The employees look like they were having a good time and it was a nice environment, will definitely be returning

I love Starbucks but there service sucks. They take forever!! If you're in a rush please get off and order or do a mobile order. Not sure if the person in drive thru doesn't know how to multi-task...he is very slow! read more

They need a new location. Way too small. Drive thru is a joke. Even the inside is too small. Suppose to be able to conduct business but this place is so small that the people standing by the door and your in the bathroom can hear your business read more

My friend and I came in to get some coffee. We stood there for almost 10 minutes while the staff just talked and laughed right in front of us. So this girl asked them to take our order and Amy said "huh?" "What do you need me to do?" Like as if we weren't right in front of her. We took our order at 12:33pm and didn't get it till 1:00pm. THEY FORGOT and didn't even feel sorry about it. Didn't know y'all paid people not to give a fuck. read more

TOO slow. 1 car at least takes 20 minutes. Line literally wraps around the whole starbucks. By the time I get up to the ordering screen I don't even want my drink. read more

I have lived in Cedar Hill essentially my whole life and this Starbucks has the kindest staff. People like to pay it forward here in the line and that lifts my spirits. I always have the most patient staff member taking my order, and I am a bit specific. They always get it right read more

This Starbucks is out of everything and not to mention one of the slowest locations I've been to. Had to change my drink twice because they were out of the first two I wanted. Waited 20 minutes for 2 refreshers and a water. The guy in front of me is STILL waiting for his drinks, and they aren't even slightly busy. Disappointing. Sorry starbucks, I love y'all but you need to get it together. read more

Why is this location so slow? Even when they aren't busy. You have to stand there and make eye contact if you placed a mobile order. And they don't have it ready. They are also slow if you walk in and order & especially slow in the drive thru. The employees have always been pleasant, no issue there, just need to get in sync or something to cut down on excessive wait times. I personally try to visit any other location before visiting this one. I'm desperate if you see me here. read more

We visited this location this morning and the employees working the window were terrible. First they were very confused while we ordered simple drinks, then they just kept talking over me. When we got to the window they handed me the first of 4 drinks. We waited a while longer and the second came, it was a hot drink and they didn't put a sleeve on it, almost burning my hand. We had to ask for the sleeve and then for drink stoppers, we also never got a drink carrier. While we waited for the last two drinks the employee was hanging out of the window trying to catch a glimpse of some nice cars then started pacing and punching her hand saying time is moving so slow and she wanted to PUNCH EVERYONE IN THE FACE! We finally got our last two drinks as she hands them out she says "you're good to go" instead of apologizing for a nearly 15 minute wait. read more

If I could give it no stars I would. This Starbucks sucks! I asked for a strawberry and cream frap and it seems they thought I ordered just whip cream with a hint of strawberry syrup this was disgusting I'm never going back to this stupid place with rude people I don't mind driving all the way to Grand Prairie they are awesome over there. As for this Starbucks they need to shut down or train the employees on costumer service and how to make drinks! read more

I just went to Starbucks locates at 455 E FM 1382, cedar hill, Tx 75104 and it reminded me of why I never eat out. We got to the window and noticed the cashier grabbing everyone's cups by placing her hand snug on the top of the lids where we have to drink from. She was not wearing gloves and had her hands in her pockets while waiting for the drinks. Not only is it disgusting to handle money then food without washing your hands but there's also a pandemic going on. The cashier had an attitude when I asked for my money back. read more

Friendly staff here & they make my drinks perfect . Only downside is sometimes the drive/thru can be crowded & they move a bit slow.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, and I've been to a pretty slow one! Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to me, but thankfully there's a Dunkin Donuts not too far from it. People get trapped in parking since the lines both inside and outside (drive thru) were so long. The place is a crowded mess inside. Thinking about placing a mobile order to save time? Ha! Even mobile ordering can't save you because they won't call out the order, they'll just place it down thinking you'll scope through other people's coffees, forcing you to wait in line like the rest of the customers. I will give this Starbucks another try in the future, which will determine whether I should really rate it 1 star or 3. Until then, this location is getting 2 stars from me. read more

Slowest Starbucks ever! I love Starbucks and this one is convenient for me because I live down the street. But sad to say I've stopped going to this location because they're always slow, ALWAYS! read more

came from the drive thru and ordered an extra strawberries only one piece of a strawberry came in the drink whats the point of paying for a drink if i can't even get one scoop of strawberries check your stuff before you drive off or just don't order from there and save your money for people who don't scam you read more

