This Starbucks was terrific! Super clean and very spacious. Service was great and my drink was made to perfection. I also appreciated that there were 2 stalls for the Women's bathroom. It may seem like a trivial thing to some people, but if you're a female and the Starbucks is filled with people, that's a big deal for a women. . The service has been awful my last 3 visits. I ordered a trenta sized refresher and they fixed me a grande. I corrected them and they got a trenta cup, literally filled it up with ice, and poured the grande drink onto the ice in the cup to make it appear like the larger drink but it was the same amount as the grande. Horrible! The next visit, I asked for light ice. The cup was filled with ice and less actual drink. Today, 03/12/26, I went and made an order for two drinks one with LIGHT ICE. They asked my name. I told them and they repeated it back. I got to the window and the guy asks "for Phil?". I gave him the correct name. He says ok and goes to check my order. Comes back to the window and asks "is that with an 'H'?". I have my name AGAIN which has no 'h'. He leaves to check AGAIN! A girl comes to the window and asks "what's your order?". I gave a blank stare. Then she says the correct name, I affirm, then she walks off. She comes back with my drinks and they were correct. However, the fact that they asked my name several times and didn't know my order was unprofessional and careless. Also, they didn't have my order stickers on the cups as is protocol. They might have known my order AND MY NAME had they followed protocol. I'm usually willing to give leeway with new workers or during busy hours but this was ridiculous and I've never had these issues at ANY other location. There seems to be a pattern of carelessness at this location and that should improve. read more

A terrific location but out I. The middle of nowhere at a lesser used exit off of I-75. Staff greeted me and the place was bright, airy and clean. Restroom was immaculate. Everyone seemed to actually be enjoying working there - something not always observed these days. Highly recommended Starbucks location. (Also, the reviewer who wrote a shitty review just because they couldn't handle a $100 bill should be ashamed. Who tf carries a hundred dollar bill around?) read more

My wife and I stopped in this location the other day and we had to have had one of the worst experiences ever. My wife is very particular about her order and the barista that was helping us i believe her name was piper was one of the most rude people we have ever dealt with. She obviously didn't want to be there and when my wife asked a question she called her a "old c***" under her breath Thinking we couldn't hear because we're senior. This kind of treatment is inexcusable and the barista should be fired immediately. read more

Make sure you have small bills when you go there. They never have change. Waited in line for 15 minutes just for the girl to tell us "we don't have change, we don't even have any 10$ bills." Went to Burger King told them what happened they laughed, gave us 2 free coffees, AND broke the $100 bill read more

Tyler the besrded Waiter was very unfriendly. I thought it was because of my german accent. Second issue is that as a german I cannot use the Starbucks app to get discounts an special offers. So all in all I think there is a lot to do for Starbucks in terms of racial disciminstion. read more

This is a new location that has been open may be month or so I walk in, 4 staff members on the floor, no eye contact, no hello. 30 seconds in, first thing that comes out of one girl's their mouth is that it will be this terminal and she points to spot few feet to the left and walks away. Another employee walks in to from the back, and again first thing that comes out of his mouth "give me a second " and proceeds typing to the screen. Order is taken and paid. Order is not correct but I don't need more aggravation with kids who have zero manners today. What happened to cool Starbucks where people like to hang? Not at this one for sure lol read more
