So I finally stopped by this location, I must say I was glad to find out it was only a 10 minute drive(w/o traffic) from my home, so maybe I'll start making it part of my morning routine. I went through the drive-thru, the person who took my order was an older gentleman, he was very nice and provided good service. However, when I pulled up to the window to pay, they took forever to collect the money. All in all, it wasn't that bad but it could've been better. Next time I'll come in and take a look around the store. As a side note, I did not like how they had the BaskinRObbins logo all over the large cup of iced latte I ordered, whilst the DD logo was super small. I miss having a Dunkin Donuts steps away from home, work, gym, or anywhere near me when I was in Chicago... Seeing this one and the one at Dallas Love Field made me go banaaanaaaass!! This location in particular is still far from my house but it's the closest one. This past wknd we had to do a mass order for out of towners; got a couple of coffees, breakfast items, and donuts and regretfully, did it all via Drive-Thru window. =( BUUUT, I was highly ecstatic to see they are starting their PUMPKIN this season!!! I have to say, superb customer service is KEY in any type of customer interaction and I'll tell you- Shakira at the window at this location was AMAZINGLY nice. We had to wait a while at the window and she was so nice about asking us to drive to the front and wait out there. She came out, brought our bags of food and went back in and was extremely nice. We went through the bags before driving away and realized we were missing a heap of items (4 bfast wraps, 3 hashbrowns, etc) so we had to walk inside and inquire. Again, she handled everything very well and also offered us free add'l donuts/drinks while we waited. She knows what she's doing and even though we had to wait for over 25 mins (total at the window, in car, & inside), we were not upset at all. All because of the way Shakira handled the situation; we drove back to the house and could stop talking about how great she was. Cedar Hill DD's Manager - I hope you read this review. Donuts - Ice Cream - Drive Thru - Coffee Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts, but this is a HUGE store, and inside is a Baskin Robbins as well. I love BR ice cream so this is a double whammie! When I used to live in Milwaukee I would go to Dunkin Donuts, and this brings back a lot of good memories. The glazed donuts are better at Krispy Kreme, but the cream filled donuts here are really good, especially the boston creme, and the chocolate cream. The coconut donuts are excellent as well. The store is new and clean and they offer a lot of menu items that you would never find at a donut shop making this a great place to stop by, have a pastry, bagel, donut and some fantastic coffee. They offer a range of breakfast items and muffins as well. They also offer K-cups of the Dunkin Donuts coffee which is pretty cool. Did I mention Baskin Robbins? You can get ice cream as well, and the best part if you dont even have to get out of the car. Use the Drive Thru! This location is clean, large and pretty nice. I grew up working in Dunkin donuts in Cincinnati in the 80s. I don't know what happened to company standards but we used to have to replace the coffee after a certain period of time and make fresh. You can't begin to understand how freaking happy I was to get a Dunkin Donuts within a 35 mile radius of Arlington!!! The donuts were amazingly fresh, and the coffee was hot and tasty(after I took it back to have them put more cream and sugar in it). My only issue with the DD is PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!! I was a loyal customer until July 8th 2017. While inside the build eating eating a donut, hassbrowns and drinking coffee. The roof of my car was damaged by a Dunkin' Donuts table umbrella, while parked right in front of the door. The owner or operations manager has not handled this situation professionally by not resolving this situation nor has anyone reach out to get a estimate of damages. Nothing has been done to show they are a honest and upstanding company. They are giving me the run around and this makes me not want to ever do business there again. The worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. Half the coworkers are friendly, the other half seem tired and annoyed to be there. They don't put enough cream and sugar in their iced coffee when I ask them to, and the hashbrowns I've ordered before were not completely cooked and still cold! I love Dunkin, but not the Cedar Hill location. OMG it is the worst location EVER! The employees doesn't CARE. THEY ARE SO DISRESPECTFUL. They are lazy, rude & the coffee is NASTY, they never have enough donuts & they have no Customer Service Skills! The female person that didn't help me because she was too busy acting extra and rude wouldn't listen to what I wanted. All I wanted was a ice coffee with vanilla flavor & extra cream...coffee with ice, add vanilla flavor and extra cream... Never had problem with it...NEVER!!! She couldn't do it...They even lied telling my daughter-in-law that the employees that serve ice cream wasn't available. It was around 2pm & we were the only people in the store! There were 2 at drive thru, one in the back & the rude person helping me. After having words with the rude person that said she was a Supervisor, I left called customer service who admitted they have had so many complaints about the Cedar Hill TX location. WHY HAVEN'T THEY DONE SOMETHING? I drive to the Hampton Iocation which is over 6 additional miles. I just started making my own cold coffee. Even the District Manager acted like it wasn't anything new. When you go into another store, everybody agree & share their own experiences! WHY HAVEN'T THEY DONE SOMETHING!!!??? I will help them turn it around in 3 months, CS is #1 due to the events that has happened in Society all over the World. Routinely throughout the past year, and as recent as this week I have visited the Cedar Hill, Texas location and have been repeatedly told that they are out of various creamers, don't have correct sized lids or straw sizes for iced coffee. I have seen management and staff routinely turn over at this location in the last two years, and customer service and speed have increasingly declined as a result. I have visited the Cedar Hill location 4 TIMES this week alone and have been told each time they don't have at least three creamers. This is unacceptable for an establishment that serves ...COFFEE! Before one of these visits I even tried to call in order to prevent making an unnecessary trip, but the phone number doesn't even work! And there isn't even a sign placed up to let customers know that creamers aren't available so they don't have to wait in line, get to the speaker, and then be told after wasting their time that they still don't have creamer. As a Perks Member who spends on average $20 per month at this location, I am frustrated by the lack of supplies, communication, and slow service doing early morning hours offered to customers, and will definitely not be adding additional monies to my account for these reasons. read more

Came in for an ice cream cone and could barely find a clean table to sit at. Workers were yelling and complaining to do chores, overall very unprofessional. Been here multiple times and still disappointed with how dirty it is, there are flys everywhere and dirty napkins left on the tables. Sat for 20 minutes to see if anyone would clean and nothing. The donut place down the street charges 2.50 for a dozen and they are hot and fresh. My donuts were ice cold, and tasted funny, and the iced latte tasted like bad tap water, and folgers. We've visited this location numerous times and enough is enough. Every Time we have ordered *anything* there has been a problem. From stale waffle cones to cold as ice donuts, which are usually old, on the verge of stale and taste like they're fried in old oil. This last time - we ordered food -- don't! -- I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon ranch and my partner ordered the eggs benedict sandwich. First off... I wish I had taken a picture. Both sandwiches were smushed down and missing ingredients. The drive thru person forgot that I had ordered a meal and actually had to go cook the hash brown bites. The order I received was 5 pieces. Is this normal? It looked as though someone had ate half of them. I also ordered an iced coffee, "mocha" flavor with cream and sugar. I received an iced coffee - no mocha, no sugar. We ordered a dozen donuts - 6 glazed, 2 krullers, 2 powdered and 2 bavarian cream. -- the krullers tasted like very old, dirty oil, the powdered were less quality than the little powdered mini donuts you can get from Hostess. This location is a combo Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins - neither is good. The biggest complaint - everything always taste old, cheap and almost as if they dip everything in old dishwater before it's served. I will not be going back. They are much too expensive, the orders are sloppy, the food is old, stale, and, frankly, horrible. read more