I live closer to the Desoto location, but this location usually knows how to make my favorite drinks taste good, so it was worth the drive. The drive-thru wait time is not as pleasant. Though, I did walk-in last week with a mask, and it was actually quicker than the drive-thru line. read more

Why do I keep going to this Starbucks location? It's a horrible location, the line wraps around the building and blocks the entrance and parking to other businesses. And it's a single Lane with a curb where you cannot ditch out of the line if you want to. Once you're in you're stuck no matter how long they take. Today I waited for 30 minutes plus to get my coffee and breakfast item. I sat at the menu for 5 minutes before they would even take my order. Sat at the window for at least 5 minutes before they even came to the window to take my money. They had to ask me what my order was at the window because they didn't know. When I got my food it was cold. I was getting honked at. But every single time I go to this location they are the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I know Starbucks is not known to be really fast in the Drive-Thru, but it can't be like this anymore this is awful. They need better management NOW. read more

I went with my stepdaughter, & I ordered a venti LIGHT Carmel frap...what did I get, a sugar-ladled crunch with tons of whip & caramel. I didn't say anything & proceeds to drink...absolutely couldn't drink it & switched with my s.d. The guy at the front (manager) had a piss-poor attitude, & snapped at a lady behind me. Never had a smile, thank you, one!! I will NOT return! read more

Painful if you are in a hurry. I did mobile order. Took way too long in my opinion. (Greater than 20 minutes since order placed) I would not be writing this if this were the first time this has happened. But it is not. More like 3rd or 4th. So shame on me, lesson learned read more

Their drive-thru is pretty efficient and I rarely have to wait or get an incorrect drink. Inside their cafe is a total opposite. It is often in dire need of a good cleaning. They could also pay more attention to the customers point of view with their product presentation. The staff is typically very friendly and look to be attentive to the customers. Inside I wait longer for my drinks, so imagine all sense of urgency is only to the drive-thru customers. This one of the better out of the two close to my mother-in-law that I visit. read more

This has to be the slowest Starbucks ever! This is my forth time coming here and my last. I figured they were training the first time, no problem. The last three times have been just as bad. Too many to chose from on my way to Cedar Hill. I'll stop at a different one for now on. Don't go to this one unless you have 15 minutes to waste and this was in the drive thru, no one In Front of me and I only ordered a trenta Pink Drink. Btw, there was only a few in the store. Guy at the window was nice, that's why they get a 2 and not a one!! read more

This 'Bucks is phenomenal when it comes to customer service. The lines can look scary long, but they go quick! The employees there are efficient and the friendliest. I've never been greeted with less than complete enthusiasm from someone who seems to enjoy their job. And I drive through here at least 3 times a week. I also frequent the one in Mansfield on Debbie once a week, and while no one has ever been rude, they certainly don't have the level of customer service the Cedar Hill location does. And that's saying something because customer service in CH is severely lacking in most places. People who give this location on star - I have to wonder who peed in their cheerios that morning because those reviews are not consistent with what I know. And I go there often. read more

In the drive thru I ordered the cold brew, grande with an extra shot of expresso and stirred. When I got to the window my coffe was 3 different colors. I said oh could you please stir it. The lady looked at me and slowly swirled the glass around, stared at me and handed it to me. I probably come to this store at least 3 times a week. Ive never been treated so rudely. My favorite person there is Miesha....not sure if I spelled it right. She is always pleasant and goes out of way to provide great service. read more

Taking road trip-arrived a few minutes too early for my coffee so we decided to wait till opened and then she came on the speaker and took my order! This is opposite of Starbucks employees closing a few minutes early just because they are ready to (my experiences elsewhere). Thank you for your kindness when you did not have to. read more

I mean it's Starbucks unless you hate Starbucks because you only drink fair trade independent ethically sourced hipster coffee then you will like it! This probably the location of Starbucks I have visited the most because well I have lived here most of my College years and I wouldn't drink coffee in High school because I had a bad experience! Also before I lived in Texas I lived closer to Caribou Coffee and preferred it over Starbucks! read more

Nice service, although I had to stand in line for a good 10 minutes before they took my order. This location cannot be seen from the freeway. read more

I've been visiting this location for a few years now, and have always received great service. The baristas are always friendly and are really great about changing drinks if you hate what you ordered. A few of them once knew me by name, but as this location has a high turnover, I never bother with breaking in the new faces. It gets ridiculously crowded on Sundays, and some of the other patrons firmly believe that they are hanging out in their living rooms as opposed to sitting in a neighborhood Starbucks, but it's a generally good spot. read more

Never can go wrong with this Starbucks! Friendly and fast service with a perfect cup of joe.

