    $5 Fridays!
    Lynne T.

I have visited Cedar Hill location 5 times since opening. Yes, one, my very first mango fest blend, was simply tasteless. Honestly, as a smoothie lover, I thought it was in the very best interest of the preparer to inform him that perhaps the recipe or measurements were off... I returned to the cashier and shared my disappointment. My 1st mango fest slim blend smoothie from this location needed something MORE! Mango, perhaps? Pineapple, papaya juice, maybe? The guy at the register said ok, no problem. Within a few minutes I had an amazing new blended mango smoothie. Current visits to this location have far exceeded my expectation. I am a repeat customer here and at the Lovefield-Mockingbird location. My suggestion, let them know if you are unhappy with your smoothie during your visit. This location can only get better. I gave 3 stars for great smoothies and 1 star for service.

Great staff and the best smoothies in the world. I'm so happy they brought a Smoothie King back to the Cedar Hill area. The smoothies are so good! There is a very large selection of favors! One of the best smoothies I have had. I was a little put-off by the prices, but they seem justifiable. Today I actually asked how many grams of protein were in the smoothies. 14 grams....... That's it. The only way to get a descend amount of protein is to order a 700+ calorie , almost 10 dollar smoothie... Quick and personable staff, place is always very well cleaned and maintained not to mention delicious smoothies every time never ice chips sneaking into my straw... Busy during the day, but I usually don't have to wait longer than 10 minutes. Love Fridays when it's $5 for a large 32 oz...

Well, I'm not going too be too harsh because it's new but they need too work on making the smoothies they are like your typical smooth tasting smoothies. Also no 5 dollar Friday!!! Wow!!!! Location is nice but improvements are needed with preparation of the product.

Not only that, The staff is knowledgeable about the products and let me know if there is a product they are not covering, just let them know and they will order it, call when it comes in and set it aside for me. I feel like I'm going into a neighborhood store, where everybody knows your name. Cheers!

I don't know how this natural grocery store has been around a year and I just now went into it for…read morethe first time. It's a local grocery store with some locations in Dallas (and one in Waxahachie) but this is the first time I've been into an Ann's. This location is on the bottom floor of the 101 Center apartments facing Abrams St. It's right next to City Hall, the Downtown Library, Levitt Pavilion, Inclusion Coffee, etc. Ann's is larger than a convenience store but definitely smaller than a Whole Foods or Sprouts. Nevertheless, they have a pretty decent assortment of food, drinks, household goods, and supplements that fall under the broad natural grocery category. They have a nice selection of local and specialty beers if you're looking for something to take to one of the Levitt Pavilion concerts. They even carry several products I've never seen at other natural grocers. Some products are a bit pricey but most of them are comparable to what you'll pay at one of the larger chains like Whole Foods, Sprouts, or Target. There's also a free rewards program you can sign up for at the register and coupons you can sign up for on their website. Everyone is nice and helpful in the store. The manager even offered to try to get in some items in I was looking for. Definitely check out Ann's and support your local natural grocery store!
