When you walk through the door, you are greeted with a really mellow and soothing ambiance. The place is decorated nicely--very similarly to cafes and bakeries in Duluth. The portions are very generous, and the fish are fresh and not fishy at all. The way you build your bowl here is also pretty generous as well when it comes to the sides compared to other poké places. They also make some drinks in-house that are organic and sugar-free. They press it themselves, and it is pretty good as well. The customer service is probably the best I've experienced in a long while. They have a filing system that records what you've ordered in the past, so my friend was able to see his order from 5 years ago. That's wonderful. The employees were so attentive and patient. They assisted me with making my bowl and gave me recommendations. They also check up on you while you eat, which was a kind gesture.
