It's conveniently located near the 476 highway so it makes a great stop before a long trip. The coffee was made perfectly but the line was really long and slow. We waited for a while for our one cup of coffee even after we paid. We will definitely try this location again and hopefully it will be a bit faster. read more

Coffee is fine but $$. Don't eat the food, it's undercooked and nasty. The chick at the counter this morn was super unpleasant.

I prefer to patronize independent businesses, but unfortunately the closest indy coffee spot is a 10-minute drive. On the other hand, this newer Starbucks is about the same distance from my parents' house, only I can walk. So in this case, environmental footprint is more important than independent operation. Most of the hate in the reviews seems to be reserved for the drive-thru, to which I can't speak. However, the inside is cheery and bright, with plenty of plug-ins and fast wifi. My barista, who apparently normally worked at a different store (Drexel Hill?) and was helping out, was super nice. I wanted a mocha, but when I asked if it was very sweet, he said fairly and offered to cut down the sweetness (halving the pumps of chocolate they put in it). On top of that, he told me to let him know if it still was too sweet. It came out quickly, and while it's not as good as a mocha at Javista in LA, it's a solid mocha. In any case, I will continue to do my best to seek out independent businesses to support whenever it's environmentally responsible to do so, but this Starbucks, at least from my limited experience, is a perfectly worthy substitute when necessary. read more

The slowest Starbucks i've ever been to. Got trapped in the drive through line and it didn't move at all for 10 minute increments all up to the front. Probably half an hour in that line for some latte that took 10 seconds to make. Some days they are quick, most days they are slow as hell. My advice is to just preorder. read more

If a Starbucks has a drive thru avoid it like the plague. It means that it is really busy they care less and it's just not a great experience. This particular location was once a great spot to have a conversation with the Barista when it was at the old spot. Now it's just person in coffee out. I also think the quality has gone down given the higher throughput. Try the Havertown or Newtown Square locations they are much better. read more

Typically I grab a yay it's Friday coffee on my way home. The last two Fridays I've had the same barista. Who's the most chipper and friendly customer service person I've ever run into. I feel bad for not catching his name. But he's been there around 440pm in Friday running the drive thru. Always gives me a reason to smile as I drive through. read more

I usually stick to local coffee shops to avoid chains like Starbucks because you can avoid the long lines and there are actually workspaces (kinda the whole point of coffee shops for me). But this Starbucks was a pleasant surprise. Why this location stands out: 1) Parking lot. You wouldn't find this inside the city so I get to avoid street parking, limited parking, and time wasted looking for parking. 2) No lines. There's a good crowd, but I never feel like I have to wait. I'm usually the next person from the moment I enter. 3) Plentiful workspaces. There's a large community table, numerous bar and coffee tables, counter space, and couch/ottoman table pairs. Also, various outlets for those looking to keep their devices charged while working. 4) Drive thru?! Whoa, didn't even know that this was a thing at Starbucks. 5) Friendly service. The staff here is really chill and expedient. If you find coffee shops to be your second homes, you may find this a nice addition to your list. read more

The new starbucks all seem to be very "open concept" which is a little weird to me... I would think they'd want more of a cozy ambiance, but instead they build large blocks. But that's not the end of the world. I'm just starting to think that Starbucks DOESN'T want me hanging out all day using their free wifi... sheesh... the nerve! The coffee is what it is... nothing different from any other starbucks. you either like it or you don't. The people here don't make it any better or worse. The people behind the counter could be a little friendlier, but hey... we're outside of philly... I'm not expecting southern hospitality. I L-O-V-E the tables that have outlets in them. I might get one for my house. Or office. Or both. The bathrooms are probably my biggest complaint. First off... they chose to designate the bathrooms (the old broomall sb didn't do so) which I find mildly annoying. And the bathrooms are just single-person usage... so I've had to wait for a while when someone's been in the restroom for an overly long period of time. I suppose the caffeine does have that effect on people... and really... shouldn't that just be common sense?!? A place that sells caffeinated beverages should design their restrooms to INCREASE waiting times. Just saying... could lead to a disaster! I haven't used the drive through. The worst Starbucks ever! I see from other reviews that the drive through is a problem. One would think that after 6 months they would have their act together. After a 20 minute wait in line for a Grande Cappuccino (couldn't get a pound of Expresso too, as they were out) I drove away with ...TEA. There I was navigating the rush hour traffic, pulled the cup to my mouth and discovered that coffee was tea. How could they mess up a single order ? Best inside in the area because it's roomy and has plenty of seating. I've gone there a few times to do work. However, even though the staff is very friendly, they are incredibly loud amongst themselves. I know it's not a library but man, they're super chatty and because the music is loud they talk very loudly. That's the only draw back IMO. read more

