Just stopped by the Cedar Hill Smoothie King location and I had a great experience. It was busy inside so I was expecting to have to wait but my smoothie came quickly. The team members were very friendly read more

This is the best location I've been to. You're greeted immediately, the team is friendly and warm, the restaurant is clean and they're fast with your order! read more

I swear visiting location is like torture! They make you wait endless lengths of time while they stand around chatting or they continuously go to the back to do who knows what. All while having a lobby full of people. Once they do start making drinks they just set the drinks on the counter and never call out anybody's name. So people still continue to stand, buried in their phones that they've utilized to pass the time, all so they can continue to stand there for endless amounts of time. I wish they would do something about this location to improve read more

My mother was treated poorly at this location today. First, she waited way too long for her order as other customer's came in and got theirs before her. When the worker called my mother's name for her order, she went up to the counter where multiple orders were sitting. My mother kindly asked which order was hers. The lady responded "Your name is on it!" in a rude tone. That was unnecessary! My mother is older, just had a procedure and didn't have her glasses at the moment. Customer service has gone downhill these days! Not only have I called to speak to the manager...I'm leaving this review as well! It's not what you say, but how you say it! People are spending their hard earned money in these establishments, kindness is the bare minimum to have! We have enough hate in the world, we don't need all the extra. read more

Was having major issues after work out from employees giving free stuff away, and saying words not to be said at work! Talked to the owner and head manager a lady named Tasha is manager now; went yesterday and a full turn around!!!!! Thanks y'all!!!!! read more

I have ordered from this location multiple times with different ways app/instore and delivery/pickup. They have messed up my order on multiple occasions, service is not consistent and often times you are just subjected to what you get. Delivery is hit or miss - I am currently sitting in the store picking up an order that I ordered as delivery and it was completely wrong. I called and they answered with "whataburger, I mean smoothie king" - I explain the situation and they say they can make another order but I will have to come and pick it up. I arrive and they try to give me my original order saying it's fresh, it's been in the freezer. If there was a Jamba Juice closer I would go to it. read more

I went last night for my online order. When I got there it was 1 guy waiting and another guy waiting to order. I waited in the car for the confirmation time listed in my email which was 10-15 minute wait. No smoothie so I stepped back outside. After seeing 7 people come in and order after me get their order and I still didn't see my 1 smoothie I went back in. The customer service of both ladies was horrible. The one who said her name was Bri asked if I had a 44 oz and while I was pulling it up because at that point I couldnt remember she became impatient so I told her 1 moment. I confirmed the size and my name. Her and the other girl looked at each other and made a face as if I wasn't standing right there. Bri laughed and the other girl walked off leaving a blender with a smoothie just sitting there, there. I then asked Bri if I could just get a refund it was going on 30 minutes and I didn't like the service level she asked my name again and said oh this is yours right here, the 1 sitting there in the blender ready. I told her I counter 7 people come in order and receive their orders after I ordered. She told me if you order in store it's priority over app orders. I said okay wow I thought at minimum the orders would be fulfilled in the order in which you received them. She said no we make orders made in store as priority. 30 minutes for a smoothie that had been left sitting in the blender on top of rude service. Cedar Hill at 2 point had a decent team but I didn't receive good service at all. read more

I have visited Cedar Hill location 5 times since opening. Yes, one, my very first mango fest blend, was simply tasteless. Honestly, as a smoothie lover, I thought it was in the very best interest of the preparer to inform him that perhaps the recipe or measurements were off... I returned to the cashier and shared my disappointment. My 1st mango fest slim blend smoothie from this location needed something MORE! Mango, perhaps? Pineapple, papaya juice, maybe? The guy at the register said ok, no problem. Within a few minutes I had an amazing new blended mango smoothie. Current visits to this location have far exceeded my expectation. I am a repeat customer here and at the Lovefield-Mockingbird location. My suggestion, let them know if you are unhappy with your smoothie during your visit. This location can only get better. I gave 3 stars for great smoothies and 1 star for service. read more

we arrived at smoothie king around 7:00 and there was already quite a lot of people waiting for their drinks when we got there. since it was a wednesday and people just got done working out at a local park. it was understandable that there was a wait. we ordered our 2 smoothies and waited for them watching people that arrived later than us and pickup orders (pickups are understandable) get their drink before us. it wasn't one or two orders it was 7-10 drinks which had been placed after us. we waited almost an hour for our drinks. service was normal for a rush but waiting 45 minutes? with other orders that were placed after than us prioritized? noted i will not be placing my order there again. read more

