While there were three people working behind the counter, I had to wait about 10 minutes to even order. One staff member was making drinks, another making food, and the third was making signs. I'm sure the signs were important, but so are customers who are standing in front of you. Despite having a strong uniqueness factor, the actually food itself was nothing special. My wife went for standard breakfast fare (eggs, bacon, home-style potatoes, and toast) and I went with a chicken caesar wrap with chicken and wild rice soup. There is also a drive thru that I've never taken advantage of (I like to walk inside whenever possible). Its a good product.
