This is my favorite Starbucks to stop at when I drive in 85 to get to Atlanta or drive through Atlanta. It is a little ways off if the highway, but it is in a nice area with other restaurants nearby. The staff here are always kind and the restaurant is always clean. I went one time and I was having a difficult day and the barista in the drive through was so kind to me. I've had the breakfast sandwiches here and my favorite is the smoked bacon and cheddar on a croissant. I'm a regular type coffee girl and always get the flat white. Went in for my pumpkin spice latte, cold brew. The customer associate who helped me was so upbeat and she even lifted up my spirits. It's the little things for me. When they gave me my order, they had drawn hearts all over my cup. Very clean location and friendly staff! This location is huge and has plenty of outside and inside room to sit, work, or just be. I had a custom order and the employee taking my order accommodated without hesitation. Caramel Frapp for the hubs and an Iced Coffee with heavy cream and 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup. Service is friendly and fast, I don't usually spend more than 3-4 minutes in this drive thru. Whenever I've come inside it's always clean and well maintained. Drinks always taste good and are made correctly; however the last few times I've come to get a caramel brûlée latte there's been crunchy or plasticky bits in my drink (?) I drink Starbucks practically every day and this location never disappoints. My baby and I will go inside about once, sometimes twice a week as well as my several drive thru visits throughout the week. Very shocked at the ratings since EVERYONE here is nice, friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Always love starbucks and the sweet vanilla cold brew. The drink is cold but is so refreshing even in the winter time. It isn't too sugary like the other drinks and has the smooth flavor of the cold brew. The staff are always friendly with me and I am always treated with kindness. read more

Literally just watched the barista pour the whip off of my no whip mocha and top it off with more coffee. It's a hot drink. I can imagine some of the whip inevitably was incorporated into my drink. I started to just let it go but I vehemently do not consume dairy. Imagine if I were allergic. Dangerous! I took my order back to the barista and explained that it tasted as if it may have had dairy in it. And only then did she admit to "scooping the whipped cream off". She offered to remake it but very reluctantly. As I left i very politely told her that she may want to be mindful of allergies moving forward to which she replied "I literally scooped it off right away" Clearly she didn't care read more

Poor attitude about being Covid compliant and wearing masks over noses and hand sanitizer. Chelsea manager was rude and unprofessional. Poor training of employees and customer service at her level. Go to the one In Kroger it's cheaper and you get your fuel points. Very clean in Kroger. She could care less about customer service. read more

They often mess up mobile orders, not noticing a drink is supposed to be hot. I put in a mobile order and went through he drive through. It wasn't ready so they had me pull around, and then forgot about me. I had to call them. And then, when they brought me my drink it was iced when it should be hot. This Starbucks in Braselton is AMAZING. Austin and his staff are always so friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to make your experience perfect each time. yes there are days when it takes a minute to get your order, but that's nothing to complain about. Honestly if you're in a hurry and running late don't complain that there are quite a few others in front of you waiting patiently. I've personally witnessed time and time again the staff calling out who's up next and next after that when there is a line around the building, mobile orders spitting out like a slot machine and people ordering inside. Love love love it here! One of the comfiest/ spacious Starbucks I have ever been to. It is never extremely busy since it is a fairly new location but customer service is amazing and service is fast. The place is clean and you are always welcomed upon entry. If I go to any other location, my specifications are never fully completed but this location has yet to let me down. Manager was extremely rude when asked a question about the hours to the barista. !! She came to the window and said it was everyone was sick with covid and they can't work sick. She had no help. She went on ... But very rude attitude. I just asked about the hours. I didn't need her story. Many times have to have my drinks corrected . Most of other employees were nice. read more

Window time is EXTREMELY slow. Although I did get a pour over, I got to the window they were friendly, did not try to create an experience, I still had to wait in the parking lot for them to bring it out to me. Overall time of my order from the drive through box to getting my coffee was 20 minutes. Super nice people though. read more

This Starbucks is the best one I've visited. I drink decaf lattes and lots of times the coffee tastes burnt. This location has only served me great-tasting lattes. I will make a detour just to go there. Also, the employees seem really energetic and happy to be there. I'd highly recommend. read more
