goodness, it was my everything! So many flavors all in one cup. Sheer perfection. Great food too. The Avo toast and brekkie burrito were very generous servings and tasted like heaven. Friendly staff rounded out the great experience. This will be top of my to do list next time I'm in Chico!

My husband and I are planning to relocate to Chico, and we're already looking forward to becoming regulars. We can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. Highly recommended!

I liked that you order off a tablet because it's easier and it allows you to customize the drink. However, while it let me adjust the sweetness of my drink, this location only offers one size and offers no adjustment option for the ice. I got a green thai tea and checked out their branded tumblers for sale while I waited. I was in a bit of a rush so I left as soon as I got my drink. It was a little mild on flavor but fine overall, I give it 3/5 for taste. The real disappointment for me was that for about $8 I only got about 4 or 5 drinks. The cup was mostly ice and I felt a little ripped off. I had to stop somewhere else a little later for another drink. If you want a place to hang out or take photos, you might like this spot but I go to tea shops for the tea, so I would probably not come here again.

There was no line, there was little wait, and everyone was kind and upbeat as usual. This is important because their drinks have always been on point, whatever branch we go to, but they went an extra mile making my wife smile. Thank you for being great!

The wait wasn't too bad, and once we got to the counter, the staff was super friendly and happy to help. Since it was our first visit, we asked for recommendations. The cashier suggested the Tropical Breeze, and it was fantastic. My husband got the Frosted Chocolate Chai and really enjoyed it too. The drinks were definitely one of the highlights of our visit. I was a little bummed to find out that all of the frosted drinks are dairy-based, and there weren't any dairy-free blended options available. It would be great to see a few alternatives for people with dietary restrictions. I ordered a protein bowl, and it was fresh, filling, and loaded with good ingredients. The chicken was a little dry, but overall it was still very tasty. I'd love to see more dressing options that are both dairy-free and gluten-free. The biggest downside was the parking and seating situation. Parking was a challenge, and the indoor seating area felt pretty crowded. After the lunch rush, there were several tables that still needed to be cleaned, which made it harder for people to find a place to sit. The outdoor patio was nice, but there wasn't a lot of shaded seating. Overall, we had a really nice visit. The food was fresh, the drinks were great, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. It's easy to see why this place is so popular. While I probably wouldn't go out of my way to deal with the parking and limited seating if I lived nearby, I'm glad we stopped in and would recommend giving it a try, especially for the drinks and friendly service.
