Mango tea with lychee jelly and tapioca

They were irresistible. I had a sudden craving for bubble tea and went right into Bean+pearl, where I had earlier tasted their bubble tea in a Yelp event earlier last year. They are quick, clean and offer bubble tea in a perfectly sealed containers. I love it and will be back again

The staff was really nice and willing to answer any questions we had about their menu! We got a hot milk tea and cold milk tea with tapioca. I enjoyed the hot milk tea and I think the temperature really brought out a stronger aroma in the tea flavour. I want to try the other items on their menu the next time I'm in the area :)

Have always wanted a bubble tea spot near my house since it's my go-to drink when I decide to treat myself, and was super excited to find this cute little spot, less than 5 mins away from my house. Bonus, this time I had a Yelp Elite opportunity to grab a bubble tea on the house to celebrate National Bubble Tea Day . My favourite part is the cute Yelp cup sleeve, I'm Yelp classified, haha. ** Important to note, they currently do not allow for walk-in orders and orders need to be placed ahead of time.** I decided to go with a regular Taro Milk Tea with tapioca pearls as it was 1 among the 4 options made available through this event, and it did not disappoint. The drink was a little too sweet for my preference however, as I forgot to tell them to adjust my sugar level, and also my tapioca were slightly overcooked, but the amount of tapioca was sufficient, so no complains. I've been to this location several times, and the girls there are very kind, and they even cleaned up their table for me to get good pictures of my drink. I would recommend checking out all the drinks (hot and cold) they have available, I've also tried their Matcha Milk Tea (more authentic, and slightly more bitter than other bubble tea locations), Mango Green Tea (just perfect), Mango Milk Tea (too sweet for me), but with all their drinks, I believe there's the option to adjust your sugar level and ice level to suit your taste. Great bubble tea spot, would recommend, and will go back. Ps. Also a great spot to get cute pictures for Instagram, love their "Don't Spill My Vibe" canvas, adds character to the pictures.

Average! Good initiative by young people to open a cafe in this new upcoming community. They have boba( bubble teas)- some unique flavours. Cheesecakes are ah-okay! I have bot tried the snacks. They have daily specials combos too.

Found this place on Yelp because I was tired of going to Bramalea CC to get good bubble tea. Surprisingly very tasty! I'm a classic girl so classic milk tea it is, and I must say I have an affinity for all things black tea, and this one is no exception because it tastes just right. Definitely coming back with family and friends! UPDATED: I keep coming here every week and I just love the staff, so friendly! Especially Regina! She makes the best drinks!

I liked this place as it had a little twist to their bubble tea selections and style. I bought their Mango strawberry flavor which was amazing, we loved it. I also got their hazel nut latte and their coffee was quite smooth. The place is quite small but has couple of tables. Overall, good spot and good experience.

Excellent customer service. Being new to this genre of beverage, the server at the front was very helpful and patient taking our orders. Loved the appetisers that were suggested. Portion sizes were generous, very reasonably priced and nice ambience. After having ordered a new drink one of us was not too happy with it, they instantly offered us to exchange it for another one, asking for our favorite flavour and suggesting a new combo. We so enjoyed the warmth with which we were accommodated with our nuances. The ambience and the food was topped off with extremely friendly and warm customer service

These bubble teas were delicious. The flavour of the tea was very strong is a good way. The tiramisu was my favourite I loved the topping and espresso added! The honeydew slush was very flavourful it had a very fresh honeydew taste. I loved the variety of drinks and lots of toppings to choose from.

Large classic milk tea, large mango flavoured tea with tapioca & bubble waffle with chocolate sauce & icing sugar.

A cute bubble tea spot with fresh, warm bubble waffles! We ordered a large classic milk tea, a large mango flavoured tea with tapioca & a bubble waffle with icing sugar (all came out to approx. $16). The milk tea was good & we were able to customize the sweetness & ice levels. The bubble waffle was a good size. It came topped with chocolate sauce & icing sugar (which was a mistake). We weren't put off by the chocolate sauce so we enjoyed it but the staff offered to re-make the bubble waffle with just icing sugar like we ordered. Great customer service. There were several tables with chairs, great to enjoy a bubble tea during the afternoon.

This place overall is pretty good. Amazing customer service, the ladies here were really nice and gave us helpful tips and suggestions. They did warn us about the boba being a bit more.. tough than usual boba and they were right lol. The Hokkaido was a bit too sweet for my liking (I definitely tasted the caramel a lot) and my cousin got the Mango. I liked the mango better but next time I'm here I'd definitely like to try a matcha combo (matcha/chocolate, matcha/strawberry, etc...) They mentioned a Toronto location would be opening so I wish them the best of success because they have some interesting flavors!!

3.5 stars... Cute spot and it looks instagram ready even with the neon saying on the wall. I would say the tastes are not quite as good as some other spots but with so little competition, it might be your only spot. On the Northern edge of Brampton, Bean & Pearl is in a smaller new strip mall tucked in surburbia. Getting in and out of the plaza isn't so bad, navigating the parking lot when it's busy is a little insane. Bean and Pearl has the nice white modern Instagram aesthetic. There are a few tables available so you can enjoy your cup. Service here is painfully slow. Even though there were 3 people behind the counter, every movement seemed confused or frantic & messy. Even with he micro rushing ... waiting to get to the front is at least 10 minutes. Also it took them another 15 minutes to make a mocha (the girl was confused on what to use and then wasn't sure if it needed espresso) and a regular classic tea. It was during the day when I went so it wasn't busy. I can't imagine how it would be when it is evening and super busy. Classic milk tea - I asked for half sweet and it was the right level but unfortunately I felt the tea flavour was very weak. It just tasted of lightly sweet milk with a touch of tea. The bubble tea colour was also really light. Compared to other spots, the classic was watery. Boba was soft but clumping up a lot. It left a lot of boba at the bottom of the cup because of that. 2/5 Taro milk tea - at regular sweetness, this was super sweet. Taro flavour was mild but you can at least taste it. Similar to the Classic, boba was soft but clumped up. It would probably be better to use half sweet next time. 3.5/5 Mango strawberry slushie - this one was pretty to look at with its vibrant red syrup mixed in with the mango slush. To say this is sweet is an understatement... it felt like an Icee slurpie. Though it did taste like strawberries and mango, it did veer a lot more to the artificial. 3.5/5 If the service was better, I'd be willing to come back but just waiting that long makes me think the drive to Chatime or Coco is a better idea.

