After many years, having moved to Northern New England and having been de-climatized from the mid-Atlantic heat, being back in Delco with 96° seems like being inside a pizza oven. So came back to the old standby Starbucks with a doubled covered outdoor space and a total remodel that made it look quite modern. Most of all, the staff was absolutely wonderful. First time I have ever tried cold coffee, which is an absolute sin for a Cuban. The outdoor space itself makes it worthwhile to visit. read more

Every month or two I go back to the Starbucks because it's convenient. But the problem is each time I order without with cream and they leave about an inch and a half from the top. In the past, I was told it was to leave room for whip cream. But I'm not getting whip cream! What a rip off! read more

Be careful at this location if you place a mobile order. They told me they didn't have a record for one of my three items. When I showed my receipt, suddenly, they had it. This is the Starbucks in the Lawrence Park Shopping center and it is fine. Bathrooms are closed due to Covid and the service can vary based on who is working. No issues. read more

This location might be the worst Starbucks ever. Our orders are routinely incorrect. And our drinks are routinely under poured. The employees are usually rude and really seem like making orders is a pain for them. Maybe you should not be in a customer service roll. read more

It's just another Starbucks folks. This one is very tiny and it's in the Lawrence Park Shopping Center. It recently received a remodel so it's nice inside. It also has two or three tables outside if you like a view of the parking lot. The usual mostly competent baristas. I'm a Starbucks fan so I stop here when I have business in the in the shopping center or at the Home Depot just down the street. read more

Wouldn't recommend this place. The cashiers are hit and miss. It is more the overall cleanliness of the place. The pastry case looked disgusting and there were flies on the register and around the store and it just didn't seem clean (715am visit). I know sometimes a fly or two gets in in the summertime but there was 1 just sitting on each register and 2 flying around where the coffee is being prepared. Gross. read more

This is a small Starbucks located in a shopping center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, also very fast and professional. I decided to go to this Starbucks because it as the closest in my travels and I was in dire need lol! I ordered my favorite, the Carmel Macchiato. The barista had pre-made espresso. However, my drink was delicious, and not watered down as I expected since the espresso was pre-made. If you're in the area and in need of Starbucks this place is cool to go to! I stopped in for a coffee and this was the filthiest Starbucks I have ever visited. The shelves where normally to-go cups are sold were barren and full of dust. The food cabinet where pastries are kept had handprints all over it and there were maybe 5 pastries in the whole cabinet. The refrigerated section under the pastry cabinet was empty and overall the place was disgusting. I was itching for a coffee and the one woman making specialty coffees looked frazzled despite the fact that it was 2 in the afternoon. I grabbed a reg coffee vs getting a specialty coffee made. Even that was a mistake. The bar where you add milk and sugar looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time and there was only a small amount of half and half out. No milk, no skim. Its a shame. I will not be revisiting this location again. read more

This location is ok..the staff has completely changed! The old crew was great, very nice and personable!! It's a very small location with a few tables and a bar with stools by the window. They do have two outside tables as well. We have been going here for years and have met some very nice people! If it wasn't for knowing other customers here it's possible I would stop going! What has happened to this location (LAWRENCE PARK in Broomall, PA)??? It was never the best as far as speed but at least you had friendly faces. Now, everyone is MISERABLE!!! Today was the last time going tothat Starbucks. There was no one else in there...4 employees- 1 making drinks, 2 going over some work related paperwork I'm sure and one by the register. This young lady had her head down the entire time (not sure what she was doing). I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was doing something work related as well. She didn't even acknowledge that I was there. No "sorry, I'll be with you in a moment"...nothing! Then looks up and just stared at me...like a was disturbing her. I asked her what her largest size was and once again she just stared at me. I asked for a cold brew and she said they were out. I couldn't contain my facial expressions at that point. I'm normally not so blatantly rude but I had to walk right out. Going to any other coffee place you could tolerate such rude behavior but paying $6-7 for a coffee, Starbucks is about the experience as well, not just coffee. It's people's pass time. It's their break from staring at a screen at work. It's a mom taking a break from their screaming kids. It makes people happy going on their coffee break. I will gladly drive 15 minutes out of my way to another Starbucks just for someone to greet you with a smiling face! read more

I've always loved going to this Starbucks I usually stop in every morning for a coffee and a cake pop for my son. The one young man Andrew always makes my sons day by making conversation with him. I order a coffee a young lady took my order she had red hair that she kept touching which I found unsanitary while working in the food and beverage area. When I ask if my drink was ready (because my name wasn't put on the cup) the young lady Carina rudely said " Does it have your damn name on it" I was stunned by her reaction and the tone she had with me. I stopped in at what was the original Delaware County Starbucks. It has been updated a few times since it first opened. They stuck with only tables on the last two renovations. I hadn't been here in a while but stopped in while waiting for a friend to finish their appointment a few doors down. It was a Friday evening and I was a bit disappointed. There were several people working the counter and I got good service and good coffee. Why then was I unhappy, you are thinking? As I am waiting, cruising the Internet, I am in the company of 6 or so pubescent tweeners who are talking drugs and private parts to the extent that in any other location, this would be sexual harassment. Thank goodness it only lasted 15 minutes, but I was surprised that the staff just ignored it and let it go on. After they left, I was inundated by two more sets of teenagers. I am a regular here because it is the most convenient Starbucks on my route to work. They are efficient and inconsistently 'friendly', although certainly never over friendly from what I have seen. However recently I was treated downright rudely....because I tried to pay in cash rather than credit. I understand that most of the world has forgotten what a real dollar bill actually feels like, but I live a cash life- so STOCK YOUR FREAGIN DRAWER WITH A LITTLE MORE CHANGE FOR US CRAZIES WHO STILL OPERATE IN CASH PLEASE!!!!!!