Victoria was great, super helpful, and my smoothie was awesome would come back, got the pineapple surf

The service was okay but the reason why I'm giving it one star is because of the cleanliness. There's a dirty smell as soon as you walk in, the counters are sticky and it seems like they are moping with a dirty mop. I've been to other Smoothie Kings around Dallas but by far, this one was the worst. read more

Great staff and the best smoothies in the world. I'm so happy they brought a Smoothie King back to the Cedar Hill area. The smoothies are so good! There is a very large selection of favors! One of the best smoothies I have had. I was a little put-off by the prices, but they seem justifiable. Today I actually asked how many grams of protein were in the smoothies. 14 grams....... That's it. The only way to get a descend amount of protein is to order a 700+ calorie , almost 10 dollar smoothie... Quick and personable staff, place is always very well cleaned and maintained not to mention delicious smoothies every time never ice chips sneaking into my straw... Busy during the day, but I usually don't have to wait longer than 10 minutes. Love Fridays when it's $5 for a large 32 oz... read more

I always come here I order the same thing every time. It's VERY "some-timey my order comes out right. It's times where it be too much water in the smoothie I get, I order the Peanut Power plus "Meal replacement," it's good when made right. I hope they fix this small problem because lately my smoothies be made with too much water. read more

The smoothies are always good here but the service, I was told I would be getting my smoothie ten minutes before I got it and the lady said "we're on it" when I asked. 2 people came, ordered, got their smoothies and left before I got mine. DON'T COME HERE EVEN IF YOU WANT A SMOOTHIE REALLY BAD, there's one 4 miles away that's better. Also I'm writing this after my second experience like this with them so it's not just a one time thing. read more

BEWARE!!! So a group of Cedar Hill ISD teachers on my campus sent someone out for our routine $5 Friday Smoothie run and this was in my Slim N Trim Vanilla w/strawberries ... LITTLE RED PLASTIC particles!!! I literally couldn't believe it! I drank and consumed about four slurps before realizing the particles weren't dissolving! So we poured a bit out on a white paper towel to examine it closer. Red plastic pieces... in my drink!!!!! I was horrified because I'd swallowed a lot of this stuff! What had I consumed??? Called the store, spoke with Beth... she seemed very concerned and told me that I could bring it back, she actually wanted to see it too. I told her that I wasn't able to leave the campus until after students were dismissed a few hours later. She understood and said to bring it up then. Got to Smoothie King, asked for Beth, the young man named David (later found out he was the manager) told me that Beth had left for the day. I showed him the smoothie and explained the situation. He never picked up the cup to look, never apologized, or anything. He said that it was probably a blended up straw or piece of plastic that the strawberries come in! He didn't seem very concerned at all! Because of the lack of concern, I asked for a card with corporate's number, they didn't have it, I was told that I would have to "Google it". I asked for a refund and politely thanked him and left ( I still had my school district's spirit shirt on and didn't want to cause a scene). I was unable to keep the smoothie, but I still had the particles on that paper towel! Im not a fan of getting folks in trouble, I'm more so just disappointed in the way that this was handled. I think it should have been investigated more, maybe a sincere apology, as manager, I don't know! I would have patiently waited there just to at least know what it was I had drank and consumed! *Beware of drinking smoothies from there, apparently they don't mind casually blending up foreign objects and serving it to you read more

Horrible experience. I ordered a 32 oz strawberry Slim n Trim and my smoothie didn't taste nothing like what I ordered. I was the LAST person in the store because the workers forgot to make my smoothie and the girl at the cash register didn't give them my order. Then to top it off, the girl at the cash register yelled "Alright y'all, let's get the F* up out of here". Not only was my smoothie order wrong, I had to wait longer than expected because they forgot my order, and then had to listen to vulgar language from one of the employees. Will NOT be back to this smoothie king location. read more

