Customer service is horrible. Went in to pick up my breakfast order. i went to the counter and saw…read moremy order # on the board. A team member was helping another older gentleman that was getting his order. It seemed that he was a regular. No one said a word to me.or even barely looked at me. Three two other employees came over and gave the older gentleman something but no one even asked what i needed or called out any order # after about 7 minutes one of the employees that had helped the other gentleman several times finally said did you need something. I said yes I'm just trying to pick up my order and its probably cold now. Instead of apologizing her response was you should have said something. So instead of them doing their jobs they want the customer to do it for them. If a customer is standing there right in front of you and looking right at their order that's been sitting there and several employees just walk back and forth right past it without saying anything then that is horrible customer service. It is not the customers job to say something when they are standing right in front of you, it is your job to first greet the customer and ask how may i help you. I am standing in the order pick at the front so obviously I am there to pick up an order. This place needs a change of ownership because this is a constant problem. I will never visit this Mcdonalds again. Unfortunately this is a problem in pretty much most of the Mcdonalds in in our neighborhoods! Poor customer service, poor training and poor attitudes!!!!!!
