It's an average Starbucks it's clean they get your order right they're efficient you're in in your out. I have no qualms with them and I have no reason not to use them. We've been here at all hours and they are extremely efficient every time. Fast friendly service. You don't wait, ever. The staff have always been professional and helpful. They make an awesome vanilla bean frappe. Somehow it's better than other locations. We've never had food here or bought merchandise. What's great for us is they are within walking distance on a nice day. If we're forced to drive here, it's strategically located for easy access. We use a few of the businesses in this mall, so we latte, a lot. Being a strip mall, there's a ton of parking. The restrooms are clean as is the dining room. The only downside is no drive-thru. Did you ever try the iced Kenya on Clover? It's such a good experience. The flavors just evolve in your mouth. It's a medium roast that tastes dark. Plus, the staff is friendly and efficient. This Starbucks is located in an area with a lot of companies, so you can bet on finding people chilling here during lunch. Service at this location has always been prompt, the interior is nice and updated and its got everything your typical Starbucks has, with a little Cincinnati flair. I've also noticed this place has many students studying here and really, you'll find a whole variety of folks spending time here. For a small place, there are plenty of options for seating, from cush fireside like seats for the cozy folks, to large table for groups, to window side bar stool tables for lovers, to the against the wall bar seats for loners. The coffee is consistent. My only gripe is that they don't have other creams besides half and half, and they thank you for recycling, yet all that's available are trash bins. From the outside, and even the inside this is a very clean and organized location. The parking lot is shared with Chipotle among other businesses so it can get a little busy. All of the times I have been here, I did not order ahead, but came inside and placed my order at the counter. It is fairly busy here and staff isnt quick to acknowledge the "oh ill be right with you". Ive had split experiences, several fine, several bad. The most recent visit, I received my drink, but the sandwich never appeared. When I asked about it the staff was very rude and stated, "oh someone mustve taken it", then went back to work. Right, not my problem, ive been standing here waiting the whole time, what are you going to do to make this right? I actually had to ASK them to either refund me or make another. They opted to make another... but with attitude. I have NEVER had someone TAKE my order at any Starbucks, so I think they forgot and made an excuse, or this particular location has a thief. I visited this location twice while in the town for an event. The first time I went there was two workers who were having conversations with one another before they started our drinks. At one point one of them went outside to speak with someone in the parking lot who was getting the food at another place. Now the second time I went I ordered ahead, I went to one of the doors and it was locked. No sign on it. We went to the other door it was open we waited for our drinks and I saw it happen to others so I opened the door for them. And then from the back room I presume a manager started yelling at the people I let in to leave and use the other door. There was no sign showing entry or exit on the doors and at that point they are already in the building? read more

Just had a really bad experience here. It's Sunday, 12/6/15. Note, I love Starbucks. Love it. When I walked into this store at about 1:45 pm, a barrista named Logan watched me from the time that I entered the store until I ordered. This was not a 'friendly' observance, but a fearful one. I am an average height, broad shouldered Black man. Logan's unwarranted, unasked for and unnecessary attention made me feel very uncomfortable. At the register he was short and unfriendly. As I said, I love Starbucks. Logan's actions though were an unwelcome part of my day. Starbucks still got my money though. read more

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited I. Cincinnati area! I started using the mobile ordering feature with the Starbucks apps couple years ago. At this location I swear if you wait in line you will get your coffee quicker. The time the mobile app states your order will be ready is a farce! Can't review the coffee because this place was closed at 6:30 on a Friday! The sign in the window said they were open until 8. Staff were inside sweeping the floor and all the doors were locked. When I knocked on the glass they ignored me. Before I drove away 3 other vehicles of people drove up and went to the door and were also ignored by the staff inside. No signage stating the earlier than normal closing hours anywhere. Very strange and frustrating since there are no other coffee shops in this area open in the evenings. It's not like there was a tornado warning or something weather related to send everyone home early. It seemed like the staff just felt like going home early, so they did. read more

This is the only Starbucks in Cincinnati that has the $11,000 clover coffee brewer. This Starbucks is so much larger than other ones and has a ton of seating. It's super easy to get in and out of and is very quiet- perfect spot for meetings or a date. It's worth the trip for coffee lovers everywhere to head out to Blue Ash just to check out the clover brewer. read more

I stopped by Thursday, May 19 and ordered a Grande 2 pump Mocha frappuchino. Aric was super with my order. He was friendly and professional. We had a friendly chat. Unfortunately the woman with long blond hair wearing glasses was not. She overflowed my drink and topped it with whipped cream. As she placed the lid on it, the coffee dripped all over the cup and counter and the whipped cream spilled over the lid. She shoved the drink across the counter and walked away. No, cleaning off the drink, no thank you for visiting Starbucks or have a nice day. I went to my car, wiped off my drink, placed in the straw and took a sip. Whoa! It tasted like she dumped the whole container of chocolate in my drink. I didn't bother going back in but I attempted to make a phone call to them, but no answer. Aric did his job well, but the other staff, especially the blond with glasses, was not professional at all and made my experience unpleasant. Kudos to Aric! I have been there about a half dozen times. Mostly early in the morning on my way to a client. The service is amazingly slow for a Starbucks. Trying to get a Cafe Americano in less than ten minutes is normally not doable. I actually had to give up and leave once without my order because they were so backed up. read more