If i could put less than a star I would. The keys to my vehicle were stolen by one of the employees there during my transaction. Which they advised their tender machine was down, she grabbed my card behind the counter. I should have felt this was suspicious but I did not question the young lady. When I asked if they knew had my keys, they told me no multiple times. I had to walk a little under 4 miles back to my job because the office refused to show me footage of my transaction. i had to leave my vehicle behind and disconnected my battery just in case. i asked for a regional contact in order to review footage, only to be given a phony email from the store. Not only did i pay for my smoothie but now a $400 bill to have a key made and my vehicle reprogrammed! When I called whoever number I was given, it was still the voice of the young lady who helped me!! read more

Terrible customer service!! Yesterday, around 1pm, I walked in with my girlfriend to order a smoothie and the cashier was just so rude to us!. We asked her what the sizes were and she gave us attitude when answering that question. Also, whenever we received our smoothies, I asked the lady " ma'am which one is mine?" She then yells at me and says " THIS ONE IS YOURS!" That lady shouldn't be working as a cashier if she's going to be yelling at customers and having a rude attitude towards everyone. read more

This smoothie king appears to be fairly new and it looks pretty nice on the outside. Although this location opens on Sunday at 10am;it was a few.minutes after 10am and the doors were still locked. It was cool though because I had plenty of time. As I ordered my smoothie the youngsters were polite bit looked like they didnt want to be at work at that moment. Overall, this smoothie king is pretty average, no more or less of what you'd expect from a typical place of business and I'll probably go back eventually. read more

I was greeted when I walked in. Everyone was very friendly. They patiently allowed me to download my rewards app & try log-in. When it did not work, I was advised that I could always upload it to the app in order to get credit. The smoothies are yummy & the portions are huge for the price (especially compared to another smoothie place that I have not seen since I moved to TX). I went in on a Friday, but was not able to get the $5 special because of the type of smoothie that I ordered (Vegan Mango Kale). But they do give you a discount off of the price. I will definitely be back. read more

So, I've been back about 5 times so far and man...I know they are new but you can tell they did not take time to train staff thoroughly and properly before opening the store. There used to be a Smoothie King in Cedar Hill along time ago so, certainly can take a page in that book of what both To do. You have to set your self apart and service is always key. I hate having to wait if I did not have to and there has been a wait every time I have come. I've tried to call to order ahead but no one picks up the phone in part because it stays so busy. Definitely has some work to do but I see light and will keep giving them a try. read more

Shani was amazing super kind, and attentive and she told me about the app. I love the customer service this location offered.

I tried to get a refund on my smoothie but the girl told me she needed the owner to be there. My smoothie taste like straight up water. They made it again and it was the same but I didn't want to do the most and have her make it a 3rd time. Was very disappointed because I get the same smoothie every time. They were only two girls making the smoothies and one at the register, and people kept coming back to get their smoothie remade, so that put them behind even more. Owner and managers need to do better. read more

Excellent service. Friendly greeting when I came in. My order was fast and accurate. Top notch!!!

Good smoothies, lots of options. They take care of me since I have a nut allergy, blend in a safe bowl for me

My daughter loves smoothies, this place has a good selection. I always been able to get out and in during ten minutes. There is a lot of sugar in them so it's like a milk shake but my daughter is a tooth pick so it's fun to splurge on her. If you think these bad boys are going to help you lose weight then you need to check your brain at the door since most contain half of a daily calorie intake for a grown adult. read more

I like this place post work out and all. However, the people who worked there are soooooo rude. One of the workers legit screamed out I can't do everything. In fact, he is right; which brings me to my next point. There were only two workers and the store was completely full. Which means I waited over 20 mins for my order. I like this place but it definitely needs improvement when it comes to managing the store. read more

Went in today to purchase a gift card and the cashier says "we have gift cards but we don't have any envelopes, is that ok?"....uh, no...How do you sell gift cards with no envelopes?? I live in Grand Prairie a Jamba Juice is right by me but I would drive to Arlington for Smoothie King. So when this one opened I was excited bc it was on my way to work. My smoothies was horrible. So disappointed. It's obvious the staff is learning the recipes but we should not be their test dummies. I wasted me time because they were slow. Learning curve I get it. But I'm trashing the smoothie and will go out my way to Arlington until they get it together. Thoroughly disappointed. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Besides the fact that they don't open until 7am & there's no drive thru. This location is so inconsistent!