I saw the raving reviews about Bean & Pearl so I decided to check it out. I like the simplicity of the bubble tea place. The decor and vibe is definitely my taste. There is a good variety of drinks, some food items and some seasonal recommendations. As usual, I asked the staff for recommendations and she suggested the tiramisu, hokkaido milk tea, taro and cookies and cream. I really wanted to try the tiramisu as Yelpers have also mentioned it but since it had that cheese foam, I chose something else. The barista recommended the hokkaido since it was her personal favourite so I gave it a try with tapioca. I always go with no sugar since the topping usually is cooked in some kind of sugar water. I also asked for soy milk instead as they had an option for various milk alternatives. Being super excited to try this place out, I had high hopes of the drink and to be honest, it was just OK. I have had better hokkaido. It was not as creamy as I would have imagined may be because I substituted it with soy milk but soy usually makes any drink even more creamy. The tapioca was not cooked consistently and some were more chewier than others. It is definitely not in the way for me and personally my drink did not wow me. They have a good variety though and a good seating space so it is a decent addition to the Brampton area.

Alright bbt in Brampton. Love the interior of the place though. There's a few drinks to choose from and I asked what was their top drinks. Employee listed a few but I ended picking the Hokkaido milk tea with tapioca. I should have asked for half sweet because this one was sooo sweet. Was a bit hard to drink and the boba balls were hard. My cousins got a matcha red bean and a strawberry smoothie. It was a hit and miss with the boba balls for me. I only came cause my cousins mentioned it before and it's the only bbt joint near them in Brampton LOL. I'd prob still go back just cause it's the only bbt place I know of in that area of Brampton but as a norm? Ima stick with my chatime.

As a preface, I'd like to say that I value taste extremely high compared to service or ambiance,…read moreand I weigh price highly as well. Overall, The Alley has a lot going for it. Drinks are amazing and locations are well placed and spaced which makes it easy for me to access as a consumer. Ambiance and service are nothing special, but I could not care less. The alley constantly comes out with new flavors and options for me try, but this is where the problem strikes. They constantly create drinks which appeal to niche demographics and so I regularly do not enjoy the new flavors. The Alley plays heavier to tea enjoyers and less to people like me who hate tea but enjoy fruit smoothies and toppings. I love the ube taro/puff brown sugar bubble tea in particular, because I cannot figure out whether it has tea in it or not. There are a lot of options, so I am sure I can do some searching for a better flavor, but I would say they do not have a lot of drinks that appeal to a wide demographic. The rewards program also sucks, might as well not exist, and so when I talk about pricing, I will not consider the rewards program (12 drinks for 1 free). The drinks are worth the price ($8.5 for a large), but it is on the expensive side of most bubble tea stores. For example, Coco has offers and deals on good drinks to bring the cost down to 2 drinks for $10. The point I am trying to make is that The Alley is premium in flavor and cost which encourages me to go to other locations for an alternative simply because I want to buy food alongside a drink and stay within my budget. Worth going too once in a month or to satisfy a craving, overall great place.

Cozy space and lots of seats, but I always have to wait forever for my drink. There were at least multiple times where I had to wait like 20+ mins for a drink since there was only one worker. I can't really blame them because it can get busy at times, but waiting like 30 mins for a tiny little drink is insane. I swear the service used to be much faster so it might have just been the days I chose to go. They have a great bathroom, though. I was shocked at how nice it was.

I was at Bramalea City Centre on Wednesday after work. I had eaten an early dinner at the north food court. I was staring at this CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice place as I was eating. Getting some bubble tea afterwards would be great. I walked over. I saw two women leave the counter without any drinks. They seemed disappointed. I walked up to the counter and got a friendly woman. I ordered my usual, which was a large strawberry black tea. I get it with no sugar and less ice, and add coconut jelly. The woman asked if I'd be okay with a strawberry-cranberry version instead. It wasn't what what I had in mind. This store had a shortage of strawberries. I was game to change things up slightly. What I'm not a fan of is folks telling me that my drink will be sour without sugar. I realize that they mean well. However, I have been cutting out sugar in my drinks for over a decade. I'm okay with it. I also had to explain that the coconut jelly has sugar, so it's not like this drink will be super sour. Same goes with the strawberries in it. She admitted that I was right. No kidding! It's my go-to drink at CoCo, minus the cranberries. It's not my first bubble tea rodeo. I tapped to pay for my drink. I got a text for my receipt. I then waited patiently for my drink, which didn't take long to make. I didn't see the $3.99 drink special until after I had ordered my drink. Next time! My drink was ready. I thanked the woman. She seemed more interested talking to her two other colleagues in Mandarin after I got my drink. My drink was yummy. The strawberries were naturally sweet. There were cranberries that were more on the sweet side than tart. This drink was cold and refreshing. I loved the coconut jelly. It's a decent stall, minus running low on strawberries at 4 pm.