Love the atmosphere, relaxing, nice wrap patio, open floor plan, and the baristas are consistent. One of my favorite Starbucks, hands down!!

I drive to this location since the Desoto Starbucks never gets my order correct. Not bad, you will wait depending on what time you go...

This is seriously one of the best Starbucks stores in the metroplex. The manager, Dee, treats her staff well and it shows. They go out of their way to get to know customers and exhibit a genuine desire to "get it right." They will definitely spoil you. read more

My order was wrong for the 2nd time but Josh and the shift manager, Taylor were super sweet and fixed the problem without any hesitation. Facility is clean and nice. The parking lot is a little crazy but that's beyond their control. read more

This was my favorite spot until I went in 12-8-2018 and it was ruined by the experience I had by a new employee he actually cursed me out because he got our order wrong, the manager clearly went to him and told him what the order was supposed to be and he still made it wrong and when we asked for the correction he got upset cursed us and started slamming the cups down upset about remaking the order. I have never been treated with such disrespect for spending my money at this business. I told him to give us our money and that we would go to uptown and spend our money, but a coworker steped in and made out drink with no problem, he was very professional about the incident. The drive thru lady was kind as well, she had Mr. Rude go to drive thru and took his place. The manager came back in and she didnt gave a DAMN about how he treated us. She needs a customer training video or two herself. Just a horrible experience. Will never go back there. I give a -5 score if I could. My 15 year old couldnt believe this guy had a job. I told him, thats exactly how NOT to treat anyone...! read more

I have been sitting in this drive thru for over 20 minutes. They keep you hostage because one you pull in, you can't get out until the line clears. Then I try to order and they ask me to hold for a moment. Finally after almost 25 minutes, I'm through the line. This is Ridiculous! read more

Love this Starbucks. Managers are awesome and John has the best customer service. Go see him and get a great cup of Joe. Way to go cedar hill starbucks. You guys rock! read more

Went to this location today...terrible, terrible service via the drive thru this morning, ugh so frustrating.

Waiting 23 minutes in drive line; receive my drink and it was made incorrectly. Sitting arguing with Jarred and the drinks spills over me and my vehicle. Nightmare! Should have gone to the Grand Prairie location, I usually do; but was in the area. read more

WORST. STARBUCKS. EVER! I travel and have moved around a lot, and have been getting coffee from different Starbucks around the country for 12 years. I had to move to this terrible little town, called Cedar Hill, Tx, about a year ago and have never experienced such consistently terrible service just about everywhere you go. And unfortunately this Starbucks is no different. * They only get your order right about 30% of the time, and when they do get it right it always tastes watered down. Didn't even know that was possible til this place * Staff is never to rarely friendly. * And forget about asking any questions about anything, they all just get a glazed confused look on their face and say they don't know. * They also tend to take abnormally long to make your drinks, so plan on being in line whether inside or out in the drive thru for at least 15 mins * Today I went to buy some of their flavored syrup and was told they do not sell it. Another thing I have done at multiple other locations. I literally, over the last 4 months, have been driving 20+ minutes out of my way to get my coffee from a different location. They either need to shut this place down or have someone come through to properly train the staff and managers. read more

This Starbucks is wildly inconsistent in drink quality. I go to Starbucks all across Dallas and the suburbs, I get the same drink every time so I know what it should look like and taste like. A coffee frap with toffee nut syrup added. Pretty basic. Yet, this location can't get it right. I think they're either not following the drink making process correctly or they're not hitting those pumps hard enough. My frap always comes out looking and tasting like a milk shake. Almost no coffee color or flavor at all. One time I asked the girl at the drive thru for a remake because there was hardly any coffee in it. She hands it back to me and I can immediately tell they haven't remade it, but just added coffee base to it. It was dark, thin, and not even a little slushy. Horrible. I asked for my money back and told her someone didn't know how to follow a recipe. She tells me every one there has been with the company at least two years. I replied, "That doesn't mean they know how to make a drink properly." The same thing happened again last time I went. This time I parked and walked back in to complain. Fortunately, the young lady to handled the remake got it right. It's frustrating knowing what a drink should be like and then having someone hand you something you know to be subpar. read more

The WORST location EVER. Been sitting in the drive thru line for 32 minutes for them to tell me they are out of donuts! I was livid!!! And late to a meeting! Never again will I ever come back! read more
