I've only ever had good interactions with the workers and they always sound very happy at the drive through

Truly the worst Starbucks experience my husband and I have had. Stopped on our way to Austin. Order took at least 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Mine is the worst iced shaken espresso in the world. My husband's Americano poured all over the car and burned his hand. It's absolutely all over my car. Also was a truly disgusting store. read more

I keep telling myself that I am not going to stop here anymore but it is one of the only Starbucks on my way home from visiting my mother. They just put one up around Waller so I am going to try to do that one instead. Everytime I come here my order is extremely late, I use the app, and this store is ALWAYS dirty. Worst service ever! It took 20 minutes to get our drinks, but they made sure that the drive thru was taken care of so that the image of fast service was there. When I asked about our drink time the lady rolled her eyes and acted like a 20 minute wait time is expected. Ridiculous! Ordered a cappuccino with heavy cream as the milk source (zero carb and delish) with 4 stevia packets in the espresso. Order was correct and out quickly. I have frequently experienced no stevia being added to the espresso which I do not discover until after I have driven away. . read more

I've been here twice while passing through town and liked it each time. On the first visit I went inside, where everything was very clean. This second time we did the drive through, and even though they had a few cars in line they worked through it very quickly. The drive through person was a young woman who was very friendly to interact with. As for the food, I got the ham & Swiss on baguette and it was delicious! My fiancé got the breakfast wrap and liked it too, as well as her oleato golden cone cold brew. If driving through town again, we would come back here. read more

Honestly the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I have tried to be patient with this Starbucks but every time I go there they're out of something or the service is really really slow. It's even worse after the remodel. Also, I should never be sitting in a Starbucks drive-through for over 30 minutes with only two cars in front of me . I usually have mid-service every time I go to this location, but today was absolutely terrible. I asked for extra vanilla cold foam on my drink, it was printed on the label correctly and read back to me correctly when I was ordering, however they forgot to add it. When I asked them to fix it they were not happy to do so and proceeded to pour all the coffee out of my drink and replace it with what I presume was stirred whipped cream. It did not taste like vanilla cold foam, in fact my entire drink was nothing but creamer and sweetener. Absolutely all the coffee was poured out...I paid almost $10 for a small cup of creamer. Never visiting here again that was the last straw. read more

I hit a lot of Starbucks on my trips. This is the slowest one I've ever been to. I don't know if they are not processing orders in the order they are receive, but if you put in an online order, expect at least a 15 min wait, and then you still might have to ask them to process it. read more

The store is dirty!!! There was food and paper everywhere on the floor and I stepped on several blueberries from what I guess is a dropped scone, muffin, or fruity something...I don't know. I tried to not step in the and well it didn't work out. All of our drinks were wrong. They were all read back correctly, and one was remade but then we got the rest of the drinks it was ridiculous that ultimately all the drinks were wrong. We said thank you and left but I didn't mean it. The drinks are terrible. Could be a bad day but I'm not sure. read more

It's Starbucks, what can I say about cookie cutter coffee. Service is good and quick. Second visit since moving to Brenham and the only reason I came is that I didn't feel like driving downtown to the only other options locally. Should have gone downtown. Like the normal Starbucks it' had a vociferously high volume of sounds with generic Starbucks music playing overhead. A bit more the normal for one of these places. This is not unexpected as its northwest corporate progressive universality that does not encourage uniqueness. However I do generally like the Mocha given that it is my go-to when visiting any coffee shop. I have got this on both my visits and I have found it bland with little flavor as if it is mostly water not tasting much like coffee or mocha has been added. Should have driven downtown. read more

Consistently super slow, but the staff is friendly. One employee in particular (I think his name is Carlton) is always on top of things. Ordering online is quicker than going inside or going through the drive through, but you'll have to wait no matter what. Sometimes drinks are good, but every time you go, you're taking a gamble. The last time I went, they were out of cold brew which was particularly devastating. read more

