For a customer service place, you lady, are very rude. A simple acknowledgement and a wave would have sufficed. read more

McDonald's - Rude employee - Burgers Near Me - Bushnell, Florida

People do watch... The manager at 1:20 pm went to the men's restroom. When he was finished, he didn't wash his hands as required and posted on the exit door. He went right back to work behind the counter. How can you expect employees to do what's required when the manager isn't following the rules. People are watching you actions. read more

No wait - food was hot and fresh. Wait staff pleasant. Would return to this restaurant

Staff was rude. Would not take my order said they only do orders through the kiosk but were standing around doing nothing. Walked out.

Very accessible building and clean bathrooms. The service however... we waited 10 minutes for two diet cokes. The pop machine was broken so we had to wait for them to fill the cups in the back. The kiosk machines were also broken. Sketchy area too. read more

We eat here every day. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff are always checking to see if you need anything. And very friendly. Plenty of parking. Close to Walmart. read more

Not sure if this is the right one, but seems good to me. Better than the other one that was like right in the middle of the highway. Weird, me and my mom get the fish all the time but... this one tasted better hahaha I don't have much to say, it's McDonals lol read more

An off the highway location. The architecture design of the building caught my eye. Mid 60s to 1970s. When Mc Ds displayed the count of how many thousands of burgers where sold. On an outside sign of their restaurants. Now, Kiosks are greeting you when you enter. As for me personally. I still like the one on one, connection w/the employees at the counter. Keeps people employed. Also, can rate customer service. My quick to go road food. Generally a large French fries(No Salt)It's personal preference. They are so delicious. The added salt blows me up. And, a large Sprite or ice tea. This "Is just a quick no frills stop" call it a snack. The Service here was very good. Friendly, I like watching how my food is prepared. Gluten Free Fries. Since, that's all that is fried in the French fry Station. *** No Cross contamination*** Seems very safe for Celiac & Children W/Allergies. This location is completely remodeled inside. Enjoy your road ventures, be safe. I highly recommend taking a look on Yelp. Honestly, it's helped me to avoid great disappointments. read more

Hey, we have all been there. Driving down a highway early in the morning. Haven't had any coffee yet or a bite to eat. Pangs of hunger and caffeine cravings shooting through your brain. You pass the multiple exit signs on your way and then you see the Golden Arches of McDonald's listed on one of them. Egg McMuffin and McCoffee here I come - next exit! It's the perfect little meal to get you over the hump, energized, and on your way. Not too greasy or fattening. Not really enough food to make you bloated and sleepy. Just the perfect amount of egg, ham, cheese, and carbohydrates. Also, I do dig McD's coffee as it usually tastes pretty good in the morning - but wow, is it hot! My parents and I were headed to the Hard Rock Tampa casino for the day and we had another 90 minute drive ahead of us. We had left the house early to get a head start and were all hungry. This seemed a good choice as it would be a quick stop. As McDonald locations go this one has the same menu and offerings as most. The big difference is that this one is a retro-McDonalds that you only find in select suburban areas. It has the famous Golden Arches and old-school architecture that give it a distinct structure and look. It even has the red stripes on the outside, a few tables of umbrella'd patio seating in the front, and the McDonalds charactor logo from the 1950's-60's. Inside it has an old movie theatre decor and vibe with movie posters, faux scenery, and props set up. A few modern era tv's are playing showing the news and some other shows. The whole place was spotless too, and there is also a drive through at this location.. Counter staff was friendly and we received our food quickly. Nice and hot. We sat down at a clean table, ate our breakfast, and headed out to the highway. Really, I have no complaints about this place and can find little wrong with it. Sure, it is a McDonald's, and it is fast food, but I just have to give this location four stars. Call me crazy, but sometimes you just have to go with what your heart feels, no matter what other people might think. read more

HORRIBLE Service. Rude, disrespectful drive-through employee behavior; and worse.... it was condoned by "manager". I will be making a formal complaint with the Regional Manager and Corporate office first thing Monday. Disrespect for a person on the Autism spectrum. Unacceptable. Disrespect toward me and I always address them with courtesy and a smile. Go to Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Wendy's, or El Zarape all within eye shot of this disgraceful location. I will update on Corporate response as I KNOW that these kids' behavior is NOT within the acceptable "customer service" quality policy of McDonalds. read more

We spent over $40 on our meals tonight just to get 2 cheeseburgers with no meat on them and also missing the filet fish meal. This place sucks. read more

Service was great, drive thru window lady's were nice, we got 2 burger meals and a 10 piece and it all came out fresh and correct. They even remembered the sauces, straws and napkins without having to ask. read more

I usually visit this place for breakfast and don't understand how they are constantly out of eggs when 90% of their breakfast items have egg on them. Their staff is friendly, and when they have what I want, it's usually good. read more

This place was busy the Sunday after Christmas. We went in and ordered from the kiosk, got a table number sign and sat down. Food arrived in about 7 minutes. The young man working the dining room was great. This McDonald's has stepped up their game and had a Chick-fil-A attitude. Food was hot and tasty. Great job Bushnell McDonalds. read more

Great place to eat if your on the go, great employees fast and clean as well. McDonald's always happy the cleanest restaurant around when I travel I always stop at. McDonald's. read more

FLorida has so many sights that you simply have to visit while you are here. There is, of course, Disney, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, you can enjoy Cocoa Beach or the Space Center. But wonder off the beaten path and you will find this gem. "The only McDonalds in Florida incapable of correctly serving a black coffee" may not sound like much of an attraction... But consider if you will the ineptitude it takes to manipulate a seemingly simple order into a heavily creamed cup of crap and you'll start to see the jaw dropping brilliance of this "hole in the wall". Simply put, a must see!!!! read more

Clean and helpful friendly employees. Your food is brought to your table. My only complaint is employees smoking just outside the entrance door at the tables. Thought it cost a bit more than other McDonald's. read more

Best McDonald's food in a long time. All fresh, hot, fast, and great service. How refreshing!

