The only thing good about Starbucks on base is the convenience. Unfortunately you will always remember the bad. I tried to get an iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts but their drive through was long so I went to Starbucks instead. I asked for a secret menu item and they employees didn't know how to make it so I pulled up the recipe. Just know, this location is actually a lot more pricey compared to off base. I ordered a custom Frappuccino that would normally cost $6.45 off base. My final total came out to $9.73. I use to be a regular here but since there are new employees, it seems so dark and unwelcoming. I don't see myself ever returning to this location. read more

The guy at the counter was VERY forward with letting it be known he did not want to serve people since it was "close" to closing time. He was very rude to not only the people in front of us but us as well. Before we were able to even get our orders out he was talking over us and asking us questions about the order. Pros: drinks are real Starbucks drinks and they do accept payments via the Starbucks app. Cons: Slowest Starbucks ever because it is not a corporate store and is run by government employees. Service is less friendly than any other Starbucks, and this is the only store that I know of that will deny a refill price on a coffee just because you didn't sit in the store to drink it. Cannot redeem Starbucks rewards in this store (but you can earn the). Also, they open later than most stores which is weird considering that they are located on a Marine base and most Marines go to work early. read more

I go to Starbucks to get the hot chocolate macchiato! Let me tell y'all that running after drinking one of these is going to make you sweat pudding, but man it is worth it! Word of advice, try those seasonal cookies because they are too bomb for your mom! I always try to avoid Starbucks now because I have it too much, and I feel like one of these young kids nowadays like its the hang out spot. I mean the atmosphere makes you feel comfortable. If only I could give no stars. Since this place opened every time we came here the staff always made our drinks wrong. After multiple times of coming here we got tired of asking them to be remade. I've never had a serious problem with this location, my drinks have always been right and the one time I did order food it was all there plus an extra sandwich. Only downside is they have all that outdoor seating but it's so dirty out there. Plus my son loves the cake pops here. read more

I'm lactose intolerant and today I ordered a latte with soy. A few hours after drinking it I began having horrible stomach pains and realized that the Starbucks staff did not use soy milk in my drink. This is unacceptable! I came on a weekday morning and there were only two baristas so there was always a line. I really don't like to come to this location. It's not very convenient and when I have come in. It takes forever to order or it takes forever to get a beverage that was made wrong. I got a venti iced breve latte with vanilla and they forgot 2 out of 3 shots. So basically what I got was a large cup of half and half with a shot of espresso... so gross and this has happened twice.
