I just wanted to tell you that I am a solely a cold brew coffee drinker and I have tried many different cold brew coffees and that I found a bag of your cold brew jet fuel at my H‑E‑B store here in Rockport, TX and decided I would try it. I used to use Starbucks cold brew packs but they discontinued them and would get cold brew coffees from our local coffee shop sometimes as we don't have a Starbucks here and closest one is 25 minutes away. So when I found out that I could no longer get Starbucks and make my own cold brew at home I was at a loss of what I could do. And I didn't want to buy a coffee every day from our local shop. When I saw your bag of coffee I prayed it would be good because I love making my own cold brew at home. I tried it and WOW! Better than Starbucks... better than any cold brew I have ever had!! I am hooked for life!! So please never stop making or selling your cold brew jet fuel or I will be the most upset woman in the whole world! I am so happy I took a chance and tried it because I never knew cold brew could be any better than any cold brew I had in the past and I tell everyone to try it! I don't drink hot coffee because of the higher acidity and heart burn issues but I tell everyone I know... just buy that brand because if their cold brew is off the charts number one in my book... than I'm sure all of their coffee is amazing and they have told me it is! So keep on making your brand of coffee please so everyone in the world can keep on brewing and I'm enjoying the best coffee in the world. Starbucks ain't got nothin on y'all! And trust me I have been a Starbucks lover for about 25 years and I never thought I would taste another coffee and say wow that's better than Starbucks... but after trying your cold brew... Since the storefront is closed, she wanted to share a little bit of Brenham with us. We enjoyed visiting the roaster, a building full of coffee beans has to be great! We picked up some kcups and some whole beans, we wanted to get some coffee drinks but they were out of milk....sometime in the next few months they'll have a separate coffee shop in front of the roaster...open! open! read more

What a cool hidden gem!!! The coffee and tea options are endless, samples available for trying and flavor was on point! First finding a local coffee roaster with a background in the oil business is just icing on the cake. I loooooved the Indie vibe of this place and all the gift shop type items available for purchase. The girl that helped us was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store had a very Texan friendly feel to it. But to get to the main purpose and observation: the coffee was awesome! Lacking in the bitterness and metallic Starbucks taste this stuff is pure coffee bean goodness. The usual espresso my husband goes for was even palatable to my sweet craving tastebuds. Very impressed. The tea was phenomenal, again, even without a sweetener. Herbs For Her was the smoothest and cleanest tea I've ever had. So good I purchased some. We will definitely be back!! Suggestions: could us some seating and maybe that's on the long term plan, but we might have hung out longer and bought more had we been able to sit. Location is a little difficult to find initially but that will probably also be resolved once the construction up front is complete. Overall LOVED IT! read more

This is not for their beans. I did buy some, but did not have my regular setup, so could not evaluate. This is for their HEB in store shop, in Brenham. I watched my iced latte being made, and I was pretty surprised at the training. I shouldn't be, as it took 5 minutes to make the two drinks in front of me. The barrista washed out the portafilter in the sink. Great. It's no longer hot. I asked about that and she said that she didn't know that she shouldn't. I had asked for an extra shot, so she also pulled a cold single shot portafilter out of a drawer and used that. The drink was bitter. But was it the coffee or the technique? Either way, reflects poorly on quality control and training. read more