One of the best anywhere. Fast and good service. Bushnell, Florida 33513. Hwy. 48. Make a visit.

My husband stopped in for a late night snack. We had eaten the same thing all day. He ordered a Big Mac at about 7 pm. I ordered nothing. My husband got so sick late that night, it lasted for 4 days. Severe vomiting, headache, and diarrhea. We had to call the Dr. For medicine for the cramping and diarrhea. It's hard to prove food poisoning. I worked in food service for years. And I know food poisoning when I see it. Please be cautious. This was on Feb 28th 2022. Beware!! read more

This McDonalds has far by the WORST customer service I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Apparently this is their M.O. because it looks like other reviews on here state the same. The manager who acted like a child when I asked her her name to complain told me it was "puddintain" like really???? I will not EVER visit this place again. read more

This used to be the best McDonald's around... now there are a bunch of young kids working in the evening and are so rude and don't know what they are doing. Yelling out of the drive-thru windows at friends driving by, then she goes to give us our change and says "I don't have $0.30 but here's $0.20" I know it's only $0.10 but really?!?! read more

Broken AC with high humidity floors all wet not a safe place. Did I forget to say how hot it was in there!

I stopped by this McDonald's while I was traveling and was impressed with how quick it was to go through its drive through. There were five cars ahead of me and I was through the drive through in under five minutes. My order was perfect, and the staff was fantastic. I am giving it 4 stars- because it is McDonalds, but as far as McDonalds go- it is awesome. Super fast, super clean, super friendly. If you are reading this review on the interstate- I recommend checking it out. read more

This place is absolutely terrible ordered 3 big macs 1 quarter pounder 3 fries and a 10 piece chicken nuggets and they gave us 2 fish fillets and cold stale fries and a raw quarter pounder. and when we tried to make sure the order was correct they were russing us and said "yep yep go". read more

Horrible experience here. 1. My receipt? BLANK so keep this in mind 2. THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER AND GAVE US ATTITUDE !! I had a little deal thing from the app and they couldn't even get that right. Then they tried to give us money instead of just giving us what we ordered. I'm currently sitting in a curbside spot, waiting for what feels like a life time, just for a mocha frappe.. little ridiculous if u ask me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Never coming back here again. read more

Make sure to inspect your food before you eat it!!! They give burgers with moldy buns and apple pies that are out of date. Ice cream and frappe machine always down. read more

McDonald's - This McDonald's gave me a McDouble with a moldy bun. Very disgusting, would not recommend. - Burgers Near Me - Bushnell, Florida

Stopped here today to grab something to eat on our way to Tampa.. the lady that took our order was very pleasant and attentive, however, the entire order was cooked to order and no salt on the fries (supposed to been cook to order I'll say) but anyhow the food was disgusting to sum it all up. We had to wait a lil longer because our fries were not filled so we had to wait for more fries that were worse than the first batch which was refried instead of freshly dropped fries. My nuggets were refried and nasty tasting. The only thing they got right were the drinks what a waste. and on top of the that the two managers on the floor were running the food, I'm guessing the heavier lady with the yellow shirt was a manager as well. In which those two would fail if given a test on customer service. This was my first time riding through bushnell and hopefully if I were to drive through again I pack a lunch, to avoid McDisgusting! At least this one. read more

We stopped here in the final leg of our slog from Cincinnati to Ft Myers for a quick lunch and were presently surprised at the modernity of this location: self service kiosks with custom, premium burgers and chicken sandwiches. You can't order a custom burger from the counter and the kiosk is a little slow but the novelty of the experience was fun. The custom sandwiches were tasty and the nearly full service wait staff was a nice touch. Stop here for a different (in a good way) McDonald's experience. read more

After reading the other reviews, it's clear this McDonald's is under new management. Just traveling through Florida and stopped to eat, was hesitant to eat at McDonald's because it's the worst chain I've eaten at. Stopped here and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Best service I've ever seen at a fast food as well as good food for the price. First staff I've ever seen at a McDonald's that looked like they wanted to be hear. read more

Worse McDonalds ever! Breakfast sandwiches were hard as a rock. When replaced they were completely the wrong sandwich and COLD. Burritos were hard and lacked cheese. Coffee tasted awful. The manager was nice and did offer to compensate us when we called them to complain but we were traveling and already wasted time going back to try to get our order right. read more

This McDonald's (store #29697 is horrible. Every time we go here there's incompetence. Something in the order is messed up EVERY TIME. Tonight I went and asked for a made to order meal in my order. They had me pull up and wait 25 minutes only for the person bringing my food to drop it. I saw her. She picked it up and appeared to take it. Ack inside to be remade. When she showed up 10 minutes later with our food, my fsandwich was NOT fresh/made to order and it looked messy with the filets half off the bread and the tarter sauce all over the box like it was the same one she dropped!!!! Had to go back theough the drive thru to ask for a refund and the manager Megan seemed annoyed that I was upset but refunded me for my meal. The worker literally picked my food that she dropped up and rebadged it and gave it to me as if I wasn't going to notice. I'm LIVID. This was the last straw for me. Never going back. Sick of the awful service. read more
