The owner actually took the time to listen to what I was craving, not rushed, not surface level, she genuinely cared and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. You can tell she opened this place because something was missing in the area, and she decided to be the one to bring it. The tacos were exactly what I've been looking for, fresh, flavorful, simple in the best way, the kind where you take a bite and just know. But what really stands out is the energy, you can feel how much she and her team care about people, not just the food. Not salty to hide bad cooking. Real flavor. I wasn't expecting that right off I-75 in Bushnell. One of the reasons I even went was because of the location. It's right off I-75 (exit 314), super easy on and off, and it was late at night and I hadn't eaten all day. I just needed good food, fast, without driving 25 minutes into town. This was perfect for that. Everything I ordered had flavor. Not just heat. Flavor. You can tell they actually care about the food and not just the volume of people coming off the interstate.
