This Starbucks is one of the better locations I've been to. It's really clean, well maintained, and has a nice layout that actually makes it a good place to sit and get work done. There's little seating, especially after they renovated! But there's still some comfy areas so it works if you're studying! But it's definitely more of a takeout spot, so perfect for if you're just stopping by quickly. The lighting is nice and it has a calm, comfortable vibe overall. What stood out to me is the staff. They're consistently really friendly and welcoming, and they keep things moving even when it gets busy. Orders come out pretty quickly and everything feels organized! This time I tried the ube coconut iced macchiato and I lovedddd it. It was such a nice switch from the usual drinks, creamy, slightly sweet, and had a really unique flavour. Definitely one of my new favourites and I'd 100% get it again. Overall, this location just has really good energy. It's reliable, great for studying, and the service is always solid. read more

A relatively new location with a roomy interior and a drive through. I love coming here some mornings to have a coffee and hang out. One negative is that if you come here at rush our in the evening the strip mall parking lot is jammed and its hard to get in and out. I just make sure not to come during rush hour. read more

Quick response time. Love the staff there! Mobile pickup very easy to do. Only issue is parking not that friendly. Caramel Macchiato is my goto drink for the longest time and it's always on point. Their Banana bread tastes really well if you get it warmed up with butter on the side. They have this new avocado dip that has a nice tinge of spice in it, it's most likely limited time so enjoy it while you can. read more

3.5 * stars ... above average and quite good for suburbs. Finding decent coffee is quite hard in GTA West. Even a green mermaid doesn't necessarily guarantee you a good cup of coffee. This one not only does a decent cup, their staff kept the place clean, and the seating can be comfortable. The plaza parking is a bit of a nightmare but if you're in a rush, there is a drive thru which is nice. The staff pleasantly greet you and they're quite patient as people ask a lot of questions. I got a simple chai latte and for once it was a good balance of foam and actual drink (other Starbucks make it feel like a sponge with the amount of foam). Though the blend is sweet ... it was a decent cup to have for a meet up. There are two seating areas where you can sit at a table and work or chill on comfortable padded chairs. Theres wifi as well so you don't have to kill your data plan. A good decent place for those in the area. read more

I went twice to this location, both times, the drink wasn't particularly made to satisfaction. Although this location has friendly service, which is great, and I got served quickly. But, this may be the flaw, considering my drink was not blended properly. With the weather getting warmer, I've started getting the matcha green tea latte on ice. Twice, they didn't blend the matcha in. Yes, this seems minor, but it changes the way you can enjoy the beverage. I've been to other Starbucks locations, where they blend the matcha perfectly. I am updating my review to 5/5 because of my recent experience today. Jessie and her team went above and beyond and I am thoroughly impressed. As a bit of background, my brother frequents this location every morning during the week before work to enjoy his morning java and to read for about an hour. He has enjoyed plenty of free samples (a highlight was the brisket sandwich!) and has received great service. This morning I asked him to find out if I could purchase one of their syrups for my iced coffees at home. They had only one vanilla syrup left so the manager (Jessie) put it aside for me and gave him her phone number for me to call if I had any questions. I called Jessie and she was an absolute delight to talk to. I explained that I loved their iced coffees but since I can't have caffeine (well, I can but I am very sensitive and won't be able to sleep), I was going to experiment making decaf iced coffee at home since they don't have iced coffee in the store. She was kind enough to offer me decaf iced Americano when I come in and to essentially treat it as a regular iced coffee so that I may get a free refill when I come in for my weekend reading and also pay the price of a regular iced coffee. How nice! When I drove to the store later that day, I got to meet Jessie in person and she was really interested in getting to know me and was very friendly. She gave me a "sample" of the cold brew to try (it was about the size of a tall!) for free and it was delicious! Well worth the lack of sleep tonight. I got my syrup (she gave me the big size that they use in store rather than the one she had put aside for me) for $12.95. This will definitely last me a while! A great experience and an excellent example of customer service at its best. read more

This is by-far my favourite Starbucks location! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I even brought a disgusting drink made by a Starbucks employee at the Argentina location and they replaced the drink for me, for free! The drinks are also delicious. I docked one star because the wifi is painfully slow. As a customer that pays at least $10 per visit several times a week, I expect great wifi and unfortunately this is the only part that is lacking. That is my only complaint but other than that, great food, great service and great little patio too! read more

I was at this location yesterday and we ordered 2 lattes, the 1st latte came after about 5 minutes, we had to wait for the 2nd 1 for an additional 10minutes...how does that make sense? They did not even apologize or acknowledge the wait, then she forgot the whip cream and the 2nd latte the cup was only 2/3s full. One of the girls was very nice but the rest of the staff need to work on there customer service. You do not charge $10 for 2 lattes and make people wait 15minutes. I regularly go to starbucks and go to this location often, some of there staff are unpleasant and have bad service skills. read more

I am a regular at this Starbucks and others. Took me awhile to write a review cuz I don't write reviews. Taste of the beverages varies widely from one say to the next and the staff do not fill the cups. It's routine to get a cup two thirds or three quarters full. Perhaps the staff need training.
