Absolutely horrendous customer service. They refused to make a frappe because they were "closing soon". It was 3:45 and they're open until 5pm. If you're closing up shop an hour early maybe just close at 4pm. The coffee they were willing to serve me tasted awful I am completely appalled at such pathetic service. Your only job is to make coffee. This experience has really turned me off to Starbucks in general and if this is what I can expect in the future I will take my business elsewhere.

This location is in the lobby of the Marriott we stayed in. The hotel didn't serve breakfast this morning so he needed his coffee and I needed some breakfast. The server was not great. No personality or energy. They don't do rewards program here so that was also not cool. But my butter croissant warmed was yummy. And his coffee was coffee he said. So as long as you don't expect sterling service it's ok. Their hours are short so make sure to check before you come.

A premium coffee shop that lets it's one half and half container run dry and completely runs out of Splenda at 6:40 am needs new management

Free ample parking - something the Cicero / 47th location does not have. Much smaller however. Open everyday.

Service is terrible, was charged $14 for two GRANDE drinks and I wasn't even offered the chance to get my money back after being ripped off.

The jibarito was nice and crunchy and the steak was seasoned just right. The Cubano was great! Im always afraid to order it because ive had one taste like too much pork. This one did not taste too porky at all. To drink, we had a passion fruit juice and a watermelon juice. They were both so fresh! The passion fruit juice was just as sweet as you thought it would be. The staff was so friendly and they make sure you have what you need to enjoy your food.

This is a small sandwich shop on Chicago's southside making some amazing food. First, the food I excellent. I tried the jibarito, medianoche (similar to a cubano, but with an egg) and the tripleta. I liked all them, but my favorite was the tripleta. I loved that all of the flavors of the meats seemed to work together. Also do not skip out on their pastries and drinks. I especially recommend the frappe. Second their food is a great value. I believe that none of their sandwiches are more than $11, with many of their less than $10, and I think, most of, if not all, of their drinks are less than $5. You get a good bang for your buck here. Third, the staff is friendly and service is fast. You order at a window and wait for your food to be ready. I felt that my food was ready super fast and it was very fresh. In sum, this is a must visit hidden gem.

The bar is really beautiful and has cool lighting. Everyone who works here is really kind and welcoming. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious. The eggs are really fluffy and the sauce on top is tasty. The beverages are great too. I had an iced lavender sea salt latte and it was really refreshing. I also enjoyed the iced pistachio mocha latte. Subtle flavors and really smooth. I also had the Matcha Shakerato and it was amazing! I loved the amaretto in it and the flavors really pop. I loved the glasses that the drinks were served in as well. I love the concept here. It's a coffee shop/cafe/bakery by day and bar/lounge by night. I look forward to returning in the evening to experience more cocktails. (It's an amaro focused cocktail bar.) I look forward to trying more food and pastries too. They also have an aperitivo hour from 4-6pm that looks great too. I definitely plan on a being a regular. Fantastic experience!

We originally swung by on a Friday night, but it was far too loud and bustling. Given the nice 1940s or 50s decor, adding some acoustic art panels would make a huge difference in cutting down the noise. Every time we passed by afterward, it always looked packed. However, we finally got a chance to experience it properly last night, and it did not disappoint. The smoke tomato pizetta, nuts and olives, daiquiri, cafe martino, and service were all fantastic!
