We had to wait a little bit for our drink, despite no one being in front of us in line. Perhaps because this location on Edgewood Rd. offers indoor and outdoor dining and they were busier inside. While waiting, the same employee asked us if we wanted a pup cup for our dog, as she saw him sitting in the backseat. He wasn't sure about it at first, but when we got home he decided to he wanted to eat every last bit and proceeded to carry the cup around. :) Scooter's offers an array of things from beverages to food. I'm not very adventurous and there are a lot of options, so I order the same thing every time. I'm a tipper and they have a tip box outside the drive-thru window. I also look forward to the sticker on my cup -- a neat touch they add to every order. This Scooter's is easy to get in and out of. Big parking lot because of its location in a strip mall. The drive-thru is nice and wide.

Worst experience ever. Wanted a hot mocha and a warmed up chocolate muffin. They said they couldn't…read morewarm up the muffin because it would make it too runny. I told her that was perfect but still she wouldn't do it. Then when I went to grab my mocha off the counter the kid making the drinks didn't know which drink was which on the counter. He pointed to the one that he thought may be a mocha. I took a sip and it was less than luke warm. When I asked him to warm it up he acted super annoyed and tossed out the entire drink and made a new one. The second mocha didn't taste like it had any chocolate in it whatsoever. I asked if they could add more chocolate and his response was "I made it correctly". I then asked for a refund because I was over it completely at this point. The girl up front didn't know how to do it. Another kid came up and said he would fix my drink while I could still see and hear the first rude kid in the back complaining that he made it correctly. This was my first and last time that I will ever go to a Scooters!!!

I never expect much from a chain coffee shop, but these people flipped the script on me…read more I always try a basic latte when I'm going to a new coffee shop. In Iowa I usually get overheated milk, espresso that was roasted 2 steps beyond French roast, with a nice dirt and tar aftertaste. Dunn Brothers did it right! Perfect milk temperature. I mean perfect. Possibly the best I've ever had, and I've had coffee in some of the best shops in America. The espresso was spectacularly roasted, not burned in the espresso machine, and came out exactly like I hope for when I dream of coffee. And trust me, I dream about coffee. The staff was friendly, store was clean and well kept, all the customers were happy. Overall this place just oozes happiness, which we could all use some more of these days. These guys love what they do and it show, in the store, the coffee, their attitude, and all through the experience. I can't wait to come back and test more of the menu. And let's be honest I'm going to destroy a pistachio muffin the next time I'm here, Would give 6 stars if possible, best latte I've had in years.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced…read more When I walked in, I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged or even asked what I'd like to order. The employee clearly saw me but chose to continue socializing with a friend instead of helping a paying customer. During that time, another customer walked in and was ignored as well. Only after the friend left did the employee begin working, but instead of taking my order, he started making a smoothie while continuing to ignore both of us. After waiting long enough, I finally spoke up and asked if someone could help me. Rather than apologizing, the response was essentially that they hadn't helped me because I "didn't ask." Customers shouldn't have to interrupt employees to receive basic service. A simple "I'll be right with you" would have made all the difference. Based on this experience, I won't be returning. Customer service reflects a business's culture, and this experience left a very negative impression. I hope management takes customer service more seriously so others don't have the same experience.

Whether it was a larger group of excited friends talking loudly or just a small group catching up, it echoed everywhere and I could not enjoy myself. I also found that trying to get some water from the large drink dispenser with the spigot was difficult as the water was lower than the spigot. It was awkward and maybe not the best set up.
