So needless to say I picked out 6 more I DID NOT WANT. I then go to the coffee section and turned the hot coffee that was on the counter and proceeded to tell the young lady that it wasn't what I ordered. I asked them to fix it. I then got told that when they set the coffee down that they couldn't fix it and to go over to the counter area and fix it myself. All the manager on duty said to me was I'm sorry. Well when you give people no other option but to walk out with things they didn't order and don't fix it your sorry doesn't mean much, does it? I told her it wasn't her fault but people should pay attention when someone orders. My advice is if you go in there, make them repeat the order back before you pay!!!! They won't fix their errors.
