Quick pick-me-up before heading back into the Barb's ...
Frank D.

Just had a couple quick hot chocolates for both of us going through drive thru. Service was friendly and courteous !! Our bites of food were warm and delicious while our drinks were hot and made just as we ordered. Did not have an opportunity to check the restaurant this time around. Good tasting food and drinks ! Location is great with nice attention to detail ! Cheers !!

Iced shaken espresso with vanilla cold foam. Made perfectly!

-Great service. - All of our orders were done correctly. - Decent size location. - Clean. Definitely a good place to stop by before heading on the road back home. Can't wrong with some caffeine :)

Grande vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew. Turkey, provolone, pesto on ciabatta.

I stopped in here for some coffee and a quick bite after driving in to visit nearby Solvang for a half marathon that weekend. I found that there was quite a bit of traffic in this small parking lot that was shared with the Tractor Supply Company. Per the usual, I placed my order on the mobile app before going inside to wait for my order. Inside was pretty spacious. Once it was ready, I found an open table to eat my meal. My order was for a grande vanilla sweet scream nitro cold brew and a turkey, provolone, pesto on ciabatta sandwich. Both items were on par with any Starbucks that I've visited.

The overly milky latte

Just ordered a medium latte, and it tasted like a cup of warm milk. I am pretty sure they only put one shot of espresso instead of two.

Irish Cream Cold Brew and egg bites

Drinks came out perfect. Even with the long drive thru line, the service inside was fast. There weren't any napkins, sweeteners, or utensils out. Asking for these items can be time consuming and there was a bunch of people asking for them at the pickup area. Trying to the get the baristas attention for a fork to eat the egg bites felt like a hassle. Would have liked it to come out with the food.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

The pastries were buttery without being overly sweet, which made them even better. Staff were friendly. If you visit Solvang, one of the "must-stop" spots is definitely Olsen's Danish Village Bakery. Highly recommend! Check out my video: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8pSuSW9/

I got in line behind everyone else but the good thing is that this line moved pretty fast. They had three women working and each would get your order, ring you up and move on to the next. When it was my turn, I ordered a peppermint latte as still feeling sick and also got a half loaf of their seeded pumpernickel bread (although this feels more like fitness bread now that I have eaten two slices). I wanted a sister coffee cake which they advertised but it did not exist so I chose a cinnamon crisp. The peppermint latte was made by another guy who seems his sole responsibility was beverages, so that was good thinking on the business. This drink was solid, I would get it again. The seeded fitness bread is very good, very fresh and exactly what I was looking for! I wish I had bought another half loaf of this. The cinnamon crisp was ok, a little too dry for me, but thats probably my fault. It is after all a crisp haha. After I chose my bakery items, I also went over to their gift shop and picked up a souvenir. This is a great Danish bakery in Solvang, its not Denmark, but it does remind me of the delicious items offered at Danish bakeries. Id definitely come back here again! And next time, will stick with danishes!

This adorable cafe offers a delightful blend of art, cozy vibe and pricey items. Female staff was cordial, attentive and competent. I came on a late afternoon for a coffee break. I had a Chocolate croissant x Cold Brew. Both were modest. They have indoor and outdoor seats. Overall, I had a modest experience.
