I am a huge Dunkin' fan, and this is my second time visiting this location and receiving sub par service. I came today for a medium iced coffee and bagel with cream cheese. When I got to the window, the gentleman handed me a hot coffee. I told him that it was supposed to be iced, he apologized and told me to pull to the front of the store and he would bring me my iced coffee and bagel. No big deal I thought; mistakes happen.... However, I waited in the front of the store for 15 minutes and no one ever came out with my food items. I then proceeded to walk inside to inquire and the other worker told me it would "be ready soon". Keep in mind I have now been at the restaurant for about 25 minutes now for a coffee and bagel; something I would think was a very simple order. 26 minutes after arriving to the establishment, I am handed my food and drink and I leave; rushed because I am now late for an appointment. When I take a bite of my bagel I almost throw up because the cream cheese is spoiled/sour. It is curdled almost like cottage cheese and has a disgusting rotten taste to it. I try to wash the flavor out my mouth by drinking the iced coffee and discover that it too is not made correctly. I ordered the coffee with cream and Splenda, but there was no sweetener added at all. I am now furious that I have wasted about half an hour on two items that are both not as expected and I have no time to go back to complain cause I am already late for an appointment. It is safe to say I will not be back. The unsweetened coffee is forgivable, but that rotten cream cheese on the bagel was so off putting that it ruined my morning. read more

Young lady is wearing her headphones and doesn't even acknowledge anyone. After about 30 mins of waiting in line, we decide to leave. Every time I stop here, I regret it immediately. They never have donuts after 12 pm and they are always out of everything. I understand things run out but you're a donut place. You should have donuts available. I would be more understanding but the attitude from the employees makes it even worse. They are rude and interrupt you when you're asking for something. This DD is not up to par compared to other locations. First off they only have basic chocolate, glazed, sugar & cherry iced donuts to choose from. They don't have Apple fritters or even cream filled donuts at all. Second the kolaches are frozen & reheated so they're not fresh at all. Lastly the service hasn't been good the 2 times I've been there. The first time I went the employee was very rude & put out then today they weren't rude but took forever & a day just to get my order which was very simple. In general, this place is a mess, but I came here to write a review for how amazing the morning employee Cici is - she is FIVE STARS for sure every time. The brightest spot about this place is when I get there early and Cici is there. She is amazing! She is highly professional (the most of anyone I have ever dealt with there), very kind, very efficient, and very on top of things. I am in and out of there in under 5 minutes consistently and that includes usually a short friendly chat. She is an amazing employee and honestly, I only go in the mornings know I will likely deal with her and can trust her. I cannot recommend Cici high enough!!! read more

The service was good. The person taking the order was extremely nice. Unfortunately the cleanliness was questionable. It was about 9am and all tables were full of crumbs from the previous patrons. I've ordered from this location several times. I exclusively order through the mobile app. I usually get a cold brew with cream or pumpkin cream when they have it. And I always order pumpkin donuts and/or munchkins. 9 times out of 10 they are out of one of the pumpkin flavored pastries. And on top of that they almost never remember that I have a drink and a food item in the same order. However my food and drink order is almost always cook correctly made. As far as the customer service goes, I'm almost always greeted as if I am an annoying bug that shouldn't have come. PS I am not some Karen about everything. They could care less about your order, they give you the bare minimum of effort and the coffee taste like garbage. Drove all the way over here from Grand Prairie to get Lemon Custard. THE only place to get Lemon Custard unless I go all the way to Baskin Robbins on Kiest. Walked in and started looking at the flavors. Most of the slots where ice cream should have been in the display cases were empty and they had NO Lemon Custard. Guess I'll start going back to Oak Cliff because they are never out of ice cream and Lemon Custard is ALWAYS available. Don't advertise 31 flavors if the most you're going to have is 10. read more

Pretty horrible experience. I placed a mobile order to get extra perks points in the promotion the app had recommended. I wanted a mocha and a barbecue bacon sandwich. When I got inside to pick up my order, I was the only customer there and it appeared they had a project team or corporate - all told about 6-10 people inside and nobody said hi or anything. The store was dirty, the counters had spills, cardboard boxes and unfinished projects here and there. Several of the employees (including the very upper level / corporate-looking, pink shirt-wearing man) turned their backs on me and disappeared into phones. I waited a few minutes at order pick up while employees talked and glanced over at me. As soon as there was an opportunity I politely said I was there for my mobile order and the lady immediately said they didn't have my order or what they needed to make it. They said the barbecue bacon sandwich was newly promoted and they didn't even get any in yet. Then she said they were out of mocha. I asked for a refund because they didn't have what I was wanting, no big deal. After tapping on the computer system in frustration, she passed me off to another employee who saw an "order now" button on my phone screen and said I never even placed the order. I patiently showed her my receipt and pointed out that you can "order now" to get your same orders from months back... Do they know how their own app works? I paid nearly $10 and had the receipt on screen and she didn't barely look. They got Tara, the manager, and it became a 4-5 employee effort as they yelled back and forth. They tried to convince me they actually had almost enough mocha and they could make my drink after all. I was frustrated and not confident in a good cup of coffee, I asked for the refund again. Then Tara told me she couldn't get the computer to give me the right refund amount, it was about $0.50 off, but then she asked if it was okay if the refund was close enough. I said I'd like my full refund and she said she couldn't because the app charges taxes. In the end, she fished change out of a tip jar and fifteen minutes later I am back where I started. Awful. I'm a patient person. I've worked food, retail and call centers so I try to be kind when I'm out because these jobs can be tough, dealing with difficult people. Well it was extremely cold on the inside and decided to go sat outside. Oh my it was hideous, all the tables was filthy, the ground and trash was running over with trash. Very unsanitary. I stopped here after an appointment one morning cause my eyes were dilated and I wanted to stop by somewhere close to both the office and my house. Went through the drive-thru and the employee was really great even though I kept asking questions about the menu since I couldn't see it all that clearly haha. Ordered a chocolate frosted donut, a tropical smoothie and a big kolache. When I pulled up to the window, I got my kolache immediately then had to wait for everything else. After sitting there another minute or so I was then told they were out of the tropical smoothie and couldn't make it so I switched to a mango banana or something. Why that wasn't stated right when I finally got up to the window I still don't understand but no big deal, it was good either way. When I did finally get my smoothie the guy at the window closed it, then went away. I was still sitting there when he came back and he looked at me like "why are you still here?" after which I had to get him to open the window again and remind him about my donut.
