I stop at this location once a month while traveling. I always order through the app. My hotel is right next to Chick fil which is next to Starbucks. When i arrived ñ, my order is ready every time. When I walk in everyone always says hello. The drinks are always like up very neatly at the end of the counter. This morning I had the Salted Caramel Cold Brew. I was talking to my coworker and said "That was so good! I should have gotten the Venti" I will definitely continue to support this location. read more

I have been coming here on my way to work this week and have had 3 great pick up experiences! This Starbucks is conveniently located off of 29 and near the turnpike and 202. They have a lot of seating inside and a drive through. I did a mobile order to be picked up inside and every time it was ready to go! The employees here are also super friendly and always acknowledge you, even if you are just picking up. I enjoyed the iced lattes and egg bites I got from here. I appreciate the consistency and will definitely be back for the great quality and friendly service! read more

Clean bathroom. Nice people. Wish all the prices were still listed out and not just the grande size. Isn't the vanilla sweet creme drink supposed to taste sweet? Maybe it is for the best it isn't too sugary. Oh well. read more

Great service. Clean and nice spot for meetings or to grab an early morning cup of Joe. Plenty or parking and seating.

This is now my "local" Starbucks closest to my work and I have been coming here almost daily for 6 months. The staff here, both seasonal and regulars, have all been very friendly and several take their time to interact with you as a person while you wait both inside or in the drive thru for your order. Have they gotten my order correct 100% of the time? No. We are all human and mistakes can be made but if there was ever an issue they corrected it quickly without hassle. read more

Reason for my review-just FYI The drive through has a clearance of 8'6"! :) Great friendly service and usually has everything I need read more

Store looks nice but can be deafeningly loud - no sound insulation at all. Here at after lunch - no rush whatsoever - and every free table is filthy. Had to get napkins and literally scrub a table. Parking lot is tight. Love the chain, poorly thought out location with untrained, inattentive staff. Bummer. read more

Went to Starbucks this morning and got me a mocha cookie Frappuccino with a caramel drizzle and a bacon egg and cheese Gouda sandwich. read more

The worst Starbucks in America. They screw up, you tell them and they just say girl bye. I pay $14 a day here on a coffee and a coffee cake. Why is extra ice and a warm cake so fricken hard for these people!!!?! read more

The people there are really nice! They do more often than not mess up my order. I recommend not ordering frappucinnos through the App bc it will be completely melted by the time you get it, or at least mine was. But also it's disappointing to order a Venti Frappuccino and half the cup is froth, and the other half is just completely melted. I'll probably keep to Dunkin Donuts so I can at least get my money's worth of coffee. read more

Good staff, smiling faces but not a good location. The store puts importance on online orders. On average you may wait 15+ min plus to just get a regular coffee. Do not go there for breakfast drive through. Chick Fil A next door during lunch is much faster. The staff were good but it looks Starbucks management and the way store looks is all about online orders. read more

This is our favorite Starbucks. They always make the drinks consistently well and do their best to keep the long drive thru line moving as fast as possible (if more people would use the mobile app it would move faster, they should ask chick-fil-A for advice on drive thru logistics). Starbucks has had some supply chain issues lately but we are almost always able to find something we want. They are doing their best and it's not the employees fault. read more

We have been going to this Starbucks for awhile now. All the servers are super nice and they rarely mess up the drinks or food!

The service here is great and they are very focused on you. Employees all seem to enjoy working in the people business and it shows in their work and interactions with customers. Nicole is especially wonderful, and her smile lights my day. read more

I go to this location every day - they are less than 5 mins from my house - if I could give a ZERO I would. The last week every other day my drink is wrong, they had me a venti cup with the lid NOT secure and 1/2 this thing spilled on me and my car... when I explained what had happened and asked for some paper towels then guy threw his rag at me his coffee & milk soaked rag!!! I pay over 6 bucks for a drink that is never right.. I'm just super frustrated and will now drive the distance for my regular joint... I know first world problem but I'm done! read more

I've never been to a Starbucks that literally never have oat milk or anything else that's on the menu! After waiting in a long line just to hear that they're out of everything. It's not like you can just drive off, after being disappointed. Instead you have to order or else you'd be sitting in a drive thru for literally 25m for nothing !!! read more

Quick service. Very clean. I ordered a blonde Cappuccino, and after the foam, I had less then half a drink, that's was really disappointing. Flavor was good, just wish I could have had a full cup for the price of Starbucks drinks read more

This Starbucks is a mess. The drive thru gets my order wrong on almost a regular basis. Today I corrected her twice at the order screen and the order was still wrong when I got to the window. The people inside are so slow and it feels like no one at this location knows what they are doing. The service at this location is so poor that I've written Starbucks feedback and haven't heard back. I'm not coming here again. read more

I stopped at this Starbucks drive thru in Malvern Pa when I was in the area this morning. I'm not usually in Malvern too often (although I have been here many times in the past) I personally didn't have a problem with this Starbucks. There wasn't a line in the drive thru, the employee at the window was friendly enough and the products were decent too. All around, it's an average visit to Starbucks nothing mindblowing but nothing horrible either. read more

Avoid this location. They will mess up your order each and and every time. There's a Starbucks 3 minutes away in the target complex, go there instead. read more

Despite the petty low rating reviews on here, this location does very well serving the surrounding business area. This location is just over 4 months old and doing very well building their reputation of friendly/attentive service by friendly/attentive staff. Here are tips/suggestions for the negative reviewers: 1. The staff is not your personal butler/maid to clean up every crumb every second. 2. Remember that the cup for a hot drink is made of PAPER and the cup for a cold drink is made of PLASTIC. Therefore, they are not to be squeezed. 3. Before leaving, confirm with the Barista that you are getting the correct drink. 4. Since there is a mixture of trained and currently being trained employees don't expect perfection. People are allowed to make mistakes and better themselves. For anyone reading these reviews, please don't be discouraged from visiting this location because of the few petty reviewers. They have obviously never worked in the hospitality industry or weren't raised correctly. Looking forward to my next visit. read more

Fantastic Starbucks. The furniture is much nicer than the vast majority of Starbucks cafes I've been to. The staff is fantastic, especially Mark and Ron. Great service, great ambience as well. read more

These 5 stars are for Juliet. She works at this store. Today she took my order with grace, made my order beautifully, and my day the best one i've ever had. She is almost as beautiful as the venti dragon drink w light ice she made me. God bless Juliet and her beautiful soul. read more

I order the same drink everyday and they always make it different or ask stupid questions. If I said no whip, why would ask do I want whip on the bottom. I'm going to ask to speak to the manager next time. Especially if I'm paying 9 dollars for a drink & Banana bread my drink should be made CORRECT read more

Great Store! Hardworking staff & amazing environment! For the amount of new people that they have, they are doing an amazing job!!!
