Hello my name is Marc, I have lived in metroplex for 62…read moreyears and I have never gone in to any of your stores. And for some unknow reason I was compelled stop in and check you out today. The outside of the store was very nice, as I entered the store it was well lit, so I proceeded on and began to walk down each aisle looking at all the different products on the very clean, well organized shelfs and refrigerated display cases. I walked up and down every single aisle in the whole store scanning the huge variety of products offered for sale. I noticed the staff members were diligently working stocking the shelfs, cleaning as they worked. This store is very clean, very well organized. As I completed my tour of this store I walked up to the exit doors and I stopped and paused for maybe 3 to 4 seconds then I proceeded to my vehicle got in and I sat there and felt a bit sad , I feel like it was because the whole time I was looking over your store I was never looked at or spoken to by any of your staff members. It was as if I was invisible. I am not looking for anything from Ann's I just wanted to share my experience that all .

Was it worth it? I guess so, but it would've been nice to know the price upfront. Sure, I could've asked, but honestly, what other business doesn't post their prices? Can't think of any. I'd love to be a repeat customer but she should work on her pricing or if she doesn't want to change pricing, add incentives. Just my 2 cents business owner to business owner. Also don't try to view the menu online, it will redirect you to a Nasty site....other than that, this business has serious potential.

Catching up on my reviews, I definitely check them when I am considering places & giving my…read morethoughts on this place. I've been here when they first opened, it was great. Service was good, wait time, food & drinks... all good. It had been awhile, I just forgot they were there. Placed an order here during Labor Day, my order went through, payment accepted. They were closed, I get it... sometimes we forgot to turn off the app or system, whatever. No response on the phone, Facebook, email. I called the next two days when they were opened, constantly got hung up on. I finally went in, two days later, a girl had headphones on. She was nice & I explained to her the situation, she said she could make it for me now. I told her I was ordering for a family member & then she input the refund & said it'd take time. She was the only one there & I doubt that ServSafe manager certificate (it might have been expired too) wasn't hers. My problem is not with the employee, she did what she could. My issue is the whole ordeal & them not once reaching out after I tried different avenues. If I hadn't gone in, I doubt I would've gotten a refund. Go down Broad, there are better customer focused establishments that deserve your business.
