First of all I want to say that I have been a fan of Dutch Bros since my days in CA (so a looong time) & I absolutely LOVE them!!! IT is extremely rare for me to go to one & not get excellent service with beaming smiles & ALWAYS checking in to see how my day is going. They have always been very personable. The coffee is most times a slam dunk! The ambiance is always popping with cool vibes wafting through the air. Soooo imagine our surprise when the entire staff at this location had an attitude :,(! Yes, everyone we encountered from the young lady who walked up to the car to take our order & acted as though we were infringing on her time, to the guy at the window who insisted that my daughters freezer didn't come with whip cream (even though it had NEVER been an issue before). Needless to say, our drinks tasted like their attitudes this day...messed up! Sooo I really hope this was a one off thing & everyone just happened to be having a bad day...at the same time...otherwise, we'll have to go down the street to the DeSoto location. #DoBetter read more

Was out in the area and decided to try something different as DB isn't on every corner like the Seattle based coffee company. I will say I'm NOT a fan of the drive thru - there was no one directing the drive thru so there was a line but because no one was in the other line, cars started getting in front of the cars that had been there. Also trying to review the board became challenging as I was never close to it and felt pressured to close the gap. The lady that came out to take my order was very friendly. I ended up ordering a blended passion fruit lemonade - it was extremely sweet for me so I had to get home and cut it with some unsweetened tea. Definitely a different experience, if comparing it to Starbucks. Which I find I'm more of a Starbucks kinda girl because of Dutch Brothers fondness for fluffy toppings. I've only gotten drinks here a few times because unfortunately their app does not allow you to save previous drinks ordered. So I can never remember what drink I've ordered in the past and their menu is way too complicated. Additionally I don't get the cartoon characters either. With that said I will say one of the highlights about Dutch Brothers is that their line does move pretty quickly and the communication by the service rep at the window is always stellar and for that I appreciate Dutch Brothers so much. read more

For a newer location they have the logistics down! Line was long on a Sunday morning, but it moved forward at a good pace. They had employees outside taking your order and payment so when you got to the window they had the drink ready to hand you! Service was friendly even though it was quick interactions The golden eagle was good! Couldn't taste much expresso so if you don't like the strong taste of expresso this is the one for you. It's nice to have a new coffee spot for in the Cedar Hill area. Here is my honest review... Pros - Excellent customer service! The workers are outside taking orders from multiple cars at a time (Chic-Fil-A style lol) so the line moves quickly, even though it may be long. They have a large variety of drinks; cold brew, coffees (hot, iced and blended), energy drinks, teas, smoothies, lemonades, cocoa and sparkling sodas. They also have muffins and cookies if you want a little snack. I like that they give you a pocket menu to keep for next time to ease with ordering. Cons - The flavored lemonades do not have a lot of flavor. I tried the strawberry lavender lemonade, and it was kind of bland. It tasted a little bit watered down in my personal opinion, and it had a ton of ice. If I were to order again, I would ask for extra flavor and less ice. I also got a lemon poppyseed muffin top, and I was a little disappointed with this menu item as well. It was pre-packaged and served very cold; as if they took it straight out of the refrigerator. It was very large in size and big enough to snack on all day (bigger than the palm of my hand) but definitely not as tasty as a freshly made muffin. This was my first time trying this place, so I will definitely give them a second chance. From what I've heard from others the drinks are pretty good, I just think my first drink was a poor choice. read more

Great new addition to the coffee scene in Cedar Hill. Dutch Bros has a great menu with a lot of options. You will never be at a loss to find something to order. They can even accommodate vegans or those who avoid dairy. They have been open less than a week and the staff has been great. The staff is very nice, patient, and helpful. Slowest service I've ever seen. (Even slower than whataburger). There is a drive through and a window. We've been through the drive through before and it's insanely slow. We are pulled up this time and the line was all the way backed up so we walked to the window. They served everyone in line before even getting to our order so we were sitting there for an hour. I ordered two iced chai coffees, I asked for them to be lightly sweetened or basically unsweetened. The girl taking the order said she understood and would put a note on my order. I pull up to the window and there's a swarm of bees around the pickup window and chaos between the workers. I tell her that I wanted them basically unsweet, as she's fighting the bees she tells me that the drinks are already made and there's nothing they can do. She then hands me my drinks and spills some of the drink on my car door, she then gives me some napkins but it doesn't help, the bees start flying around my car window and I drive away. The coffees* were bad, just sugar, milk and ice. Overall my first experience was unpleasant, I'm not sure I want to try DutchBros again. If I do it will be at a different location. read more

Literally the best coffee and customer service in town. Not only is their coffee better than anything around they have the best customer service by far. I was in line about the get my coffee when my car stopped working a team of the employees came out an pushed my car to a parking spot they were so understanding and compassionate. Bare in mind I have my kids with me an the weather is hot as I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with my car multiple employees come out to check on me they offer my daughter a lemonade both mangers were so helpful one of the managers walks to the gas station buys a gas can fills it up and brings me back gas without letting me pay him for it. Turns out I just needed gas which I completely blanked on I felt so embarrassed and ashamed but the whole time they didn't let me feel that way they were so understanding.
