Fast and convenient. And who doesn't like good old fashioned fried chicken to south the soul?!

Bad service, my sandwich bread was burnt; didn't give me the right food and were yelling at me at the drive-thru.

This is a KFC/Taco Bell combo and is the only fast food joint I know of that is helping you kick the habit. The last four times we have tired to get food they were either not taking orders or completely out of so many things or their computers were down. Before that you couldn't order Taco Bell, KFC only. If you are able to actually get an order completed, you will never be able to get everything that you wanted and will have wasted 20 minutes or more of your life waiting in the drive through line. I know it is hard to get workers in fast food right now, but you'd be better off closing the doors than to continue the horrible service. read more

absolutely the worst KFC I've been too. Ordered 8 piece and 3 tacos. The biscuits no lie would crack your tooth. At the drive thru I ask is the order complete and are the 3 tacos in the bag, he said YES. 8 miles home no tacos but I did get the 6 mild sauce packets. Service was absolutely atrocious. Several workers around, but no one doing much. Cheese quesadilla was cold and cheese was not melted. Fries were hard and burnt. Waited for 30 min for 3 tenders fries and a quesadilla. Person who ordered after us and got a 16 piece bucket of chicken and several items received food before we did. Cashier did not know how to work the computer to properly input an order. Absolute disgrace to the KFC and Taco Bell establishments. Would never come here again if it was the last place on earth to eat food. read more

I purchased a 12 piece tenders meal at this KFC location last night. I've purchased from them in the past, including their tenders, and this was simply horrible. I've had chicken tenders there some time ago but what they gave me wasn't anything like I had ever gotten before. They were small, stringy, dry and overcooked. To make matters worse they didn't give me any dips and got my order wrong giving me a wrong item. I not only spent $26 I waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes. 20 minutes with only two vehicles in front of me. I would not recommend this location and I won't be going back any time soon. read more

There is nothing fast about this fast food place. Extremely slow and most of the time your order is incorrect. The outside menu in the drive-thru is very dim and at times isn't even working. Disappointing. read more

The food was hot and good. The smokey mountain barbecue strips are the best. Blew their extra crispy out of the water! Coleslaw is always good. Service is iffy, and needs alot more training , but they do try. They were polite, and smiling ,when we have gone in, including when they got slammed with one person at the register, and 25 people in line. Customers were Not patient at all. I dont mind waiting a few minutes if A.they warn you. B.the food is cooked right. C. The order is correct. In the last 3 weeks we have been in there 6 times. Very poor. Crowded lobby and waited 30 min for a take out order. No chicken on the Buffett had all the in store patrons salty. And 2 legs and two thighs were $10!!! Would not recommend. Much better deal at a grocery store. And they didn't have grilled chicken. Said no one knew how long it would be. read more

Would rate at zero if I could. What a waste of time. Spent a long time trying to order. Person wasn't paying attention and asked several times what I wanted. Very frustrating. There was a long drive thru line that was not moving. I should have known better. We had a couple cars in front of us. We waited and waited and waited and after a few minutes I asked the guy in front of me if he could pull up a few inches so I could get the hell out of there. What a joke!
