Traveling from Austin to Houston stopped at Starbucks for a 'Very Berry Hibiscus' drink. I'm not a coffee drinker so this is the only reason I come to Starbucks. Unfortunately the this was the worst drink I have paid for. First of all, I only received about 3/4 of drink. The barista must of told the cashier to make it and I don't think she knew how to make it. The only ingredients in the drink was water, ice and a lots of berries. I didn't taste it until I drove off so I couldn't take it back. If the drive thru cashier didn't know how to make the drink then she should have asked someone! Don't think I'll stop there again!! read more

Incredibly friendly and great hours for the only Starbucks between Austin and Houston on 290. Definitely a good option for a travel break, although it's not the easiest on and off from 290. read more

We went through the drive thru at 8am this morning. We didn't get through the line until almost 8:30am and we only ordered plain coffee. I love their coffee but there is not a coffee out there worth waiting for 30 minutes. I will say the gal that waited on us was courteous and apologetic but for goodness sake, how long does it take to make coffee. Very poorly managed store. Always slow they just don't care and dirty. Example I ordered by phone arrived in 10 minutes waited another 15 the whole time the drinks were on the other counter. The manager said "sometimes that happens ". read more

There is an employee here that will NOT STOP WHISTLING. So obnoxious. Otherwise, this Starbucks is pretty standard. I would advise you to not stop by here unless you want to slowly be driven insane by whistling. read more

I love this Starbucks! Nice and friendly people. But the great thing about this place is that it's the ONLY Starbucks that I know that has a changing table for babies! Yay!! When you're traveling with little ones, it's nice to have a clean restroom and stopping off to get a latte is a bonus. read more

What a poor experience at this location this evening. I completely wasted my first Gold Card reward on my drink. It wound up in the trash at home. My wife returned her drink which was not a good replacement. And then, the bathroom was disgusting with no toilet paper available. This used to be such a good roadside stop. read more

We decided to stop by while passing through and received THE WORST service. We literally sat in the drive thru line for 30 mins with only five cars ahead of us. When we finally got to the window, the barista informed us that one of the drinks we ordered was "out of stock." I asked to speak to the manager and discovered that the "manager didn't come in today." Wow Starbucks....what a let down. Friendly people BUT this is the second time coming to this starbucks and they were not fully stocked. 1st time had us waiting because they didn't have coffee brewed. That's right, they did NOT have coffee ready at this coffee shop. 2nd time they ran out of whip cream. Now I understand that it sounds like a 1st world problem BUT one of my biggest pet peeves is when a place doesn't have certain items that are part of the menu. Not happy that I ordered a drink at a certain temperature and they took the order, giving me the impression that they could make it. However they could not, for safety reasons, make it to that temperature. I understand that but I don't think they should take the order, make it and then tell me that they can't do it. LOVE Starbucks!!! I will say the morning staff is very helpful and friendly. Fast Friendly service!!! I went in the evening time and the wait to get my order taken at the drive thru was very long a good 10 minutes then when I get to window I waited another 10 minutes and employee wasn't the friendliest. Place was recently updated so it looks great and clean inside. Today I was given the wrong drink, i called and they told me they would replace it at no charge. 10/12/19 This store is RIDICULOUSLY SLOW!!!!! I placed a mobile order 15 minutes in advance, got to the store and gave them an extra 5 minutes before checking the Mobile Order Pick Up station, but after 20 minutes it wasn't ready, so it took a total of 45 minutes from the time I placed my mobile order until I got it. The problem is there was only maybe 3 customers inside the store and maybe 2-3 cars outside at the drive thru and there was about 6-7 employees working. The girl making the Frappuccinos took more than 20 minutes to make just 3 and they don't even acknowledge the customers or let them know how long it'll take before we get the drinks. This is the second time I stop at this store and it'll be my last one, next time I'll just wait until I can stop at a decent store where they are capable of handling orders and tasks better. They definitely need more training in customer service and making drinks!!!! read more

The heavy-set white girl with tattoos and a lip ring needs to be fired immediately. She complains constantly. She let everyone in the store know that she did not want to be there. Her attitude was terrible. I don't leave reviews often, but wow was she a garbage employee. read more

I've stopped here a few times on my way to Houston and I just did my last stop ever to this location. Was in the drive thru line with one car in front of me for 30 mins. The car ahead of me only had one drink and I did too. There was ZERO apology NOR did they come to the window to let me know what was taking so long. Never said anything but "$7.57" to me. Great mocha, but waiting an extra 10 minutes for the frappachinos was way too long. Kind of a bummer Starbucks experience. I know frappachinos take longer, but seriously, don't wait for a whole bunch of frappachinos orders and then make them all at one time. So today I went to Starbucks to get a frappe. So before going I orden my drink through their app because I was already in a hurry for work, so 10 minutes after I orden through the app i get there and walk straight to the mobile orden pick up, and my drink was not ready, so I tell me self ok I'm just gonna wait they might not take to long, so I was standing in front of the counter waiting for my drink, and I saw people walking in and ordering drink and their drink came out first then mine even tho i orden 10 minutes early then than through the app they got the drinks first then me so I say ok I'm gonna wait a little more I did not want to complain, so I'm not going to lie to y'all I was there 20 minutes waiting for my drink, I was already late for work and my drink was not coming out till I ask them what was going on that I been waiting 20 minutes in the store and 10 minutes more since I place my orden and they told me they were working on It. So finally my drink came out it was not the one I orden but I did not had time to complain about it so I just took it and left. My drink was already melt I think they might just had game me a drink that they had done already and it was in the back sitting so next time for y'all don't orden through the app just go and orden on the store because the service through the app sucks read more

Well, they make my drink the way I like it -triple grande vanilla cap... always perfect. I go to get coffee, not make eye contact. However, on my way home from Conroe Christmas day, I remembered they were going to be open. I thought to myself "should I support this? if I do, Starbucks might get the idea that this is a good thing, and impose it upon their employees nation wide." Employees need to be with their families on these holidays as much as possible. Perhaps what brad s. was experiencing was a bunch of employees who just foud out they were going to be working on Christmas day. Yes, I stopped. Now I regret it. Sorry you guys. Great Place to relax good atmosphere and free Wi-Fi!! Love this place easy to get to and has a drive thru when i am on the go! Big parking lot so lots of parking! Come sit outside under the umbrella and read the news paper and drink coffee and enjoy the day! read more