I came to this location today, first time and was disappointed. I am a patient person but it took a long time eventhough there were lots of employees, and granted busy. But some were just doing nothing and could have been wiping the counter that was not clean nor the floor areas. They got my order wrong since I ordered a cappuccino and got a frappucino which I could see happening since they sound alike thru thru the shield and masks, but after a long wait was disgusted. Although employee did offer to correct I walked away not wanting to wait a long time again. So ate it outside with my muffin. I did not see napkins and feel they should be offered for the price you pay. I was too aggravated to ask and couldn't wait to get out. I saw another customer with the same reaction shaking her head. I have been by this Starbucks a few times. It's a quick right turn off of West Chester Pike. Unlike some other Starbucks, this one has some of the nitro drinks, which I really like. An employee of another Starbucks told me that the equipment for nitro drinks is expensive, and that's why a lot of places don't sell the beverages. It's not much of wait even with a crowd if you walk in, and the drive through was efficient when I used it. The inside wasn't the cleanest when I've been there, but I guess with high traffic, you can't keep things constantly spotless. read more

The best Starbucks ever! We have one literally right next to our house but we go out of our way to go here. The service is fast and the workers are always super friendly. If they weren't so nice I'd say they might be robots because they make everything so fast and the drink always turns out perfectly. They don't have friendly robots yet right? Came here this morning, because I got tired of wawa and Dunkin donuts and wanted something different. I was automatically attracted to this Starbucks even though I passed 4 others because they have a drive through and it was freezing cold outside. I didn't realize that it would take forever to get my items. With 5 cars in front of me it took several minutes. Once I ordered they were out of cream cheese which is kind of annoying. You would think the buyer would order enough cream cheese to equal the amount of bagels, but no. And by the time I got my bagel it wasn't even really warm. My white chocolate mocha didn't taste right. I probably will not comeback unless it's another cold morning because when you pay $7 for 2 items that didn't come out right and take forever to make that's not acceptable. read more

When my bf came there to pick up, they said they do not have that, but they still charged my money and just gave me 1 green tea lemonade. Hard to say bad things to starbucks (i mean all coffee should be same throughout all location) but they're just realllllly slow. VERY SLOW. Drive thru is always backed up and takes abt 20 min to get through even at slowest part of the day- i don't know why but they're really slow. read more

Best starbucks there is. I have been going to different starbucks for around 10 years and I've found myself going to this one everyday since it's been open. Literally the nicest staff there is. Every single person does an amazing job making drinks, accommodating customers, and being super patient. They never complain or give anyone a hard time. I go every single day and every worker has a smile on their face, no joke. From the names I can remember, David, Austin (I think) Michael, are names that I could remember who are super kind and helping. But not just them, everyone there is so so nice. I could remember an instance where a customer was giving one of the workers a hard time over something and I observed how kind and helpful the workers were to the customer, regardless of how rude she was to them. Sorry for the rant, just figured I would share out of all the starbucks I'd go to for years, this is the all time best. 10/10 service and workers. read more

When they first open the store nobody knew what they were doing and the drive-through took about 10 to 12 minutes and now but now you can be in and out of the drive-thru Within one minute and 10 seconds I would say. If you are using the drive through be prepared to wait in line for long time since this seems to be a very popular drive-through location. And unfortunately this location has really bad and sloooooow service. I have been inside many times and 90% of the time had to just wait for someone to actually take my order. There are always employees walking around but dis-interested in actually taking an order. They only know what they do walking around. Since I have to wait to get my drink for a long time as well.