The worst service. It took more than 22 minutes to receive two drinks inside. I believe that it would of been faster if I would've went through the drive thru. The only good service that I received was the cashier who took my order. She is helpful and informative. The barista working the inside counter was making drinks and not helpful. She was unfriendly and didn't want to help. However, the barista working drive thru was assigned my order. Disorganized. I left a undeserved cash tip when I paid. Next time, I'll wait until till I get my drinks. My drink wasn't even made correctly. This Starbucks always has a line when I pass through on my way home to Houston. Now, I understand why. I'm completely excited that there is a Starbucks between Austin and Houston now. Yay. It's a reliable and clean bathroom, and it has a menu I know and trust. For some reason, the day I was there, it was quite busy. It was Sunday at 2 pm. The drive through was crazy long and busy. Inside the line was short, but almost every table was either filled with a person or trash (residual debris from coffee and cake consumption). I was third in line. The first person ordered and moved down the counter to wait. The person in front of me had a super specific order (a long shot, double cup, no lid, etc). This is fine as long as people move along. This person hung around asking for a doughnut to be warmed up. Next, said person asked for the doughnut to not be too hot. Doughnut was touched and sent back to be heated further. All the while, the line behind me is growing. After all the doughnut fiasco, the man finally moved down the counter. I placed my order efficiently, paid, complimented the cashier/barista to let her know she was doing a good job (lest her day was ruined by previous customer), and I moved down the counter. As I was waiting, the "doughnut" customer barked at the barista saying "my long shot is taking a long time!!" The barista simply stated that Long Shot espresso takes a while to make. I was both relieved and happy to receive my cup of coffee. Never had I been more happy to be back on the road. I suppose beggars can't be choosers. #shrug #beggingforastarbucks read more

Stopped here for coffee on our way to Inks Lake from Houston. We were in and out of the drive thru in under 5 minutes, received extraordinarily good service, and both of our coffees and both sandwiches were made to perfection! The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes at 4pm when it wasn't even busy. Would never go back.

This place runs hot and cold but more cold. Nice enough people but no real engagement with the customers. More interested in talking to each other. Today was bad. Place was empty exempt for a lady and her daughter that were there when I got there and still waiting when I left 25 minutes later. Drive thru was quiet. No cars even around the bend. Did an online order for a cold coffee, a danish and a breakfast sandwich. Coffee came out after 15 minutes and it took another 10 to get the sandwich and danish which all they have to do is put it in the oven and warm it up. 25 minutes and I had to get the barista to stop making drinks and heat up my stuff. If not for her I'd probably still be there. It obvious why they have such bad reviews. You'd think they get a new manager or at least try to get their shit together. The worst part fir me is I won't drink their crap. I only stop for my wife. read more

I sent my friend in to pick me up a black coffee (literally nothing added to it) and I ended up texting him asking if everything is okay because it was taking so long. It took him 25 minutes just to get a hot black coffee. I frequent Starbucks and at just about every Starbucks I go to when a plain coffee is ordered the cashier just grabs it real quick. I'm not sure why this Starbucks decided not to. My friend also mentioned that the staff was not super friendly or apologetic when a black coffee took almost 30 minutes (and to make it better the coffee was ice cold). I have had bad service from this location every time I go in and every time I tell myself I won't go back, and I guess now I really won't be going back. Very disappointed and highly recommend making the drive to the Sealy location. read more

Workers are generally nice. Coffee is as expected. BUT... without a doubt, the slowest Starbucks. For heaven's sake, drive-thru workers, dispense with the needless banter. A brief greeting followed by taking an order is all that's needed. You don't really need to know how I am or how my day is going, nor do you need to know my name. I don't know if this store is relentlessly understaffed or managed by someone incredibly inefficient, but be prepared to wait if they are even remotely busy. I've been here a few times for work in the area. Plenty of parking if you are willing to walk, outdoor and indoor seating available. It can be a little chaotic in the parking lot because of all the nearby businesses. They prepared a work pastry bag for me and it was perfect. Thank you Starbucks for your consistency! read more
